How Do You...?

I made this AWESOME GIF animation of my Navi DragoMan, only it's too big to be an avatar. I've seen some other people using GIF's as avatars The animation is currently my sig, but I was wondering how to make it small enough to be my avatar. Is there a special way I have to compress it?

You're right. I can't get much of anything up and running for an avatar. but Im new here so I guess I have to just find out how to do it. do you know? My avatar is supposed to be torchman looking guy with jamaican hair but it didn't work!

Make it 100x100 or smaller.
All you have to do is go in paint, resize all the frames to 100x100, and animate them again. If you give me the frames I MIGHT be able to do it.

Well thats 203x100Just use one of them and I am sure it will be small enough.

Don't double post. If you look in the lower right hand corner of your post, you should see 2 buttons. Edit, and Quote. Click edit, and edit your post. But yeah, I think he ment only one, probably wanted to animate them or something. I'll animate it. But first make it un-blurry. Save it as a PNG or something.
