Story: It has been five months since "C Kira," otherwise known as "Cheap Kira" stopped killing the elderly. The SPK (Special Provision for Kira) has relocated to Rome, Italy to get closer to the recent numerous deaths in Europe, as L believes another mass-murder is going on. Another Death Note has fallen into the world because of the Shinigami Ryuk. His boredom has come forth again; along with his apple cravings.

Rules:
1. Follow the forum rules to the fullest extent.
2. Excluding special cases, all members will start their first character in the SPK. If afterwards you show you are a decent role player, you will be allowed to have a second character.
3. All Death Note rules (see below) are absolute.
4. Anyone that is killed by a Death Note stays dead. There is no Death Eraser.
5. L has a large sum of money that will likely not run out in his lifespan.
6. Any and all second characters should not be in the SPK unless needed or per request.

Death Notes:
Death Note 1 - Ryuk holds as his personal Death Note. It is written in the shinigami language and only has “How to use I – IV.”

Members:
Drei - Arthur/Kira. Withholds 0 Death Notes.
Forte - Near/L. Withholds 0 Death Notes and burned two roughly 3 years ago.
Zyros - Ryuk. Withholds 1 Death Note and has been known to be able to get multiple. He knows how to kill a Shinigami.

EDIT: Wikipedia said that his age as of last appearance was 21. I figured it meant in the main story, not the later one. Oh well. Changed it to 22, just in case.

Is Near 24 after just three years...? He is excluded from the age limit because it is important for his character to be the correct age. After looking around the internet, he should be 21~22.

Well, Forte and I are accepted. I will give Forte and Zyros my plans for the start, which they can alter and shift however they like. Once we all agree, the role playing thread will be started.

Wow. I understand that someone who is interested would want to bump a thread, but after looking over how much I limited people, the current way it would be run just doesn't work. Now you didn't add the owner of the Death Note he has, nor do any other Death Notes than Ryuk's exist in the human world at the time my current rewrite takes place, and only one exists as of the first post's last update.
Ruling: Denied but if altered at some time, may be acepted after proper revival.
