Best place to post a comic?

I was just wondering what you guys think is the best place to post comics. I was thinking of making a website just for the comic mainly because I feel that way it would be easier to access and have more views. I'm "iffy" on using DD or Smack Jeeves for multiple reasons though. So what do you guys think?

Well, if you have one, a DeviantArt account works, especially since it's easier to keep track of specific comic series in you gallery (This is of course assuming you have more than one comic series.)

I do have an deviant art and tried that with a previous comic but i still didn't get that much traffic through for the sole reason that deviant art is huge and most of the people who followed were new spriters that wanted their characters to be in my comic. So i'm leaning towards a website because i can still advertise on deviant with less worry about things like that but that would probably be my other option. thanks for reminding me I had one i completely forgot =P

or else
you can make loadzz of advertisement for it
and host it on rapidshare like stuff !!

I also post my sprite comic in DeviantART. :)
There is also some sprite comics in DrunkDuck. Maybe that will be good idea to post at there
