Forum that uses some sprites from here without credit

That's the Rockman Center for Thailand. They have non-pd and fan characters' sprites from here, though some are PD and recolors. I don't recognize the language, but only a few have credit, and all have a link to this site or wherever else the sprites are from. Didn't think this was such a big deal, so not going on general chat or help forum, unless a mod or ACE decides it should. The person who is putting them up is vava2 or something like that.
