The Sentinel was after him. Dante ran as fast as he could, the Cyber World at least made that easier. Caught in the middle of leaving his calling card, Dante must have been slacking. At least his Cyber World guise masked his true identity. But for the mean time he was still identified as System_Joker. One of the most wanted hackers. So now he ran. The Sentinel was easily gaining ground, it had control over the environment. Dante could only move faster than it could process the necessary actions to stop him. A real world portal would be nice, except that could potential reveal his true identity if his log off was captured. Looking back the Sentinel was almost on top of him, time to stop running, reverse strategy. Dante reached to his belt, his purple trench coat flying open as he pulled the hilt to his beam sword to his hand. Igniting the green blade, he switched directions running back at the Sentinel. Leaping high into the air, he swung the blade cleaning cleaving off one of the Sentinel's limbs. The robotic looking figure came crashing to the ground, just as Dante was about to land the area suddenly lit up in a flash of light.
Landing with a thud on the cold concrete, Dante found himself back in the real world beside a glowing meteor fragment. Groaning as he pulled himself to his feet he almost feel back down again as a robotic hand came towards him.
"Are you injured citizen?" The android's voice was monotone. No concern.
"No I'm just a little shaken up." Dante ignored the hand and helped himself to his feet. Silently thanking his lucky stars that meteor caused Cyber exits and entrances couldn't be tracked. Adjusting his sunglasses back in place, he brushed his now wet hair out of his view. The cold rain pouring down. Taking a transit down to a lower level, Dante ventured to one of his favourite taverns. Once again thanking his lucky stars that the meteor had been from this city and not some where in Shanghai. Opening the door to Club Noir Dante ventured in, taking a seat. Rubbing his sore eyes, he ordered a drink.
"White Russian please." He held up his phone to the scanner, paying the appropriate funds as the bar tender brought him his drink. Luck was, thankfully, his best and only friend.
Shawna walked into the Club Noir. She sat down next to Dante. She ordered some water and started her homework. Everyone was shocked to see an under aged girl in a bar and then her Grand Father, who she dislikes so much, she chose to live on her own instead of living with him, came out. He was working there, and sometimes she comes there beofre she goes home. Every once in a while she would look at Dante, studying him, judging him, watching him. When she got stuck on a problem, She would get up and pace. Most people found this strange but she did not care.
She finally sat back down. Once she finished and then right in the middle of the bar, wen into the Cyber Worlds. That was her escape place. Dante gave her the creeps, she wanted to get out of there. She could Dante was eager and worried or even just releaved. He reminded her of her dad, who was the first of his family to be killed by metoer shower...
She came back and Dante was still there, and she said "Who are you? Do I know you?"

Tragedy was half conscious, laying along a corner booth at the Club, seemingly lost in another world. Well, technically, she was. SHe was still physically in the Real World, but her senses were mostly in CyberWorld, monitoring activity. In the virtual reality, she was close enough to observe the chase between the person (she wasn't near enough to identify their CWID), and the Sentinel. Those Sentinels weren't entirely efficient, serving as essentially CyberWorld's automated "antivirus" program. The problem was, those who manipulated CyberWorld or intended to damage critical systems inside of it had means of circumventing them. They were also highly visible, and still limited to the capabilities of the computer they were operating from. They couldn't leave the CyberWorld, so they had to record where the perpetrators transferred out from and try to send the Real World police after them.
Enforcers, however. They were, for all intents, invisible, just another user among the trillions of CyberWorld users. They weren't limited to automated responses. They could transfer between the real and the virtual, often faster than the people they were chasing, though by the time the chased realized as much, it was far too late. A far better solution than automated defenses.
Not that Tragedy had ever caught anybody. However, it seemed, oddly, that this Sentinel had everything in hand. At least, until the apparent convict drew a weapon and retaliated. Tragedy was preparing to perform a full transfer, until a flare of Meteoric Transmission Interference pulled the majority of her senses back to true reality, causing her to hiss and hold her hands to her forehead. Interference always gave her headaches. After the pain-borne ringing in her ears stopped and she could see straight again, she deemed that it would be her best interests to not resume observation until the regional flares subsided. In this time, she decided to just relax a little bit. She remained as she was when she was "remote observing", so to speak, and looked for all the world like she had returned to her "nap". However, she was watching the people coming in and out of the club, taking mental notations on the customers. An odd thing she took note of was the very young girl approaching the notably older man, who had as of a few minutes ago ordered a White Russian. She wondered how that was going to pan out.

