The freaking thing's almost as big as California and will be an even larger preserve then the Great Barrier Reef!
Needless to say, as one who's studied Bush's presidency to great detail over the past few years, I'm pretty ****ing confused here as this is just about a complete 180 from his usual environmental policies. Unless this is some half-baked idea to trade ANWAR with a more noticeable nature preserve to allow drilling, I have no clue as to what made Bush change his opinion so vastly......
