What's with tSR?

Do any of you know what's wrong with The Spriters Resource? It's been down for almost a week. Is it a server move? Or is it that the server is down? I NEED TO KNOW! I NEED SPRITES!

I was wondering the same too. I think it may have gotten a server move, but when I search for it, it looks like it has been wiped from the internet.

I got the answers to why it's down. I found them on a new link.
I can't remember where but, ah well ust read this quote:

So, while everyone was running around shouting "OH NO OH NO!" I had to come up with a plan. I basicly said "How about I just totally remake it, using the old layout." And everyone was saying that it was a good idea - But then something came up -

Gary, who we shall all know from this point on as Jesus, told me that he had an old database system that he was working on - A system, Jesus said, that would cut update times in HALF IF NOT MORE.

Jesus told us that he would let us use this system, and he would even FINISH it, making it amazing. So, I said "Well how does it work, you know, how is the layout run?"
Now Jesus looked at me and said "Now foo', what you think? It runs on templates, you know what I'm sayin'? So you can just as easily recreate that ol' layout by stickin' in your section to the parts, wave a wand and snickity BAM! You got yourself the old tSR, lookin' nicer then that of which is your pretty face."

So, after hearing him say that, I think to myself - "Hey, prettier then my face? Easier to update? Hell, why not give it a shot, beats making 4500 sprite sheet icons, and retreiving the whole lot."

And so, in two days I'm spending my savings on buying a computer that can open more then just 2 msPaints, and I'm gonna work my ass off making you people a new sprite resource.