Damn damn damn. Tira thought, her hair blowing in the wind as her cybercycle raced through Cyber World. I'm so dead! If Mr. Wezowski catches me late again, he'll kick me out of class!
Tira was finally within sight of the gate that would let her exit Cyber Wrold in front of her college, when suddenly in a flash of white light, she found herself flying through the air. In the Real World.
Tucking her head into her chest, Tira managed to perform a perfect shoulder roll, and after rolling in the dirt, managed to end up in a semi-sitting position in front of a place called the "Club Noir". As Tira looked around, she saw a glowing meteor fragment.
Figures. Damn meteors. Tira thought, dusting her denim pants and white shirt off before pulling her phone out of her pocket. Might as well call in sick. Tira thought as she made her call, her teacher none too happy about the time of Tira's call.
Tira walked inside the club, and approaching the bartender, ordered a coffee, black. After paying with cash, Tira carried her drink to one of the tables, and taking a sip, began to feel herself relax. Strangely, caffiene had always helped her relax, whether it was due to her enhancements or not, and she always needed to relax after a forced pulse-out from Cyber World.
Damn meteors. Tira thought again as she took another sip, and began to look around the club.
Kindron sat at his desk hammering away at the keyboard. The software for the new defensive walls for the Cyber World were far from finished, but it was coming along nicely. It was already an improvement to what was up now. Kindron awaited news of the lone hacker. Kindron couldn't actually "see" the screen. Kindron couldn't see anything for that matter. Kindron's implants can interact with technology around him, send the information directly into his brain along with enhance his senses to super-human levels. Kindron heard someone come to the door. It was his secretary probably. Giving him the update. A gentle double knock on the door followed.
"Come in," Kindron said. Finally, people weren't pounding on that door all the time... Kindron hated when people did that. Kindron could tell in an instant by the scent and sound of her heartbeat that it was his secretary. Kindron associated everything with touch, smell, and sound. What's a blind guy to do? Kindron could tell by how fast her heart was beating that she had bad news.
"The hacker escaped, didn't he?" Kindron asked. Kindron was very kind in the way he talked for the most part.
She hesitated for minute. "Yes. It appears the hacker escaped through a nearby meteor."
"OF course! I really wish we could dispose of those. Oh well. Make sure I'm not disturbed. Lightning_Star is going to take a look into this. He should have gone in to begin with."
The secretary dropped her papers. The thud hurt Kindron's ears. She leaned over to pick them up. "Is that really necessary, sir?!"
"I'm bored. Maybe I'll find something interesting." Kindron got up and got ready to transfer into the Cyber world. Not many people new that Kindron WAS in fact Lightning_Star. His secretary is one of the few people in Darkfire Tech that new who he was. "Make sure I'm not disturbed." Kindron started the transfer to Cyber World before she said anything.
Kindron felt his appearence change as his vision started to come in. In the cyber world, Kindron could see. One of the joys of Cyber World. Kindron appeared just as he always does. Kindron walked towards the spot where System_Joker was last seen. The Sentries showed up.
"Report." Kindron said simply. In Cyber World, he is one of the top dogs. In truth, he isn't above the enforcers, but they report everything to him anyway, so he has become the head of just about everything inside cyber world. However, he has no power in the real world. Currently, Kindron has a System Administrator profile, which only holds his code name, Lightning_Star. This way, no one can hack his identity, because it's not there to hack. Everyone knows when Lightning_Star shows up, bad things are either happening, or have happened. Many people fear him, because they don't know what kind of judge of character he is. Kindron is the only System Administrator currently that goes and tries to capture hackers and criminals in the Cyber World. A lot of people feared Kindron, though it was mostly the unknown that people feared. Kindron allowed people the think that someone high up in NeuralVision was Lightning_Star. Last person they'd suspect was a blind CEO.
"Subject: System_Joker. Escaped through unknown exit," the sentry reported. Fancy word for "meteor escape."
"Contact the local police, and have them lock down the area. He may still be in the area. I'm going to have a look around," Kindron said. He looked around. What was he after? Did the sentries stop him before he could accomplish his goal? Kindron stopped. He felt something... Could be another hacker. He ran every scan he knew with his special sunglasses. Nothing. He didn't see anything that would have warranted a hacking here, nor signs of any more hacking.
