Hmm... This sounds cool.

Mega Ball+Remote Mine=Latch Sphere
An rubber ball with an explosive inside it that can be kicked around in different directions (as far as the Mega Ball will allow), and will bounce around for about 6 bounces. At the 6th bounce, it will then explode. Also, you can end it early pressing the attack button again, causing the surface to be more adhesive. It will then explode at the next wall it touches.

Thunder Bolt+Solar Blaze=Plasma Blitz
Shoots a ball of yellow energy. When it hits an enemy, it will split into four waves that travel diagonally.

Atomic Fire+Top Spin=Heat Burst
Lets you spin around, with more range than the Top Spin, surrounding yourself with fire. Level of fire (which means more range and strength) can be charged up, and the energy cost will be the same. The uncharged Heat Burst won't cost any energy unless it hits an enemy (for spinning freedom.)

Bubble Lead+Wild Coil=Aqua Bouncer
Shoots a bubble that bounces in a fashion similar to how Bubble Man uses Bubble Lead, but slightly faster. This weapon is chargable, the more it's charged, the more bubbles will be sent, but the energy price will be increased. The extra bubbles will go more forward, but can't go as high. Only three can be shot from maximum charge.

Megaman X

Meteor Rain + Bubble Splash = Bubble Rain

Shoot out bubbles that rise forward into the air. Should they hit the ceiling, or should the special button be tapped again, they will fall back down.

Charged will allow X to have a shield of bubbles around him, however, any time he moves or jumps, bubbles will generate off of him to slightly increase in size and either rise or fall diagonally forward in the direction he faces.

Rolling Shield+ Shotgun Ice= Avalanche Ball
Sends out a snowball in front of you that expands until it either rolls offscreen or hits a wall.

Spin Wheel+ Strike Chain= Yo-yo Blade
Circular Saw travels in front of you, then behind. press up when using the weapon and X will swing it up over himself.

Acid Spray+ Blast Hornet's weapon= Corrosive Bomb
As well as a damaging explosion, acid will spray out in 6 directions, damaging all enemies that come into contact with it.

Classic
Plug Ball+ Crash Bomb= Sticky Shocker
Shoots a sticky missile at the opponent that electrocutes and destroys the target after 3 seconds

this is tougher than I thought.

A sharp shield that can be thrown in any direction.

Super Arm + Deep Digger = Super Digger
Can pick and throw anything in the scenario, including many enemies, items, Eddie, and the health gauge!

Rain Flush + Water Shield = Rain Shield
Makes a more resistant Water Shield that produces rain when one water ball is lost. The user doesn't lose water spheres while it's raining.

Remote Mine + Metal Anchor = Remote Anchor
Launches a remote-controlled anchor that holds on surfaces and explodes when the attack button is pressed again, creating two small anchors that bounce for a while before exploding.

Metal Blade + Storm Tornado = Metal Tornado
Creates a Metal Blade storm.

X Series:

Aiming Laser + Tri-Thunder = Tri-Rem

X fires out a triangular prism that fires weak but continuously damaging lasers when ever enemies are on screen. If there should be an enemy of considerable strength, the lasers will direct into a powerful beam.

Charged has X fire off three at a time, increasing the over all damage output.

Megaman:

Water Wave + Leaf Shield = Hydroponic Raze

Megaman fires off water with a biomechanical plant forward, which immediately encircles him to defend from oncoming attacks and rises forward diagonally sloped, damaging anything that is in the vicinity.

Star Shield + Astro Crush = Stellar Defender

Megaman fires a signal to have four stars diagonally fall immediately in front of him, harshly destroying anything that would harm him.

Flash Bomb + Black Hole Bomb = Pulsar Bomb

Fire an illuminated bomb that can be remote controlled. When detonated, it creates a short lasting but bright, wide radial and high suction explosion.

Laser Trident + Yamato Spear = Kami Hoko (Javelin of Gods)

Fire a large, devastating golden laser hoko spear head in any direction. There can only be one on screen at a time.

Creates a black hole that draws enemies in and destroys them on contact. floating/flying enemies crash to the ground.

