I was going through my collection of Archie comics and noticed that the Villain Variant cover of Mega Man 005 had an 8-bit Time Man sprite. So here's my attempt at replicating the sprite. SC's is on there for comparison. And I know he's over the color limit.
I find it funny that the Archie comics are the closest we'll get to official sprites for Time Man (I don't think they did a VV for Oil Man.)

Found another use for pieces of my old ADVENT Megaman. A Wave Change form of Surge: Celestial Surge!
The "Hair" is supposed to be like the energy flames on many FM-ians in the StarForce series. I just can't figure out which color visor to go with.

Either the yellow or the blue. Yellow would probably be the best choice, unless anyone else has a different opinion?

Finally finished the helmet for Raijin's X5 armor sprite, as well as the Hyper Mode version of both the big sprite and the redesigned armor.