"Sentries. Watch the area. There may be anot-" Kindron got that far before a sentry attacked him. The blast was dodged easily as Kindron ducked. He wasn't about to waste his shield power on these weak machines. Two more came in. Of course... Second-rate hackers, probably protecting System_Joker, or trying to take Kindron out. Kindron saw this a lot when he logged on. Kindron pulled out his saber and, in about a second and a half, placed a fatal slash on all three. Kindron looked at the sentries and scanned it. Older software! This was outdated by 2 and a half months. Kindron made a point multiple times of making sure software was currently being updated, or they make easy hacking targets.
"Lightning_Star here. Get three more sentries down here. AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE CURRENT FREAKING SOFTWARE!" Kindron said as he disconnected the comm unit. Kindron continued his search. He could still feel something faint... but he couldn't make it out. Kindron kept scanning, keeping his guard up in case someone or something unexpected came around.
It was pouring rain outside, something that Grez seemed to enjoy very much. Whether it was the actual sensation of feeling the rain, or the metallic pounding sound it made when hitting his body was not apparent. Grez just enjoyed standing in the rain, and being high up on top one of the many buildings, he was often uninterrupted. Despite the rain, it was becoming boring, and maybe the CyberWorld would hold something of greater interest to do. Grez transported into the CyberWorld, and his physical body seemingly disappeared; he was not restricted to normal access points.
Grez arrived in time to see a Sentinel disarmed, literally, and end up lying on the floor. He found it to be a pathetic attempt at security, especially given how easily they seemed to "die." That was disappointing; he’d already missed whatever fun might’ve happened. It wasn’t long before another Sentinel arrived, but this time after him. While real-world authorities seemed to ignore Grez, the Sentinels never seemed to learn that they couldn’t capture him. Lifting his arm, a flash was released from the gem and the Sentinel fell to pieces. It wasn’t long before Grez noticed someone else was now present, someone he recognized. The man was discussing with other Sentinels what had just happened prior to Grez's arrival. The man being chased seemed to have been forcefully logged out, a problem that rarely affected Grez, though he too wasn’t completely impervious to the meteors. Maybe he’d try to follow their trace, but this Grez's thoughts were brought elsewhere, to more immediate and easily traceable actions, like dealing with Lightning_Star. While Grez considered him a minimal threat, maybe he could still provide some entertainment.
As Grez went to move in and destroy the Sentries near Lightning-Star, they seemingly revolted and were taken care of. That was even more disappointing; robbed of fun twice in one night. Oh well. Grez began approaching Lightning_Star, makin his presence fully known despite being a high-level criminal.
"Seems like your toys aren't working properlly."
Kindron looked at someone who had just shown up. He heard the person some time ago, but figured it was a just another visitor. It wasn't until he ran a scan of the profile that he realized who this person was. A wanted criminal. A VERY wanted criminal. Kindron should have gotten the profile the instant he showed up. Kindron was getting reckless again...
"Wait, is this really happening?! Cause I REALLY hope it is! You've got a lot of guts to show up here. Are you the low-rate hacker that hacked those robots? PLEASE say yes. I've been so bored today." Kindron could tell that this person was strong. Not strong enough to him to be a threat, but Kindron wasn't about to underestimate him.
"Oh, but first. If you do want to fight, we need to move that way," Kindron said as he pointed right. "There's a meteor nearby that I would HATE to see you use it to get away." Kindron stood and waited to see what his move would be.

"It's never a challenge anymore." Justin muttered to himself as he relieved the safe of its contents. The safe belonged to a corrupt businessman; those like him were always Justin’s first choice. This one happened to be running a local preschool into the ground, and some of the teachers were friends of our recently acquainted thief.
Gaining entry wasn’t a problem, nor was disabling the security system. “This guy is way too lax, somebody could break in and take whatever they want.” He smiled to himself as he closed and relocked the safe. On his way out, he noticed a panel beside the door. ”Wait… there’s an extra secu-Oh no.” He looked around frantically, trying to spot whatever trap he just armed. He didn’t bother to try and disarm it through the console-mostly because it likely wouldn’t work and it would waste time-instead scanning the area with a level of attention uncommon even to him. He was relieved to find that it was just a set of infrared beams scattered haphazardly about in the next room.
