I got a studying place at Joensuu. So I'll be moving there on 13.8. That means the Sunday of this week.

I got many friends too. So I have mostly only good memories about this place.

Well, pretty much same thing here, except that I'm not going to leave this place. :D

Yeah, so as the post says, my internet usage is going to be pretty much cutted from now on.

I can't sprite from Monday to Friday, since at that time I'm 200 kilometers away from my comp. So it means that I have only weekeds for spriting... And I need to leave at every Sunday to Joensuu again, so... But every Friday I might get chance to use laptop.

And you ask why I can't take the laptop with me? Guess... parents. :P
Yeah, they don't let me take the comp with me... But if I need to use the comp at my studies, I guess that some things might change then :D

So, don't wonder if I'm not online from now on so many times... I'll try to find a comp that I could use at Joensuu, so I might have chances to pop on other times as well...

Aye's is backs.

Several interesting things happened at my camp this year. A kid named Mason started to literally convulse and spasm on the ground after chugging an enormous slushie in around 5 seconds by watering it down with cold water. Mason is probably the funniest person you'll ever meet.
There's a redneck kid at our camp named Dylan. I never guessed that a redneck could be so educated and unbiased as Dylan is until I met him. He knows he's a redneck. He chugged 21 shots of slushie and puked 3 times in between. He and Mason were cold and sick for days afterword. He would have gone for 30 if a counselor didn't hold him back.
I love my camp. We get people from all around the world. A kid named Jee Soo came from South Korea. We get 1-2 busloads of Mexicans yearly, we used to have siblings that came from Japan, a guy named Sam from Belgium I haven't seen in awhile (coolest counselor/one of the coolest people I have ever met), an awesome (and perverted) Frenchman named Irwin that we call Frenchy out of laziness, and others.
We invented a new game this year. Deathball. You run down a hill, toward a finish line made of crates, while 20-some people pelt you with crates, plastic things, tennis balls, wet towels, matresses, dodgeballs, and all manner of hard things I can't think of due to head injuries. Fun.
We have a game called speedball. It's sort of based off of rugby, except dirtier (yes, such a thing is possible). There are 2 goals at each end of the field. It's played with a football (not an american football). To run with it, you have to either dribble it like a basketball, kick it, or throw it above your head while you run. Throwing it in the goal gets you one point, kicking it gets you two, and heading it gets you three. It's played in a wet field with rocks on one side and barbed wire on the other. Anything at all goes. In fact, campers are encouraged to beat the crap out of the other team when they don't have to ball just for fun.
I got close to getting with a hot, cool girl this year. She's a year younger than me, but looks like she's seventeen. She left a few days early though, and since I'll be a freshman in highschool this year, I won't really see here.
Speaking of the girls, sneaking out is rediculously easy this year. On tuesday of the last week, 2 people and I said "I'm bored and hungy. Let's go raid the kitchen." We stole a bucket of strawberries we thought was strawberry ice cream, some chocolate syrup, brownie mix, ice cream cones, and a large can of soup. After returning to a cabin, we decided to go up into the crater in the woods near our cabins (Ohio is a dense forest and I love it) and cook the soup over a fire like the bums we were. We invited another camper and a counselor. The counselor brought three other counselors. One was dead drunk, and the rest had vodka they were surprisingly willing to share. In the middle of our... thing, we decided to steal some hamburger pattys from the kitchen and cook them. They were delicious. I don't remember much after that. The entire night was absolutely ludicrous. I got to bed about 2 hours before I woke up.
Coed skinny-dipping. Enough said.
I like to sail. And not rich people sail, I mean actual hard work sailing in boats with holes and ripped sails while tacking constantly because you're destination always seemed to be the opposite direction of which the wind blows. Anyway, I got my advanced badge for it for the second year in the row. Last year was the first time in twenty years that anyone got the badge. I rock.
Oh, and I helped invent a poker game. It's called Lems. I'll explain it on here some time.

There are plenty more stories, but I'm tired of typing. Anyway, even though I'll miss that place severely, it's good to be back.

Back from London.
Originally we were going to stay in, be miserable, get drunk, and just leave on saturday night for the gig. But no, we went out, bathed in the multicultural awesome splendour that is London (We didn't meet a single English person till the gig itself :p)

Summary

Friday- No one at the hostel was English. We got drunk (REALLY, REALLY, REALLY drunk) with finnish rockers, and a scottish black metaller.
And chatted up some French birds :)

Saturday- WENT TO SEE EMPEROR OMG LUV, best gig I've ever been to, and I got to meet the members of my fave band ever, Mithras. Suffice to say, me and my friends (and the member of my band, that I dragged along) are colossal fans of them, and we were VERY awe inspired by Mithras (and how unfathomably cool they were to us)

We were just standing around the bar on the second floor, and I notice this seven foot tall monster walk past Chris

Me: Where's Leon?
Rayner: There.
Me: YOU ARE MY FUCKING IDOL!

Leon's wife, the amazing Lisa Macey, co-owner of the awesome metal magazine Zero Tolerance, was really funny and cool as well.

As for Emperor, they were the shit. The setlist was flawless, the crowd was great, and the atmosphere was amazing.
And Ihsahn (Emperor vocalists) totally had the entire audience in the palm of his hand.

I'm going to avoid talking about the gig, as it stands beyond criticism :D

Had an awesome time, even though our room was minus 9192 degrees, and we nearly died of boredom with all the constant waits for trains.

And we went through an alarming amount of fags, and I bought an alarming amount of Black Sabbath albums.

Ok, I haven't been on in a while, and that is not likley to change for a couple of weeks. See, I'm a high school senior, and now that prom is over...oh wait! that's the first thing i need to talk about.

Well, I had not gone to prom last year, nor this year. Everyone says I missed out. Pssh! I didn't miss anything as far as I am concerned. And even if I would've decided to go: No money, no date, no car; the list goes on. Anyway, I decided to adress the "no money" problem first, so now I have a job: I work at a Weis markets. But anyway, I haven't worked since January, starting again is going to take some getting used to. In other words, no more late night spriting sessions for me. Anyway, with graduation coming up, I need to focus more on working for collage money, so... I think I may be gone for about...5 weeks, give or take. So, I will be back, just not sure when.

What can you expect upon my return:
1. I'll have a new pc for which to upload sprites from.
2. Sweet money!
3. This pertains to all those involved in the Mystic Influence comic. I'll have maybe 4 or 5 pages done when I get back...hopefully.
