Er, computer stores?
It depends what brand. I got a all in one, Printer, Scanner, and Copier.
I got an HP All-In-One for about $80 at Staples. I've also seen HP All-In-Ones for sale at Wal-Mart for about $50. Though if you're looking for just a scanner and not an all-in-one; Staples sells a small Canon scanner for about $50 last time I checked.
Check office supply stores first though 'fore you head off to the computer store. An office supply chain store will have 'em for cheaper.

Yeh, I have one of those HP's Three-in-one printers. Pretty useful. And it cost about 100€(euros, for those who can't see €-mark). So, that's one I would say that you should get.
I have an All-in-one but it always bends the original. I want a flat scanner.
It bends it? My All-In-One is a flatbed scanner... o.o Perhaps you got one that feeds the paper through it?
For a regular flatbed scanner, Canon makes a relatively cheap and small 8 1/2 x 12 flatbed scanner for around $40-60. They're sold at Staples and prolly other office supply stores. So hop on down to your nearest Staples or Office Depot and ask about it. They're cheap, they have a very low profile, and Canon makes pretty good scanners.
Mine was a flatbed scanner,(all in one) lexmark X1185. Came with my computer.
Pretty good, but only A4 sizes. Costs about S$50 dollars i think.
S$50 dollars = 25 Euros.