“Phew, I thought it was going to be something tough.” Justin thought as he gathered himself and set upon the invisible mess. He couldn’t see the beams, but he could see the emitters and from them he calculated where not to step. As he reached the other side of the room, he heard a click followed by the alarm. “You sneaky little rat… Ah well, I was bored anyway, maybe he’ll release the hounds or something.” “Come out with your hands up” said a robotic voice coming from outside. “Of course not, my luck is boring.” Justin looked out the window and saw three security robots pointing their weapons at the front door, ready to shoot anyone dumb enough to open it. After a few minutes the sound of gunshots erupted from inside the building. Needless to say, the robots burst in at that point, following the sound.
“…And as they ran in, I slipped out the newly created hole to freedom.” Club Noir wasn’t terribly busy at the time, something Justin liked. Even with his abilities, a bar full of people was a lot of information to take in, or worse, a distraction from the important stuff. “Please tell me nothing happened, Justin,” said Miss Sue, Justin’s current employer and the previously mentioned friend. He grinned in response. “Not unless you count smoke damage and a lot of holes in everything. Here, your money from the guy, plus interest.”
Miss Sue recoiled. “I didn’t say anything about interest. Keep your money; I don’t want to be indebted to a thief.” “You wound me, Jane, I said I’d help and I’m trying. You went to him because you were in trouble. Would you rather be assisted by a faceless bureaucrat, or someone you already know?” Jane shot him a less than endearing look. “You destroyed his house to get away. This calls your morals into question, more so than your job already does.” Justin in turn gave a less than amused glance. “I don’t carry a gun; all I did was trigger his security systems.” Jane looked confused for a moment. “What security systems were those? You never mentioned any weapon emplacements.” “Not explicitly, no. Remember the lasers? The alarm was rigged to the floor panel, so they’re left unaccounted for. But we’re getting off-topic; this is about you calling my morals into question. And as for those, I chose your problem over a lot of other places, most of which had a much better payout.” Justin took a drink of his water as he finished. Jane struggled to find a response that he wouldn’t be able to refute. After some deliberation, she found what she thought was suitable. “The only logical reason you would help me is if you had something to gain from it, right?” Justin shrugged. “Yeah, and maybe someday I’ll tell you what it is. Consider the extra money a gift in the mean time.”
Justin got up, ordered a tuna sandwich, and sat down at a table on the wall to eat. As he got out his laptop the door opened and in walked in a very soggy man, followed a bit later by a less soggy girl. Justin noted there presence and returned to his computer, which had finished loading while his attention was on the new arrivals, and began playing.

Dante looked up at the young girl, his sunglasses sliding down his nose a little as he peered over them, his multi-colour shifting eyes studying her.
"No you don't know me, and no I won't buy you alcohol." He looked over where she had been sitting and saw an open study book.
"You know, if you're going to do school work shouldn't you at least go to school? I mean who skips class and then does work in a bar? How'd you even get in here anyways?" Dante knew he was being rude, but being passed off as a rude drunk was better than a pedophile any day. Law enforcement would have a real problem if they thought a twenty seven year old had some sort of extra-curricular relationship with a teenage girl. Or was she a pre-teen? Dante couldn't be sure, and he wasn't about to scan her with his ocular implants in case someone was monitoring him. Pushing back his empty glass, Dante decided to change his drink.
"Rum and Coke please Mr.Bartender, thoughts are still forming in my mind and I need to find a fix for that." Drinking was an escape for Dante, horrible for his job. The last thing he would need is for something to happen while he was drunk. If he actually let his guard down long enough to get sufficiently drunk. This was not something he was often able to do. Just then his phone vibrated, an encrypted message had just been received. Work to do, but work could wait. Dante was still thirsty.
"Uh, why would I want a drink from you scum bag?" Her eye twitched a little. This is what her father would do, what her father would do was get drunk, froget what he was saying andf act like a dick! She stood there, getting tense as she cussed her mouth away. "You know your just some loud mouth, piece of- Your not gonna like me!" She rolled up her sleve ready to punch when she stopped herself. Your not worth it, scum bag!" Shawna stormed away, putting up both middle fingers at every one and cussing out until she could no longer cuss!
