BAH! JPEG! IT BURNS! Try to use PNG as a filetype. GIF is alright too, but generally speaking PNG is better. Also, try to put your sheets together a little better. Like. making the sprites not overlap. My general rule is be able to draw a square or select any sprite with a rectangle select on the sheet.

The sword balde is far to big. And I think he told that your first sprite sheet is jpg.
For the second one: 3/10
It's just an cut and paste job, with a very little edit.
