[DWN-060 Clownman]

This thread is being made to assist those wanting to rip from the the game, not so much for directions on tileripping but where certain tiles are. And also the names and locations of enemies. I know the ones for X4 and X5 aren't "complete" as they should be, but like many things, are works-in-progress.

Um, my Japanese is lousy at best and my browser doesn't support the characters so all I see are question marks. :/

I'm on FireFox, but my Windows system in general can't support Japanese characters oddly enough...

Which version of Windows?

Wait, I think these should work.

For Internet Explorer (assuming you still have that), go to View -> Encoding -> More -> Select one of the Japanese ones, it will go to Install on Demand, than go from there.

For Firefox, go to View -> Character Encoding -> Then:
A) Go to Auto-Detect - Japanese
~or~
B) Go to More Encodings -> East Asian -> Select one of the Japanese ones

If I remember correctly, if it's not already installed there will be an option to install it.

It's weird because my old one had no problem at all showing Japanese letters and I miss it...
