Hi, my name is Karate Cat, I am a Mega Man, Sonic, Mario, and Kirby gamer, and a pretty good spriter. It's my first time here, I used to be in another forum long ago, and I was working on a SMB-like Mega Man fangame, but I cancelled it for various reasons. Anyways, I'm happy to be here, and ready to fight for everlasting peace (Mega Man Ending reference). xD

My name is Ivan Esteban. I'm a freelance web admin, indie game programmer, general lover of all things Megaman, and I'm here to show off my fan game project. Also, I'm a pirate in my spare time. Yes. I mean that literally.

A simple introduction is that I'm an old fan of the Mega Man franchise and have remained so in spite of criticisms levied at it for being too slow to change. While I don't have a problem with change, there's nothing wrong with the fact that the differences in the old series are in the details, in my opinion.
I decided to try using an element of the old series (Mega Man and Bass), to give a more detailed introduction of myself in a more fun vein. It's purposely written in the third person. This is not an in-world introduction, just written in a similar fashion.

My name is Zir0N (Zero-Nen). Sometimes I go by just Ziro, or Nova. My real name is Ryan. 21 years old, living in some boring rural area of California, USA.

I've joined this spriter community, like many others before me, to get critique back on my work as a spriter and artist, which I seldom get at other forums (Probably because my work is relatively average). I've been spriting for about 6-7 years now. I'm a hard worker at my craft, but at best, my skill is intermediate. Same with my artwork.

My current style interests include the Mega Man and Sonic staples, of all bittages, DBZ LSW style, Jump Stars, as well as RPG sprites along the lines of Chrono Trigger. I'm also interested in Background and Tile Work.

The things I feel I'm good at is form (general builds, shapes), shading, contrast, and animation. I don't have quite a grip on selective outlining, color minimalizing, and hue shifting.

At some point, I'd like to become a professional spriter or at least, make my own independent games.

That's really all I have to say about that. Til next time, stay positive.

I've been here for a while but I've never introduced myself

Anyways, my name is Karasai.

My username used to be Perfectedidiot2, which I borrowed from a friend of mine at the time i were unoriginal. I guess im pretty different from others, but I do imitate Capcom's spriting style, but not any Mega Man styles.

I sprite in "CVS2" (Capcom vs SNK 2) style, which uses 4 colors (or more). example sprites

i dont know what else to say besides that Im a big Mega Man fan and I like fighting games

I'm not a spriter myself, but with how much I've been looking at the sprite sheets for Zero and ZX lately and after looking over some sprites made by the community, I found myself compelled to join. I'm a major Mega Man fan, though I've not played the Legends series yet. I piece together fangame ideas in my spare time, though it's all design work.

Although his general state of mind is that of boredom, he has outgrown the negative attitude one otherwise falls into from it and views it as a release from ennui and an opportunity to be better. He hasn't played every game in the series (truthfully, not all of it interests him), but hopes one day to play and finish all of the original series games, Mega Man X series, and Mega Man Zero series.