Meteor as a means of escape? Pffft. Like Grez needed such a method to exit and enter the CyberWorld. It was fairly apparent that Lightning_Star's intel was out of date.
"You should probably get around to updating that information of yours, Lightning_Star. I don't need meteors, that's something that most people seem to know about me even if they have the worst of informants. And please, don't compare me to a low-rate hacker. Sentinels and methods such as those are beneath me."
Grez was tempted to attack his opponent, but he truly felt the use of energy a waste. Besides, it's not like he could be caught by him... That said, there were more interesting things that might've been gonig on outside the CyberWorld. There definitely lacked excitement here, anyways. Grez would walk right by Lightning_Star as he spoke, showing no interest of caution towards the man.

As Tira began her mid-term essay for her Cyber Crimes class "Pedophilia and the Internet - The Early Days", she hear the voice of a young teenage girl shouting obscenities of such voracity, Tira was surprised the paint on the walls wasn't peeling from it.
Tira was already having a bit of a bad day, and she didn't need some foul-mouthed kid making it worse.
Tira waited until the girl had turned away from her, and then positioned herself so that when Shawana turned, she'd turn right into Tira. Which happened rather quickly, Tira figured, the younger girl bumping right into the front of Tira's white t-shirt.
Tucking a strand of her iridescent blue hair behind her ear, Tira quickly grabbed the younger girl's wrist and started tweaking her arm until the girl was sure to feel some pain.
"You know... Language like that isn't very ladylike." Tira began. "First thing, you should apologise to everyone here for your rudeness, and then you should find a bar of soap and cram it in your mouth." Tira finished, before pushing Shawana away. "And if that's not enough for you, maybe we should take this to a Cyber Arena." Tira said, and waited for her to reply.

Tragedy observed the discourse between the young woman, seeming to be about her age, and the little girl. It seemed that there was a brat in the room. Made Tragedy somewhat sad that Enforcers didn't have authority for these things in the Real World. Otherwise she'd be having the young girl ejected from the premises due to disrupting the peace. For no real good reason, either. The situation amused her enough that she decided to head away from the situation, and then observe from Cyberworld, in case this did turn into an Arena fight. She headed towards the street. Unfortunately for her, though perhaps fortunate for Lightning_Star, this path brought her passing in front of the Administrator. Grez wouldn't be able to see the ghost image, but Kindron would, possessing an account and security clearance higher ranked than an Enforcer account.
"Why would I waste my time researching a common criminal?" Kindron was trying to upset Grez. Of course Kindron had access to every file that was available on Grez. What he meant was that he didn't want to accidently be pushed out of cyberworld with Grez and run the risk of someone finding out who he actually is. Kindron started walking away from the meteor, while pulling out his saber. Contrary to popular belief, Kindron's saber was more of a bat. Kindron could only stab someone if enough thrust and power at a certain angle was put into the attack. Otherwise, all it could do was burn away clothes and cause very minor burns.
As he was walking, he saw a ghost image. He recognized the image as he passed by it, looking. It was one of the enforcers that Kindron had worked with before. Kindron didn't know her personally, just read a few things about her, including her ability to leave a part of herself, so to speak, always in cyber world. Grez wouldn't be able to see it though, since only Enforcers and System Administrators had the right account and security clearance. Kindron looked back ahead, and stopped.
"This ought to be far enough. I can't stand those meteors interrupting my battles. Let's do this." Kindron said as he ignited the saber. His shield was designed not to interfere with anything coming from inside the barrier, so his saber or if he wanted to use lightning, he would. He didn't know much about Grez's powers, so he would have to be careful until he fully understood his opponent. Of course, "careful" isn't exactly in Kindron's profile, unless there is a "not" in front of it. Kindron loved and hated the current cyber world. There was a time when only System Administrators and Enforcers were able to have a profile that allowed weapons, but now, any low-life could get any type of power they wanted, because of the rising skill of hackers.
Kindron brought the blade up at a ready stance, looking at grez from a side angle, while holding the handle in his right hand, and the blade sort of resting on his left thumb. It wouldn't hurt him, since the armor and cloth on his body wouldn't burn away. Kindron smiled as he waited for Grez to make a move.
