Wow, only two entries? Hmm, let's make it three.

I couldn't think of how to incorporate Halloween into this, but we still have one more contest that that could be used in. I kinda rushed this in an hour and a half, so the face and some shading is pretty mediocre. And I still think Blackhook took the cake. But even so, drunk Megaman is drunk.

For Don: Custom style, downward-right direction, 15 colors+transparency.

Anyway, here are the results in the order I received them. CommanderJoe64 click to show Style: 75, I could not tell which EXE style you meant in your post, but it appears to be EXE1-3. Theme: 40, he is technically dancing; although some might see it as a seizure. Points were taken off for Pumpkin Face NOT being a Rockman character. Colours: 100, with 9+Trans your Pumpkin Face is well within the 32-bit colour limits of EXE. Misc: 95, with an animation, extra poses, and the animation, (Not to mention the fact that it’s a Halloween theme) Pumpkin Face earns you an amazing boost of points. Total: 310/300 Rangda click to show Style: 60, I can tell it is isometric, but without a reference I can’t make a proper comparison. Theme: 100, it is Rock in an isometric style with beer. Gotta love it! Colours: 100, he’s in 32 bit, as you said, and is in a single layer. Congratz. Misc: 25, the E-tanks are beer. Lol Total: 285/300 Blackhook click to show Style: 100, Mother 3 is a very nice looking style and is technically isometric. Theme: 100, this scene is made of win, it’s a definite party, and there are definite Rockman characters. Colours: 100, from all of my counts Mother 3 is a 32 bit style, and as such each character fits within the one layer limit.
