Wow. I mean really, wow. I have to be a voice of reason. I mean really... That's just sad.

First of all, there's absolutely nothing to sue for, even if some incredibly insane judge would take you seriously. Like Gauntlet said, no damages. Literally. You ripped Capcom and Sega's sprites. The only sueing that could go on is them sueing you for owning the ROMs without having bought the rights to it, if you don't own the games. ACE has done nothing at all. And even if it were a case where someone could sue, like Gauntlet said, no sane judge would let it in a courtroom. Does the word "mistrial" mean anything to you? No? That's probably because you were eating paste in 5th grade when they were teaching it to you.

And again I say: They're Capcom and Sega's sprites. Capcom and Sega's. Not yours. You can't take credit for their work. That's like me going to the MMC (sorry ACE, but can't think of another widely known board at this hour), copying and pasting a sheet of custom sprites, and demanding credit.
