Advanced edit: After having my sprites stolen twice, I made the decision to make my sprites not PD, unless I say so. Just drop me a PM or ask me in the thread before you use my sprites for something. Please
Time to show my stuff. Here's all the sprites I've done.....
First of all, Here's the first thing I ever did. I did it in like 15 minutes after I downloaded all the bases....I still also called Alpha Alphaman then too. (he is a fanchar I made)

Now, here's my first sprite sheet of my first creation, Alpha! (thus he's called Alpha, cause he's the first thing I ever tried)

Now, here's Alpha again,but this time in Rockman Zero Style. I gave it the nickname "alpha neo" after I decided to go to 32 bit and ditch the MM7 style. I know he's just a recolor now, but I plan to upgrade him and give him a much cooler look

If you didn't notice, I decided to give alpha the traits of Alpha/Proto, thus he has a certain version of his attacks. And then I expanded on them.
I took the reverse vulcan and Sigma thunder moves of Proto and gave them to my Alpha in the form of arm cannons, the reverse arm and the Sigma arm. Each with different abilities.
The Alpha buster mode has the standard buster, the Delete beam (from Proto's Red eyes delete attack), and the beta missle (made up)
The Reverse arm has a vulcan buster, and also the move reverse wind, which can blow stuff away, and suck stuff in (such as enemy attacks) into the whrilwind and send it back at the target. plus Alpha can fire off the Alpha buster shots rapid fire vulcan style, yet it does use up alot of energy.
The Sigma arm has a thunder bolt attack(like elecman.exe's, taking off the painful move sigma lightining move of Proto.exe) and the defense move Sigma magnet (think RMZ4's tractor shot with a energy shield instead) and then do the sigma wave, which is unleashing the power in wave form, and the sigma spike, unleashing the power in a spike form to impale targets.
Now the Omega rocket is the same rocket Proto.exe uses. A super strong missle that destroies a whole lot.
Now his trademark skill is called Shift- Alpha's body teleports a short distance away from him (in the vain of how Nightcrawler of the X-men can, but no poof). The move's restrictions are that he has to know where he's warping and he becomes vundable where he is appearing as he shifts from one place to another. Not to mention that he keeps his inertia when he shifts, so if he shifts off a moving train, he's gona have a rough landing. I made a quick little comic that explains shift and Delete beam a bit

Now his EX skill is Shift buster, where he puts all his energy into his arms, forms arm cannons on both arms, then uses shift to place the busters to opposite sides of the target. Then he fires two beams to clash right on the target and trap them in the blast. This can be done both Horizontally and Vertically

Here's Alpha in the .exe style. the sheet is massivly incomplete though, and the finger sprite stinks. It's on Hiatius for other sprite projects at the moment.

Like I said I decided to redo MMZ Alpha, and here's what I have. I also threw in a MMX style I tried (still at recolor level yet, also the X pose is made by Smoke Frostheart), and also Alpha.exe new poses (and a redone one) and also 8 bit Alpha, from a sprite made by DisgruntledFerret that I found that looked like it suited Alpha and also mm 8-bit style alpha.
I also tried to add the head thing on his head, like in his exe version too, I may go with that all the way with the helmet change if liked enough.

I decided to not to have it as an image, cause I don't use it anymore.
Also if you see, I'm a fan of the Phantasy star series. And the Sword i use is the Eylsion, a holy sword of the series (and personally one of my favorite weapons to use.....aside from the fact that it stinks in PSO).
Like I said before, my sprite sinks so I changed it, here's how it looks. Currently though,

I decided not to make this a img tag, it's way too big and would strech this thread. Also to mention about my "Photon Arts" attacks, well, they're kinda like my super moves. The elysion magic is something that doesn't use my energy but the elysion's power (it is a magic sword after all)

the first four are different color styles, then the next row starts with me in resistance and Caravan styles. Then me in another style. and with some shades and such in a badass evil style. At the bottom is the base for the coattail, which I made myself. Also, for the 7 standing styles, I tried shading the legs in different ways.
Anyway, here's a preview of my updated look. along with my favorite weapon from PSO, the Asuka double swords. Man I love this weapon.

