IF ANYONE CAN CODE A NETBATTLE ENGINE IN GAME MAKER 7 PRO, PLEASE HELP

im making a "game" that acts like a PET, im currently working on adding navi's besides protman and megaman
the following list is available features of my "game"
EMAIL FEATURE WILL BE ADDED SO PLAYERS CAN TALK(not soon, but it WILL be added)
custom navi support via .GIF files (must be "custom.gif")
built-in navi selection (megaman or protoman)
changing colors has been removed to add save icon
the ability to pull up "google" (may glitch and open around 10 pages if your browser is open)
a clock is built into it (not made by me, credit WILL be added)
and clicking the navi will make them talk and tell you to select an option
the PET also allows you to input your name
