This thread isn't for Phantasy Star Portable 2 Ryo. There's actually going to be a sequel to Phantasy Star ONLINE. Might help if you read the title completely.

No, there were episodes and expansions to the first one but no ACTUAL 2. This is a completely new game.

No, That was for PSU. This a sequel of PSO for the Dreamcast.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. This is a Sequel fort the 360/PC PSO, It didn't have a sequel before, just an expansion pack.

Random Mission Events

I only played the Demo version of PSU online for the 360. Last I knew, though, is that it was getting shut down. Is it still in the process of being taken down or are they going to fix the glitches and put it back up? I really enjoyed playing online. I just didn't want to pay like $5 or $10 a month extra to get a Guardianship card.

I'd say it's more surprising than fishy. I hope the majority of the stuff you can purchase is already available normally :/

More importantly though, Mags do shit. And don't suck at it.

Not really fishy, a lot of games now go the way of free online and purchasable content. Can easily see this having stuff like armor weapons and mags for purchase. Like Matt said though hope it's already available in game.