Frost Shield + Frost Tower = Polar Frost

X creates a heavy shield of ice through his buster, rendering him immobile, but grants him invulnerability to oncoming attacks. Tapping special again has X fire off the shield, that sticks to wherever it lands and creates a vicinity of ice crystals. The shield loses half of its radius, but can still act as a shield or a platform when fired near a wall.

Charged version has X create a large sheet of ice above him that will shatter and randomly place shields while attacking the whole screen.

Fire a bomb that can stick to anything in any direction. Will detonate when you activate it, and produces a large splash explosion, capable of destroying walls as well. Limited energy quantity, but highly powerful.

Fire a bubble made of petroleum that will envelop into enemies and ignite on fire, instantly destroying them. Larger enemies and walls will have the bubble disperse, sending flames in all directions. The flames will linger and stick to whatever tangible surface they land on.

Power Stone (Power Fighters) + Leaf Shield = Gaia Hand

Fire a tree shaped like a hand to rise out of the ground, with pollen and leaves trailing it, which still attacks surviving enemies.

Gemini Laser + Aiming Laser = Refract Array

Aim onto an enemy and fire a laser that will rebound to other enemies and continually damage them while attacking. Has an endurance limit.

Charged version will fire a barrage of five lasers that will bounce and home in on screen.

Shadow Runner + Shadow Blade = Shin Kagetou

Throw out a shuriken that will return after flight. Can be aimed to go up, farther horizontally, or downwards. Should the shuriken land or hit something, a black mist will rise out of the impact, affecting nearby enemies.

Charged version throws out a huge shuriken, that will disappear and reveal itself while staying in flight. Will splash dark acid whenever it hits something. Has a good endurance limit.

And I hope that you guys are lenient on me for this, because I'm going to step on bounds evar stepped on before!

Aqua Blade + Water Balloon = Balloon Saber

Swing a mighty horizontal slash, that also sends a high density sphere of water that can attack afar.

Aqua Sword + Frost Cracker = Freezing Cut

Swing a blade made of cold water, that sends out a water projectile that will freeze the target.

Mud Wave + Tornado Blow = Nature Torrent

Summon a large beam of mud, displaced flora and natural compost behind Megaman, that will heavily damage the area of the screen that the beam was summoned from.

Guts Hammer + Power Stone = Terra Bomb

Slam the ground, causing a shockwave in front of you that will damage nearby enemies, while a large rock is sent flying, before falling adjacent downwards on the screen. Can be held to allow aiming.

Variable Sword + Top Spin = Pivot Flair

Hold the special weapons button down, then activate a fighting game command. Megaman will perform various spinning attacks, ranging from a spinning sword dash, to a spinning sword slash wave, to a rising spinning slash, and so forth. Regular use will have Megaman perform a flashy, yet effective spin slash that can be chained into a combo attack.

Fun Fact: Did you know that in Megaman Network Transmission, the Star Arrow Battlechip is a mix between the Star Crash and Arrow Weapons in Megaman 5?

Fire a pile of dust in front of you that will follow you. Should there be enemies nearby, the pile will home in and attack the enemy.

Fire Arm + Fire Storm = Fire Tempest

Fire off a horizontal jet of flame that also projects a shield of fire for protection.

Rain Flush + Storm Tornado = Typhoon Burst

Fire off high speed winds and ripping splashes of water in front of you in a barraging erratic pattern.

Charged version fills the screen with razor sharp winds and rain.

shoots a paralyzing net that traps and destroys enemies. Can also be used on walls to slow down wall sliding.

Swing off a mighty pyre of molten energy that can be moved as long as it's on the screen. Extremely powerful, but hard to control and has a short lifespan.

Charged engulfs X in a flaming aura that allows him to move anywhere on the screen. Attack allows X to charge with a powerful explosive strike.

Fountain + Ground Hunter = Cascade Surge

Send out a beam of water that forces moisture out of the floor and ceiling in geysers.

Charged summons a blast of water from the opposite site of the screen, that also sends out scouring and violently moving currents of water that trace the floor and ceiling.