She is Nyro.exe, a Ex-Gospel fire type Navi. She's definitly someone you don't want to meet in a allyway.

finally, a ton of updates! It's been a while since I updated this thing. It's been a really long while. But I got a good deal of new things to show you all.
First,you'll notice that I look a bit different. That's because I changed the colors of my sheet a bit, to mke it flow better. Also, I changed my vest a bit too, making it more vest like and having it go over my belt.
Now also, you'll notice I took out the Photon arts things too. well, I decided to, I thought it over and I'll mostly scrap it to a degree. Instead, you got charging animation and the power attacks of mine.
Ok ,now you'll notice a new weapon. The Asuka double swords. Out of every weapon in PSO, the Asuka ranks the highest on my favorites list. I don't want to make them have Harpuia's attack animation though (for those who play PSO, they way the double sword weapons are used are completly different then harpy's), so I they will mostly be put together more customly. yet the only problem is that I can't scratch, so there's problem in that for me. I'll over come it somehow.
Also, you'll notice something at the bottom. My Live armor transformations!
The A-Model and a Harpuia-A model. and as you see I began the A-model sheet.
I like it. You should make a MMZ spriting tutorial.

Well anyway, i'm definitely liking all of these poses. Even without shading they look spectacular; certainly something I wouldn't be able to do. Good job! :)

Shading is like... baseball. You practice to get better. Make a place where the light's coming from, put the dark part of the color on the opposite side of each half section of your sprite heavily, and then some on the half it's coming from lightly. Do the same with another color, and another if neccesary. At least, that's how I do it. Where exactly to place your pixels is what defines your own style.

Ooh I really like the idea of Alpha :). Next we gotta make Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, etc. lol
Seriously though, I do like him, but I think in particular his classic version needs to look more original. Right now he looks too much like just a recolor of megaman. He is cool though. As you said, it was your first sprite, so I mean that is good for a first run and all.
Also, it would be cool to see an Alpha in X style.

Those sprites are pretty damn good. I especially like the transformations. But I see in the "Ciel Super Fans" you use EXE mets when you should be using Zero mets. If you need that one, I'll post it for you. Then you can make MMZ styled Ciel Mets.

well, I never made those mets, and the Alpha in classic style I've abandoned. I'm not doing anything on that. Maybe I will when if do Nick in MM7 style.

I got bored and started this. and after a friend's suggestion and help I was able to do a better version. She also noticed that the colors of Django are different between the Capcom version and the Konami vesion. I decided to use Konami's colors of Django in the wallpaper and Capcom's exe6 Django sprite as the color bases for this. below are those (And the wallpaper shrunk to show django).

Then I Reshaded the pants. AND! I was able to convert it to Zero style (At least, I think I did it right). just shrunk the Musica sprite my 10% on ms paint (90%, 90%). and I it worked.
Plus I'm using a red double saber too, which I really like alot.

it's the frame size for the gba screen. Basically, I made a barrier around the normal size, so you have something to copy off, or if you're working on a bigger Background (like MMBN overworld for example) you can paste this where, then copy everything but the black outline to get the exact size of the gameboy Advance screen.

MMZ has way small areas for me to shade. Irritates the Hoot outta me.
Anyway, not bad at all nick. Shading is still your major flaw though.

It'd be nice to give me a heads up if you want to use it for a comic or something. If you want it for a base (using my sprites to make your own). You must get my permission first before you start.
as for those who are wondering why some of the credits dropped from before? simple. I stopped using what they gave me. I stoped using Surge's energy punch thing, and I stoped using Toe's elements sheets. Bonzai went in because he originally made the evil that aura I'm using. When the sheet is complete and I add all that back in, the credit will return.

These are awesome. Do you mind If I use them for a base? I've been a little stuck with my characters. And I can finaly make Jace and Haizu from these. So do you mind if I use them?

Anyway, more ZX stuff. I finally decided to jump into the ZX crazy and I got myself a live model. I debated over which model I should take, and I made a decision. Model Naplam(man)!

