Rockman ZX Pre-order DVD

Well I was wondering, there were three items on the DVD, and the third was a super secret project. Does anyone Know any info on this?

According to looking at it in DVD Decrypter it came Region Free.

I don't think that's a legal download...

It did come free with the game, after all. It's no more illegal than people ripping the DVD themselves and encoding DivX files of it up on Youtube. :p

I mainly put it up for Preorders that didn't get a Special DVD with their game.
