Quick questions!

1. How are there beasts?

Iris & Colonel deleted one, and then SuperDuperGoldenColonel extracted and blew up the other one.

2. How is there Gospel?

MegaMan blew his ass up, and the remains were fused with Bass, and Bass gets blown up in 6 too.

I'm sure you have answers, but i'd like to hear 'em.

Well, I'm sure you don't need proof or a story. Also, it sounds a little too much like you want someone else to make you a game. Before making a game, you have to ask yourself: Am I making this bcause I want to play it, or am I making it because the internet really needs a game like this? It makes no sense if you say you want to play it, the game you want to play will most likely change in a week.

P.S. Isn't Regal dead?

Plasma - Regal's not dead no, he jumped off the top of the NAXA building in BN4, but lived, then he survived the SoulNet explosion in BN5, and joined SciLab with none of his evil deed memories - only his scientific knowledge. Convenient, no?

DoubleBeast hmm... it was always going to be a C+P but it looks a bit too C+P ish.

EDIT: that's a point, Regal geniunely did lose his short term memory, why is he now evil and rebuilding a past failed project? This man is now a good guy, and can do better than a big virus doggy that got his ass kicked.

It's a doctored screenshot. You can tell because of the fact that there's no HP value in the hp box and the custom gauge is completely empty...
Basically, you put together several sprites in paint and make a "screenshot".
Do post a real one next time....

I have a character called Neon.exe. You are more than welcome to use the sprite, though I'm still in the works of trying to find someone who will help me remake the sprite and possibly get a sheet and emotion icon and navi symbol and pet and all that down too.

Also, in the event that you use my Neon.exe or some variation of him, I'd really like to help with the story and stuff, since I've got some cool stuff going down with him.

I dunno what your intentions with neon.exe were/are, but it just feels awkward to me hearing someone talk about a neon.exe that has nothing to do with my neon 0.o

Oww , Sorry Rags . Ok . Regal's memory is came back and regal start making new cybeasts and navis . Regal is finish gospel and double beast . After all he create new navi this navi is neon.exe . neon's mission is delete megaman and create a big chaos . Neon is delete megaman . After Gospel and Double Beast are setted free . MegaMan is reborn by Bass . Bass search gospel again but in fight Bass is deleted and gospel is win . And Megaman get bass's data and get a soul and start searching regal .