It's still in the making phase, so it's not done yet. C+C would be very very nice
(the ones that were in the running were model Spider, Gareth, Enker, Naplam, Tomahawk, burst, slash, Slur and harpuia).
I also started nick's wild attacks (the melee attacks when he goes crazy). First up is this. I have a feeling though I'm going to have to scratch this stuff.

Made it look more like napalmman, added booblights, fixed the head cannon, changed the glove color, added a shooting pose and I also made my first version of the napalm bomb. Scratched by me.

For the MMZ ones-you have (like stated) some shading problems. It also-at some points-looks very dissproportionate.
For the most recent one you've posted-the head looks to flat. The shirt looks like it's tucked into the pants-and the arm looks weird.
I'm sorry if you don't accept my C+C-but I think those are some major things you need to work on.

Thanks, I've been trying to work on that. I think though that my later sprites have less problems though with that, my earlier ones have much more problems with that.

Anyway, a friend helped me with my model gate problem, and I hope it now looks better. He fixed the colors and the shoulder pads.

Irony is I was working on him when you commented too. I'm much happier with this version. Also threw in the concepts with him (the two bottom swords are two that a friend made but I'm not sure if it works for the user)
Actually, Nick and model Gareth-Alpha was the base for it I took it and used it for that old model O(shell) base. Damn...I could have saved myself all that trouble back then. But Eh, like you said that version stunk anyway.

In the human form the hair needs some shading. You might want to look at some other official sprites to get the form and the shading right. I know it takes time but it's worth.
The shading in the pants doesn't look very good. Look at this (http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/848/pantsrh8.png) guy. it's not the same style but the basics are the same. You can even take a look at his shirt to help you fix yours.
In some other sprites the shoes don't have shading you might want to fix that too. The Model A looks too much like Model X but with other colors. Maybe edit a little more? I know you can because I see it in your model G and N. The shading in the model G's legs look weird. Maybe because both legs has only 3 shades. Add one shade to the leg on our left.
Model N looks pretty good but the perspective(Did I use the right word?) on the his shoulder pad its wrong. Look at Zero's Shoulder Pad or at some of X shoulder pads. They are a very good guidelines when you have problems with perspective(there it is that word again)
Overall I see some very good skills here, you just need to fix those problems and your sprites will be awesome! Keep the good work!

Thanks. About what you've said before, those are the areas which I lack the most. Hair and shading.
Anyway, got to make this quick. I've been wanting to make nick look a bit different. So I started messing with him. Thus are the stuff you see below. mostly. I've moved towards the magician look (or at least that is my intention). And I think I made a good alternate color too. (and the covered face ones were for fun and for a mysterious look)
Now, my fandom for Naruto too has also grown in the recent time. Which lead me to make the chunin/Jounin spriter version you see at the bottom.

I also looked up Kisame's character too. And I did that to the Model O(shell) user's appearance. I think (hope really) fish face would be proud of it.

Melty blood style. N.Shiki was the base. Personally, I think I got a double-edged sword. Shiki's outfit looks kinda similar (especally for this pose), thus is a easier base to convert. Yet, his poses I think is going to become a problem.*sigh*
(and thanks to Reaver/42ing for helping me with the color fix)

I started spriting the cast of Tsukihime, and we begin with two. Shiki Tohno and Satsuki Yumizuka. (it is odd I didn't start with my favorite two characters, but...that's me for ya)

Update to Nick. I updated his jacket (changed it to brown), and I added a few sprites (4 basic poses and one custom saber slash I think). Unforunatly for many of the older sprites, I've still been lazy in graphically updating them all. Yet for the newer poses, they should be in 4/5 shades as they should be.
I added a bit of a new section where I have some older stuff too. I do intend on expanding apon the weapon sprites and the Mage Nick sprite. Those you will be seeing more of.
As for the models, nothing new. haven't touched them.
Also, Light Illusion blade is the translated version of the kougenjin (and dark illusion blade is Angenjin). I decided to move to the english version.
Nick's magic (which I want to move towards original instead of PS photon magic) will come another time.

In case any of you are wondering why I'm not around, I lost my comp for a while. No ideal when I'm able to get it back, but luckly I can still manage to get a small bit of net access on another comp. Recently, I actually managed to get something done. Odd yes, but I'm not complaining.
I started working on a ZX style of Slur.exe and I got this way done sofar. So tell me, how's the hair? Which one do you think works the best for our Slur?

