Forum Error

One of the databases on the server has crashed. Bare with us, the forums will act perculieur untill it's corrected.

Ontopic: Haven't encountered anything yet. But it may come.

Offtopic: An EXE file of R-Mega's game (no virus), and in a later one, the GMK file, which is editable.

Some of the specific errors are error pages when posting a new topic (the topic itself posts but you are taken to an error page after you've posted it.) or being unable to register. It's also affected other portions of the forum as well.

Since everyone uses the quick reply function not everyone will notice this. I'm not sure what's happened. We need the tech guy's in.

Yes, well I noticed it, and was pissed at first, before this thread was created. Because I thought I had to retype the whole thing. So I did (in another thread) and I was nearly viable for a double-post warning.

It was then that I figured out the problem was only with the advanced editing way of posting a reply. Since then I've been using QuickReply, like now. But I would like to know when this server issue is fixed...

Just because I think the advanced editor is more convenient. (IMO)

(MmJuno EDIT)- Advanced Editing is the only option he may do his quirky Mod edits inside of.

The "view new posts" option doesn't seem to work either, at least for me.

Same here. Least it wasn't one of the more important databases that crashed

You can also delete Pms, but they don't go away until you go back in to view which ones you have, because the crashed server was also tied to the screen that told you that you've just deleted a Pm.

Most edits are what's down.

Also, I haven't tried, but I'm pretty sure new thread is also down, because a newbie tried to set one up, and he ended up making two duplicates.

I'm pretty sure that was because he thought it wasn't letting him do it.

You can, it just doesn't register. You'll be like: *Press send button, loads to error page* but in fact it actually does get sent. Me and Xterra have been doing it the whole time.

Yeah, I've noticed a lot of problems lately. Luckily refreshing the page fixed the problems, so it isn't that much of a nuisance.
