wow. I'm really excited about this .

Trailer looks fantastic.
This honestly looks better than I initially thought it would, and they seem have to run the gamut on pretty much every X-character they could find, and even what looks an Incredible Hulk appearance. Perhaps referencing the first time we met Wolverine? Maybe Wendigo will show up?
A lot of the voice acting and casting seem pretty spot on though, reminiscent of the film versions, and a cross between the 90's series, and X-men evolution. It's high time we had a good X-men cartoon to run along Spectacular Spider-man.
Nicktoons Network? marvelousnews.com, Are you F'n kidding me?
This should be better off on Cartoon Network somewhere, due to the violence and animated nature of this upcoming series. I see Nicktoons Network as more toward for young kids, and CN for more any kind of audience.
When!? Has there been a date given yet?

Ooooh, looks niiiiiice. I really want to see this, it seems pretty down and gritty like the original '98 series, but with an updated artstyle like Evolution.
Yayz! X-MEN. I can't wait. I hope it lasts longer then the others.
What the HELL is with the art style? <--
The Sentinel eh...hm hm hm, Jubilee was first introduced around that time, you guys think she will be on there?
[EDIT] That...wast the hulk...wasn't it... -_-
and why Nicktoons...why not something like OH-I-DUNNO--TOONAMI!!!

Yes! Gambit!
I now declare this show to be made of epic win and awesome.

Tis looking quite good actually.
Also: Why "Wolverine and the Xmen".... shouldn't... it be just Xmen? Since when was Wolverine so important? XD
So now the most legendary of all X-Men, Wolverine, must take the lead on the ultimate mission -- to prevent the world's destruction -- while fending off enemies Magneto and The Brotherhood.
Isn't that what they always do.
The sentinels... look like a giant thug with that cap on. It's nice that they might be fighting more robots other then sentinels for once through.
I think what Nicktoons is trying with the style of art is to go against the Transformers animated show on Cartoon network.
Since when was Wolverine so important? XD
The very moment they created him, all through the movies he was important, he had a few games with his name on it, let's not forget he was one of the 1st X-Men (and women:) ) to be created.

But is he good or bad this time is the question... Or do you even care (Agrees with Ukyo about Gambit still)
but something is bothering me...what's with the downgraded Anime look? why not have the artist from Evolution wipe the dust from their workstations?

Wolverine started off as a bad guy... in the Incredible Hulk. (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/a9/Inchulk181.jpg)
And the first Xmen were Jean Gray, the Beast (minus blue colouring), Cyclops, Angel, Iceman and Xavier. :P

The solution is simple; He has the magical power of being a fan favourite.

And the Hulk has been around longer correct;)
The proof is in my donut!
the Incredible Hulk-1962

He wasn't essentially an X-Men, but he was still there before the rest. Ask his dead buddy Captain America.
Still, who could dislike the Wolverine?
Plus they are running out of names to name it:
the X-Men is taken by the VERY 1st comic series:
X-Men
X-Men Evolution
X-Men (Anime)
The list goes on
Honestly, they really should've went with something... as many spin-offs spiderman had, they should take notes from that series (since he is Marvel as well)

I just hope they get other cameos, especially of Mr. Webhead himself. It would be so awesome if they used the way he acted in the '95 series. X3
But seriously, Logan is my favourite, so I've got no problems with him. And sheesh, he like already knows more than half the casts in any series from previous offscreen encounters, so it's easy for him to run the show.

Thanks, Turp. You just reminded me of the "Man-Spider" Arc. X(

But that arc was so cool! ;_;

The only good thing about it was man-spider itself. 90's cartoon Punisher and Kraven can go f*** off and die. Punisher is supposed to be as brutal as possible, and the cartoon made him look like a pansy. And I just hate Kraven in general (Marvel watched one too many Tarzan movies, maybe?)

Again, I really liked that version of Craven the Hunter. ;_; The Punisher was a wimp though.
If they have Blade and Ironman crossovers that don't suck, I'll be happy;
maybe Daredevil too, as long as Electra isn't there.
Although I have a feeling if Daredevil's there, then Electra will be too.
This makes me sad.
Well its called Wolverene and the X-men because wolvie puts the team back togeather after the Prof goes missing the the base is destroyed.
Also from my educated guess, I would assume that this is going to take place as the actual past to the "Days of Future Past" story line, Wolverene was the top mutant then, so its safe to say that the show will end eventualy in this distopia.
Xavier isn't gone, he isn't dead either, he is in a coma-like state, technology was built for him in a capsule shape that allows him to communicate with the X-men with his mind, showing a hologram. it was shown in the video

Speaking of going missing...
What the heck happened to Jean?
They probably dont have her in cuz she's dead in the comics.
Cyclops and Emma Frost are shacked up now. (or atleast they were last I read any)

Ew.... really? Man, I like the Jean/Scott thing. T_T
I guess you're right about Jean, I mean Scott looked like his life got ran over by a steam roller when they showed him after the impact.
When I saw Scott the first thing that came to mind were the X-men movies.

Yeah, I kinda hated "Last Stand", fricken guys killed off or turned human practically half the cast, as if daring someone to make another movie as a sequel to it.

Well they are doing 2 more movies... both of them prequels though. One on Wolverene, and the other on Magneto.

Sweet, I bet Wolverine's is gonna be about his "Weapon X" tie-ins and Magneto's is gonna be when him and Xavier were first bringing their beliefs to the table.

Magnetos is suspoed to start all the way back to the opening of the first xmen movie when he was still in the concentration camps to eventualy building up to how he got to where he was before the rest of the events of the first xmen movie.
Wolverene's movie has Ryan Rennolds as Deadpool.

Hawt, very hawt. Can't wait to see that match-up.
Gambit is also in that wolverine movie.
Gambit is also in that wolverine movie.
Yes!
That is, if he's in it.
I've heard him rumored to be in every movie so far.
Anyway, about the art syle.
I don't find it surprising in the least bit that they would use an animesque style; I mean, think about it. Cartoons in the 70's and 80's were molded after comic books because of how popular they were at the time period, what's popular now though? That's right, anime and manga. Japanese animation is currently the most popular it has ever been; which, no doubt, will have profound effects on western based animation.
I don't like it. :P I'm a big fan of Wolverine, but even I think this is whoring him out way too much.

Blasphemy! *Stabs you in the chest with knuckle-claws like a whored-out character killing another one for air-time and the end of a lame trilogy*
Nah, you're right. But that doesn't mean they'll stop abusing using something that works though. ;P