Didn't even know you had a PD throne. *scratches head* I really need check the PD section, I haven't been there for ages. For the Girl, I think I'll keep her under wraps right now, as I'm not sure if that's going to be her final look. She's suppose to have either two forms, a young 12-13 young form, and then a more adult (Age guess, like 17-19) form. Either way, she's one of the projects I'm working on, to make a whole complete sheet for her.
Does she look like a kid? or does she look like any other character?
She looks like a very custom NPC young girl.
The girl's dark blue clothes... Seem to not be shaded.

Instead of doing such, I took up all my sprited original fan characters; and put them together in one picture. And I decided, I might as well tell their universe of orgin as well...
I need to say this as well. from what you two were saying about the girl, I do have a name for her. My addorable creation, Luna Pentafrost. See her part in this for what I changed in her sprite
Save for the two in the bottom right corner, they're two Tsukihime characters. Type-moon deserves credit for creating them.

Anu - Original. The 2nd and 4th are the current concept for her. the second row is of older versions and the only mug I ever made of her.
Jenichi - Orign: Tsukihime. She's someone from Japan's demon hunter organizations. A cookie if one can guess who she's related to
Nyro - Orign: zero/exe/tsukihime. Originally created 4 years ago, while here design has stayed the same through them all, her as a character has changed greatly from when I made her; When I wipped up a Tsukihime story (and was developing her for a cancled fangame), I created the final version of Nyro.
Tasha- Orign: Zero. Created 4 years ago along with Nyro. The two are arch-enemies in their orign, but not it's not as intense anymore in later litterations with them (they're even friends in some). Roy Alvein helped me with this character and made the inital sprite; and the one I intend to sheet later is in the middle. I also have a familar to sprite for her which I really need to do as well.
Luna - Orign - original - Sprite wise, I tried to tune her up from what you guys were saying before. I tried again with the breats, and I darkened some of her colors and made others the same color (instead of being super close). did I do any better?
Nick - Orign - Real life The sprited version of myself, into the pixel world! You can see that he's come a long way, and has even taken life as not just "me, in sprite form" but another character with my name; mostly since he can so be a perfect generic-anime-stereotypical protagonist (usually) and it’s real easy for me to fall into using him when I can’t create a male lead character. I’ve done it 5 times already too... *hangs head in shame*
Tai- Orign: Boktai. Young and Naive, tai was one of the first of these characters of mine I made. A lovey spriter named Lana Cavelle helped me with making him. Haven't really touched him since
Alpha- Orign: Orignal / Megaman universe. If you want to see his first incarnation (which is the first sprite I've done), go to the first page. he's come along way since I first made him years ago. Also, I also gave him a actual name too now, Uno Macrobyte.
"The Random Man" (not Sian Random man known as here) helped me with creating his abilities/weapons and later designs
Beta- Orign: Megaman ZX (Created initally for a RP, but taken a life apon his own). And as you would guess he's related to Alpha somehow, many times as a younger brother. He's also gota real name too, Dos Macrobyte. See the pattern?
Corruption and Mr. Anonymous...- Orign: Original Mr. Anay...anal...anonymi...screw it I'm calling him Ano.
Ano and Corruption are two dark side characters in the stories they appear in. While unrelated, they fit well very good together. Ano was ment to be the darkside of Nick; but Ano is no longer as such and taken his life as his own character.
Corruption on the other hand is pratically demon Nick; or what happens when Nick megamerges with two of those Model Ws we hear so much about.
Now the last three.
As I said before, Satsuki and Shiki are from the Ero Visual Novel game Tsukihime, published by Type-Moon in 2000. you should hear from them again, as a full-scale remake has been announced for the game.
(as for news of the original, and for shameless promoting, the group "Mirror Moon" translated the game into english if one has CD / ISO /you know. To use a simple to installer to install a regular english version, or a version with the Ero-scenes all removed.)
for the ZX sprites themselves, I made Shiki all by myself, and Chaz Dragoon helped me with Satsuki (he did much of the skirt and the hair, my weaknesses)
And at the bottom, if you've actually read all this that I wrote, here's something that you can add. I did a little PD expansion of model X, with model X ducking and firing, I beleive I did it good enough to actually be animated. Just follow left to right I think.

