this is the new game i'm working on chronicles of a hunter. the story takes place after x8. axl is currently incapacitated while x and zero uncover a new plot by a new maverick leader. apperntally this new leader has discoverd an ancient energy know as....dark energy (yes it is the same type from mm8) giving maverick generals an overhaul in power. it is rumored that they are trying to reserect an incredibly powerful ancient being. the game begins with x and zero fighting a large sacle battle against the mavericks.

ok i'm currently accepting characters. you must have overworld sprites. battle sprites are not required but you won't be able to fight.

Are you sueing RPG maker 2003?
wat style are you using and with what program is it made?

i got the japanese verision. i swear it's not pirated i went to japan and i bought it. and luckily i have a freind who can translate so i was able to install it. again NOT pirated.

yes it is very cool i walked into the local vg store lookin at games i never knew exsisted and their it was starin me in the face and i quickly bought it. you know japan isn't all city like most beleive. it's mostly tokyo and a few others. but it has a lot of contryside very nice place.

Well I'll help I was doing the same thing actually (almost EXACTLY the same) so I'll help any way I can just name it.

Acid FlyTrap and Flash Arachnid. There's mine, but I can't sprite so I can't make any.
hmmm.....protoboy yours is in. gamesaver Flash Arachnid is in. but not Acid FlyTrap. it's not that i don't like the name it's just....you can't have too many bug-bots you know?

hmm. why not use RPGMaker XP? It's what I'm using, and if you're good with programming, you could use scripts to customize your RPG to it's perfection.
Okay then. How about Steel Angler?(he's a fish, if you must ask)
well rpg maker games are quite hard to find and i have custom made systems that took quite a while to find. oh and isn't that the one with 1st person fights?

so was 2000... its not really that bad.

Flaming Lion needs a lot of work, since the base (Centaurman) is still clearly visible.
Dude, his head scres me!
Try to shde him more, to let him fit with the other rpg maker characters.
shading my worst enemy......tell you what anyone who can fix it i'll give credit in the game
shading, is the easeist part in a sprite ^^;
not for me man. i don't know why but i just can't seem to do it. everything in the game is going to be 16-bit anyway.

By the way: Flaming Lion needs more shading.
You must at least decreese the shading of the flames, or oncreese the shading on the body.

The legs need more shading.
Still, the flames, and the body doesn't fit to eachother...
maybe i should brighten them.....

That's a pretty sweet looking mech, but I'm not sure how well it'll fit the MM style.

Here's my idea: Inferno. Basically a flame element maverick hunter. If it's an RPG, it helps to have characters with different elements. I'm still gonna have to make him.

Even "if" you made that sprite, the styles don't match wth the rest of the game anyways.

Yes, I am VERY sorry, I meant to say you would have to thank Cefka they arent mine. I cant sprite-edit too well and cant change a sprite to different styles. Again I am sorry I didnt mean that.

Well I'll try and wip a character up for ya, I just have one question. Do you want it in the RPG Mager 2K3 mini sheet? You know with the three sprites per animation?
yes playable characters have three sprites per animation. if you can't do it just give me the sprites i know who can.
Well I can do it I was just wondering if that was what you were looking for. Oh and I wanted to ask if youd like me to teach you how to make a stealing system in your game? where you can (obviosly) steal an item from any one enemy.
