Seriously, Capcom? Seriously? You gotta pull this **** with EVERY Street Fighter game?

Yes, it's an expansion pack for Street Fighter IV... released as a new game, not as DLC. More characters (T. Hawk and Dee Jay are back, plus a new female character named Juri), new features, some rebalancing. At least it's at a reduced price.

T. Hawk's English voice bugs the hell out of me, though. You'd expect a big guy to have a somewhat deeper voice.
Also, the new announcer is the guy who voices Tager from BlazBlue.

Ok, I'm in for this.

It seems like they did some good. If my guess is correct it seems like Super will finetune characters, add new supers, new gameplay mechanics, minigames, and add in 6 characters to play as (and I know there's at least one more they aren't telling us about. I know it). Voices seem pretty good too. Dee Jay's is the one I'd complain about the most (sterotyping and all, but this is SF we're talking about)
Juri looks pretty interesting too.

Seems good sofar...

Just played it and it felt like they improved Guile somehow. Checked the net and Japan made a premature tier list and he was in the top 3 for this game.

Makes me happy to have been a Guile player for the past decade.

I hear that his ultra 2 is actually more useful than people originally thought.

I've also heard that Makoto is bottom tier in this game, and I refuse to believe that my favorite ball of destruction is bottom tier. Things will change, I'm sure. The game's only been out for a month and there haven't even been any major tournaments. (Though EVO will probably be full of Ryus, Sagats, and Balrogs.)

I'm suprisied. Balrog's definitly gotten a jump up. Fought one last night and he DESTROYED me. But that guy was a pro using a stick, so yeah.

Anyway, I just found this out....
The Xbox 360 controller sucks for fighting games!

I need a PS3. Forget a stick, I need a ps3.

Anyway....

I'm picking up Juri. Love using this girl, fun to pick up and play. I'd probably like her personally if she wasn't a psychotic sociopath. Cody's fun too, and Ken I'm still pretty good at. He's like the only one I was always good with

YEAH, you got that right. Hurray for turtling! Though I try not to do it as much.
Ultra 2 is pretty helpful, and much more helpful than its CvS2 version, thankfully. I like it better for punishment -- at least more so than his Ultra 1.

I've heard Daigo's been using Guile in his online matches recently? Things might change for EVO. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if I saw Adon somewhere up there, too.

Wasn't there something like the CPU's AI using a flash kick without charging? That might be one of the reasons why you had a hard time in SSF2. =X

I don't have the 360 version, though. I don't even have the game. I just play it now and then at my school's gamelab.

Yea, the AI was always cheating. No clue if they still do the charge moves without the charge. *shrugs*

Since I don't have the game, how does Dudley compare to Balrog?

Personally, I prefer Balrog, but I've never really cared for Dudley much, anyway.
Early tier lists have put Dudley at mid tier and Balrog still high tier.
If you ask me, it's all pretty balanced for the most part.