But I must say, I really liked the PD crouching sprites for ModelX. Those are pretty good. And my favorite of all was SatsukiZx. She's shaded really well.

well, Chaz Dragoon should take the credit for that one. He did the Hair and the Skirt; which was the real challenge of that sprite. Next time I see him I'll pass that on to him.
As for Shiki, I did that one a longer time before (before I really got into the series). I need to try that one again. For model X, thanks; It could use a touchup though on the lighted frame for firing, I didn't go as in depth as the offical sprite does.
I went for trying to do more spriting for Anu, and I actually finished her guns. The Niberu.
that side from firing the regular bullets, The (attempted) spike on the bottom of the gun is suppose to be ment for a hookshot like function
(To be used to get to new areas, hookshot foes to drag them to you to beat them up more, or things like swings hookshot-ed things and throw; things like that.)

I used Sasuke from Jump Superstars, followed with some resizing I got a pose, then scratched it. Maybe it's that the drawing 1 class I'm taking in college might be paying off.

These sprites are terrible, and unlike everyone else here in this thread I will give you some advice, read some spriting tutoials, especially the ones on spriting, hope those will help.
Yes, just telling him to go somewhere else for help is definately great advice, when many have already pointed out obvious flaws.

I tried some gold from Model W Albert, and the bad pallete of model O, with a little altering of the final color on the one above, but not the one in the box.
I might have used some other ones in the process for the other ones, my memory is a little shotty on me. Anyway. Here it is. The red box-ed one is the new one, while the others are the original, other attempts, and what the original reference for this sprite, the sasuke JUS's punch. I tried modifying the shading to what Sasuke's was

Colors and stuff take 4. I split it into two different types. Left is darker, right is kinda lighter. middle pallete is the pants
And for everyone who's telling me it's pillow shading...please. how do I change that? Apperently, I'm not getting it and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

And also just to say Terry, the sword wasn't just random, it was this weapon. The magic sword from the game Phantasy Star Online (and one of my favorites), the Elysion (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=195&sortby=name). None the less, those colors should help me remake the sword (which technically now is the oldest part of the "Nick" sprite.

I used Terry's version of Nick, and I went for a color change. Mimized the red and blue from Terry's colors and used those. The Comp I'm working on has much darker tone, so light appears darker (which making doing this much more annoying). So I went the technical approach into doing it. I'm not sure if it'll look good, but I wasn't sure about how to go around making a blasted dark green color, so I went the route below. I also darkned the jacket and hair by one shade, via the same method.

Anyway quick pop in to SI tonight for almost-up-date-ish update on something compeltely different
Talking to someone about a crackpot idea, I tried to start a scratch sprite in tales style. Probably be nick to some reguard. I settled on using the Mr. Driller Cosplay because of the simplitices of it (instead of a full figure in a akward pose or have clothes to deal with. Driller costume lacks that)

Have characters like Model ZX Aile, Shippuden Naruto, and KH2 Sora + Riku all in the same sprite style, and all look decent. Friend suggested Tales of the world style, so I knocked with that and got the wireframe below.
BTW-If anyone else has other suggestions for a universal style, I'm all ears for a style that would work.

Third time's the charm! (I hope).
Anyway, I was working on a OC I'm making. A ninja girl named Mizuki (no relation to naruto. K?)
this isn't exactly ment to be a finely done sprite. But done more so to give me a idea what she's ment to actually look like. As a matter of fact, I made the sprite off Anu's (which is why she's on the top there, too lazy to edit).
Anyway, here's what I've done. I'd say I think I'm good with this character design...
-short pink hair
-blue eyes
-light undershirt.
-Pink vest that goes to her forarms, with a ring connecting both sides of the vest; around her chest
-connected around the middle of the chest with a ring
-Below average breast size (maybe? opinions?)
hmmm.....C+C?
Well, it's not bad but it definitely needs alot of work. The shading is horrendus, if you can fix that then it'll look a hell of alot better.
