Actually, you have pretty much the same amount of mods to deal with, only we're ALL global. And don't worry... I'm usually pretty lenient if not driven insane by repeat offenders. Just follow the rules and you'll have nothing to fear. ^^

Though I can see your reasoning, I'm not sure it was necessary to revive this. Hell, I'm not sure this was necessary in the first place. If you need to know someone's a mod to behave differently, you're doing something wrong in the first place.
