I had these in another thread in the sprites section, but since they were public domain I figured to just re-post them here. Besides I couldn't find my other thread:g-drop:.

Hehehe these look pretty cool. Y'know I've always prefered souls over the crappy recolour Megaman gets in the Classic games.
They are good a\overall but the crashman heqad looks weird, cloudman has no clouds ;P, pharoah mans head looks a bit scrachty, turbo guy looks like a punk, guts soul is looking weird with that small head, (you could add an helm)
And cutman soul is white, that looks kinda strange.
But if I wasn't picky, I had nothing to post xD

I like them. Especially the Turbo and Bubble soul. The Cut Man one could use a bit of work though. It looks just wrong. Don't know why though. Must be because its Proto Man.
These are funny as hell, in a good way.

Well for the hell of it I decided to make a Falzer X beast out based on Rags' X form. I left his sprite on the left and mine on the right, and the reason why it doesn't look much different from the Falzer beast out is because It's still supposed to look like Mega but with a hint of X.

It doesn't looks so good maybe it's the head or somthing. You need to add a lot of red to let it work.

Okay... do you mean the gem? Cause I just took that from Rags' sprite. I did however update the blue trimming on the head. I'll post it here in a bit, just got to add a few more details.

The blue trim has to be a bit more noticeable. More of a teal, or aqua color.

Nice Megaman X sprite. I'd like to use it in my game since I've been looking for a while.
I like the Bass with Shadow Soul but I would think Guts Soul would be...more Gutsy more bulk. I just thought I'd offer some C + C.
Tht Falzer X beast out is my favorite I hope you make a full sprite sheet for it sometime.

I just have one question about Astro. Is he scratch or did you use bases?

Half and Half. The chest was technically scratched. I just used Search's as a reference and made it bigger. The arms are from Shademan, The head's from Seachman, The ball at the bottom was from Blizzardman's snowball. Everything else was scratch. Including the shading. (except that Mega Rock fixed the colors for me and added a litle shading)

Okay, the attacks are the Ball thing that that strikes every now and then and the beam attack which can be used in conjuction with the copy ablility for two beams. That enough attacks? Now I just need damaged and movement sprites but I can't seem to do them. If anyone wants to be my guest.

Hey, AstroMan.EXE is looking really good. Suggestion: maybe you could make the balls that orbit him larger. Then the two could circle around him throughout the battle and take shots for him. And if you hit any particular one enough times, it charges up and then rams into Mega.

Good idea Grid! I was thinking of trying to do something like that but I thought the balls were too big. And Rags, go ahead if ya want to. I was going to eventually but meh.
Edit- OH! Why don't I just use the ball that's in the meteor thing? It would be easier.

Do it without the balls. It would be easier, sides I could make it that everytime he moves he does the meteor ball attack.

Made the balls bigger. Now, I'd make the whole animation with the balls surronding him and going down a row but the person who uses them can do that. After all it's just moving the sprite, it's not changing.

Normally stickied topics are exempt of warnings for revival, but in this case, since it's so pointless and it's a thread just waiting for ACE to update, it shouldn't have been posted in.
As long as stickied posts are exempt from revival... time for some constructive criticism...
About Astroman.exe: It would look slightly better if the idle pose had a short 3-4 frame animation of his arms and chest floating up and down independantly of the lower body. You may need more than four frames to show that the arms and chest are independantly floating, but it would look considerable better.
I have to agree with KR. It would look a lot better,and more official-ish.
And if you still plan to make Enker.exe One (http://webzoom.freewebs.com/enker/exe.jpg) of these two (http://www.templararchives.net/ixxra/enkerexe01-complete.jpg) would be good.

About the floating, I figured that already. I'll repost the sheet with separate parts so people can do that themselves.
And about Enker.exe, I'll see what I can do. I've got some other stuff I'm working on right now though.

Well, as already told, here is AstroMan with a mugshot (FYI, while I made it overall, it was made pixel-perfect by ZoD). I also made him an after-image and a dash.
Oh, and people, THIS IS NOT HI-JACKING! Jace asked me if I could put these in his thread, so back off of those warning buttons.
