can someone tell me how to cancel a poll? do I have to get a mod to do it or something? cause for the life of me a cannot find anything that says something even close to that...

You can't, we can't, none of us have found a way to do it, not even the admins know. We can close it but not delete it.

Once you have a poll in a thread, it can't be deleted, but can be changed to another poll.

Some time ago, someone made a thread (with a poll) requesting Sigma Star Saga sprites, Terry than merged that to this thread and that is why the poll is there. If we knew how to cancel it, it wouldn't be.

I don't believe you can do that. Only one poll per thread(last I checked)

Mods can change and add polls. Ask one.

Note that at least I won't add any poll to any spriting thread, because polls like "should I sprite this or that" are somewhat less-than-smart, considering they are permanent.

Yeah well...I think since some(most) people didn't know that it should be announce to make smart poll decisions because they are permanent.

In other words make a poll that lasts years and asks a global question like:

What do you think of my sprites all together out of 10

1.(10/10)
2.(9/10)
3.(8/10)
And so on

My poll sucks too -_-

quite technically...that wouldn't work because if you started out and your sprites sucked and as you said, two years later, you saw their sprites again, you wouldn't be able to say "they're better" with the poll.
