Rockman Online [Sprite the new Character Designs!]

Rockman Online: Sprite the new character designs!
Time Limit: 14 Days.

Right. So many of you have probably been following news about Rockman Online and have been seeing some of the, rad and not so rad, re-imaginings of various characters from the Classic and X series.

The point of this contest will be to take these new designs and sprite them. Feel free to chose which ever character you wish out of those that have been revealed thus far. This includes. The Rockman Killers, Protoman, Cutman, Pharoman, Sting Chameleon, Cloudman, Airman, Woodman, Stone Man, X's New Armor, Zero's New Armor, And Duo's New Armor. (I'll be adding links to images of each of the new designs soon to make it easier on you all. If I missed anyone please let me know.)

You may also choose to come up with your own Rockman Online Design for any character that has not already been revealed as of today. So you can make an Armor for Axl or Vile in RMO fashion, or Re-design any given boss, etc.

It appears that some of these characters have gotten a considerable boost in size. I won't require you to sprite them at their new sizes. (Sting Chameleon would be certainly be fun at his new size. ) But if you do, you can expect a few bonus points to be thrown your way.

Requirements!

So here's what I'm looking for in this contest.

1: At least a single Standing Sprite of the character you choose in Megaman Classic 8-bit style Decided to change this to be either MM 1-6, MM7, or MM8 style after it being brought to my attention that 8-bit might not work for some of these designs.

2: At least a single Standing Sprite of the character you choose in either Megaman X (Snes or PSX) style.

3: I've noticed a few inconsistencies between some of the art for characters and some of the character models, so I'd like for you to provide an image of which version you're working on so that I don't look at a different version to compare it to by mistake and mark points off.

4: Of course your sprites also need to be within the color limits, and match up with the style as per usual.

Bonus Square

Of course if you're willing to go the extra mile with your work, that will be recognized.

1: Adding additional frames is always a good one. looking for not only quantity, but quality here. Re using the same frame with only minor changes for each additional frame will not get you much of a bonus, though if you get your character walking, jumping, shooting, doing anything that requires a good effort will result in a better bonus.

2: Animations kind of go hand and hand with number 1. By animating your frames you have a chance to show off how fluidly you can actually get your frames to run together.

3: A mock up screen shot helps to show how well your Sprite fits in with the given style.

Also. Do not be discouraged if someone posts a high quality sprite, just try your hardest and have fun with your entry.

Number of entries per person is limited to 2.

This contest is approved by Dameon R. Schnider of the Schnider Corperation. All entries must be in at the end of the 14 day working period to be eligible for judgment.

Ok, well that was incredibly depressing... I guess RMO doesn't make for a good contest as neither Mine nor DK's contests got any entries if you don't count the entry I made for his. : /
