Default BarylTDF sprites: second round

for i dunno reasons, i cant enter to my old thread, so im making a new one, also i want to fix the things i did on my last thread, if doing a second sprite thread is not accepted, then forgive me for doing this, but i want my f***ing thread, now...welcome to my second thread and feel free to C+C

To rewrite what was just stated.

The body of the character is just a terrible recolor of Zero, and should be some very custom armored character of your own tastes. Not Zero.

Next, a lot of the effects (such as the ground wave, and the spiral thing) were really bad effects that just looked like they were C+Ped in for fun. The large slashes on the other hand were well shaped, and well sprited. They were in unique slashes, and I really liked how they all played out.

You just need to add the right blurs, and remaining frames to them. So far, that was the highlight of the sheet, and only redeeming quality. But understand you did a really good job with them, and you just have to fix the rest. Okay? I'm pretty sure you can do it. So try.

Also, I was a bit confused why you called it Model G if it was MotherElf/DarkElf's remaining power within Model O. That part made no sense to me. Just make a new character, and use the slashes.

Then there's the..."guardians"...unique design for Harpuia and Phantom, but what style exactly is this supposed to be? Also, compared to the unique changes in H and P, why is Leviathan and Fefnir still so alike with the original forms?

You need to implement more unique design there as well.

Oh, and as to why I asked what style they're supposed to be...it's because they're all very pillowshaded, and a lot of their shapes break the rules for Z/x/A spriting. You need more appropriate shading to fit the style, and the parts should also be more sized to fit their style.

For example, as cool as that head is for Phantom, it's WAY too large.

well i guess i should explain it,he's supposed to be a cross between model O and dark elf's last remains, that's why he is a recolor but i think he need some editing, look forward to my other sprites

now i have this, these guys are called the arcadia masters, they are advanced versions of the four guardians, created to be more powerful than the originals,nbut they think as the original four guardians as they families.
they're really crosses between the guardians, each with their own battle skills.

Judging from the slashes you used, as well as the projectiles... Ichigo's slashing motions were used, as well as his Getsuga Tenshou... The slashing needs work and the shading of the projectiles need to look less blocky...

I'm sorry, but can you PLEASE try to use proper grammar? I didn't understand your explanation of the guardians. Which Harpuia is an okay edit of, but all else are pretty bad, especially the custom parts.

Your model O recolour is not only a bad idea in my opinion, but simply a recolour. Nothing original, nor is the concept. His slashes go farther than the balde itself, and the effects for the beam look pretty bad animated.

Harpuia and Fefnir are pretty decent, with a few more edits they could be really good... but the Phantom and Levi don't fit the style, and look more along the lines of pixel art than sprites.

I liked a lot the fefnir sprite, it looks great but the face of the levi style looks a little bit weird

Good. Then I await for the re-posting of the biometal and biomatch. Hope you fix what I said you should be fixing on it. And glad it's not another Bass. (nothing's wrong with him, it's just that too many people have already done it) Are you going to incorporate the X shape into the model somehow?

Mother looks interesting, but the hair is a pillow shaded blob, try to slim it down and shade it correctly.
Nice remakes of X, Z F, L, P, and H. Though Model P has an enourmous head, try to make the black part of it smaller
Also, what are the 3rd, 8th, and 9th characters?

i have to say then im not good at hair shading, but i like it, it just need some fixing but not far of my personal view.

well....P's head is a full-head helmet, that's why it's too big.

well, yes! they're the mains of the story, the 3th it's called Acator, he was created alongside with the other biomatches but he awoke early and he's the ruler of a country and the main antagonist of the story. the 8th and 9th are other creations, the protagonist of the story does'nt have a name, he only knows then his capsule says : "MegaMan nš 17", the purple one is the 7th biomatch and his name is locke. more coming soon....

Ok, I can understand that Model P has a full helm, but, unless he has way too much hair, his helmet shouldn't extend that far back.

Hair materializes and dematerializes, so that wouldn't really affect the size of the helmet. I really like the helmet's design, and I'm glad Baryl made the size adjustments, but it does indeed need to be made even smaller than it is now.

Oh, and "Mother" is a major improvement from "RecoloredOmega".

the first complete sheet of the 16th megaman on my story "MMZX:remains", this is his complete sheet, so don't ask why the lack of poses, he has the same attitude as fefnir, he like's to figth strong enemies and to destroy things.
He travel alongside the arcadia master's biomatches, seeking for the destruction of the Nš 17 megaman.
