alright, this is a basic game I'm making using game maker. The screenshot is from a game test I was doing. Right now I'm encountering a few sprite glitches, but there should be a beta version for download soon. Oh, and if you were wondering.... this is only the second game I've tried to build with gamemaker, after the first (a model X game) failed horribly.
Features:
A-trans system(already in production and working)
Models a,F,H,L,P, plus secret models.
Boss selection room with save point.
Buster and Melee attacks for all models(C is the exception, because classic megaman didn't really have a standard melee attack.)
Model F Up shot and dual firing(left and right).
Model H Double Jump and Air Dash.
Model L Down stab, and a nifty little Ice Shield ability.
And Much, Much more!

Basically the goal of this game is to obtain all five other standard models, then beat Model N(Neon, an original character.) Each time you beat a boss, you get their model. fairly simple.

well, my graphical capabilities with anything above 8-bit is poor right now, so I'm using the 8-bit graphics for better customizeability of the sprites, since I'll have to make my own Model F,H,L, and P.

Whew, its been a while since I looked at this thread... Just in case anyone cares, I have killed and remade this project, with a slightly different line of playable characters, including Bass, Megaman, Protoman, both versions of Model a, and as soon as I can reclaim the sprites from my thread, Model X and a few others.