Trivial. As it stood now, Lightning_Star was little more than an annoyance in Grez's eye, and he was far too weak to merit fighting. Pity. Maybe if there had been more of him, but that wasn't the case. Grez followed his opponent to what he believed to be a safer distance, but in all actuality, there was little change. And then that weapon... Was it actually supposed to present a threat? A saber. How intimidating. Oh well, guess it was time to call it a night.
"Let me know when you're actually worth fighting. I can't be bothered with you, honestly.'
A crew of Sentinels would arrive on scene, though not under regular influence. Loyal to Grez via his own tampering, they would viciously attack Lightning_Star. The orbs on Grez's arms would flash as he was removed from the CyberWorld, reappearing elsewhere in the real world. Grez liked this method as he did not use access points and therefore could not be traced.

Shawna’s verbal assault distracted Justin from his game long enough to lose. “Oh come on…” he sighed as he closed his computer and refocused on the noise. “What’s the kid doing here? Swearing her head off, that’s what,” he thought to himself as he contemplated how to respond.
At that point Tira started her confrontation. An idea formed in Justin’s head as he heard her soap line, and he immediately got to work making it a reality. “I need a bar of soap, two pieces of bread, and a plate. The black-haired kid’s paying for it,” he told the bartender in a hurried manner. As soon as he received his items, he got out one of his smaller knifes and began carving the words ‘bon appétit’ in extremely fancy lettering. Having finished the hard part, Justin put together his prank and set it on Shawna’s textbook. Tira and Shawna were the only people he was trying not to alert and since they were focused on each other he didn’t have to be as careful. When he reached his seat he took a quick glance into the cyberworld to see how the patrons there were reacting. After seeing that the majority of them, few that there were, didn’t know anything was going on, he quietly left them to their engagements.
“Good food, free entertainment, I like it here,” Justin thought as he sat down and got comfortable for the somewhat inevitable first punch. He hoped that the verbal sparring would continue for a bit longer, as he didn’t want to risk getting in trouble now after escaping the law earlier in the day.

Dante now watched with pure amusement as the young girl had found herself in quite the mess. Though she only attended to piss him off, a feat which she failed to do, as Dante doubted he'd even feel her punch if she had went through with it given his augmented skeleton. But she had managed to piss off and disturbed at least two other patrons at the bar. Dante leaned over to the Bartender,
"Hey! Does this place has a loud speaker?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Well it used to be quite the lively club when you played music, I just think music would help lighten the mood."
"Uh, I guess so. Do you have a request?"
"Would I have asked otherwise?" Dante smirked.
"No I guess not..." The bartender was obviously confused.
"Could you play War, by Sick Puppies. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTTxtneonq8) It's an old song but I bet you can find it." Dante laughed as the sound of the music came on, laughing even harder at the soup sandwich that had appeared on the textbook beside him while he had been talking with the bartender. "Free entertainment, now that's what I call a good deal."
Shawna looked down trying to dodge the annoyed looks. She wanted to storm out of the place, but something made her stay. Was it her pompus atitude? Was it her Grand Father telling her to lighten up and sit down? Who knows but she left Tira in her misery and went back to her seat. She stared at the speaker. How annoying this song was! She clunched up her fists and was ready to hit Tira. Tira isn't my mom! She thought as she got tenser.
She stomped up to Tira and slammed down her fist on the table. "Cyber Arena! NOW!" She shoved Tira as she left into the Cyber World.

Poor kid has no idea what's about to happen. Tira thought as she brushed off the kid's push and made sure her essay was saved and her computer shut down before making her preparations to enter the Cyber World.
Once inside, the servers that ran the Cyber World made sure that both Tira and Shawana arrived in the same Cyber Arena, where there were already a few dozen people, Arena junkies who stayed there as much as possible in order to catch as many fights as possible, were already in attendance.
"Battle approved. ClipSaber Vs. Shawana Kruager. Fighters, take your stances." A robotic referee announced, and both quickly took their fighting stances. "Fight!"
Tira remained in her stance, clearly allowing Shawana to make the first move.
"Let me know when you're actually worth fighting. I can't be bothered with you, honestly."
What?! The nerve of this guy!
"You think I'm weak?! That it!"
Kindron stopped smiling and ran towards Grez. No one has ever said anything like that to him before, and Kindron was not about to let someone start. In about half a second he started charging toward Grez, only to be fired upon by a fleet of setinels, enough to make Kindron stop. Kindron slid as he tried to slow. Grez apparently took the opportunity to disappear, and left Kindron to fight a fleet of about twenty sentinels.
Figures.
All of the Sentinels opened up on him, and Kindron took the opportunity to fire a lightning bolt on a few of the sentinels. This particular attack wasn't to fry them, but to turn their bodies into powerful magnets. In a matter of seconds, all the sentinels were pulled together, still firing. Kindron's shield had been hit a few times, so he started dodging as he moved in. He ignited a lightning blade in each hand. This was a lot of energy compacted into about the size of a sword. In about matter seconds, had placed a fatal slashes in the group. Because they were magnetized, the lightning blades' energy transferred to all the sentinels, frying them all at once. Kindron had taken some blows to his shield, but nothing that would put him in immediate danger. The shield could only take a few more blows.
Kindron looked at the sentinels as the lightning energy was released from the metal corpses. Kindron scanned the software, and realized it was different from any software currently available. Probably better than his. This was not done by an amateur. At least Kindron won a prize for this fight. Kindron got his comm on.
"This is Lightning_Star. I want this trashed fleet of Sentinels sent back to Neurovision and Darkfire Tech for analysis," Kindron said into the comm. He said for both companies, but he wanted the software for himself. Hopefully, Kindron hadn't fried them to the point where the software was unrecoverable. It might give him some new ideas for the new cyber defenses he was working on. He stopped as he heard something from the cyber arena nearby. Looks like a battle was getting ready to start.
"I'm going to go to the arena and check out the battle going on. Report back when everything has been cleaned up," Kindron said as he ran towards the arena. Kindron ran fast enough that he was a blur to anyone who had been watching. He was able to get there quick due to his speed. He went in the special entrance for Enforcers and Administrators, and got in on the front row. He wasn't really supposed to use that entrance unless it was important, but he figured he could get away with it just once. All the other Enforcers used it too.
He sat on the wall of the arena on the side of the actual arena. He didn't sit in the seats since he just didn't feel like it. Kindron smiled. A girl fight, eh? Kindron hoped this would be entertaining. He watched as the robotic announcer announced the fight to begin.

Tragedy was alerted to open hostilities occurring in CyberWorld very near the position of her "Ghost". However, the indicator and the battle ended shortly after they started. She thought she might not have been the only Enforcer in the area, as she didn't get the encrypted message sent to the corporations.
However, she did get an indicator that a Cyber Arena match had been initiated, and she figured pretty much what could have started that. And she wanted to see that. She transferred into Cyberworld a split second later. Unfortunately, she was still in her weapons loadout from her last assignment: A heavy suit of power armor and carrying what seemed to be a gatling-missile launcher. She shook her head, and these articles faded away into glowing balls of light that sank into her wrist-mounted holographic interface device. She then proceeded to open a holo-screen, while walking, and sent a message ahead to the local arena to expect an Enforcer to spectate and use the special booth. When that was confirmed, she was already at the gates. She entered with no issues, but was vaguely surprised to see the regional administrator, Lightning_Star, there already. Not wanting to interrupt, or interact with him perse, Tragedy picked a spot at least 7 seats away to the right of Lightning_Star, and sat. The front row seats of Cyber Arenas were always fairly comfortable.
Grey would reappear once more in the CyberWorld, this time not too far from the arena. Infact, he was in time to see Lightning_Star enter, though he was at a distance. That was inconvenient; surely the law-enforcer would want to fight once more. That meant Grez, if he wanted to continue inside, would need to be subtle. Do-able, yes. Annoying, yes. Oh well.
Entering through the main gate, Grez went about the regular proceedings to gain access to the arena, all without breaking a single law. In his own logic, the less alarms that went off, the less reason to look around in the stands for who might be there. Standing seventeen rows up from directly behind Lightning, and now another Enforcer, Grez took his seat. Worst case scenario, he'd leave again.
"Fight's not even worth the trouble..."

Dante couldn't believe that the little dispute had actually been taken to the Cyber Arena. He had little personal interest and decided instead to check on the message he had been avoiding. Loading up the screen he saw his new orders, he had to get across the world in order to carry them out though. Looking back to his drink he decided it would be best to sit and finish it. Gazing up at a nearby holo screen which was broadcasting the Cyber Arena matches. Dante was quite happy he could see the fight and not have to enter the Cyber Realm as he took another swig of his drink.
