current progress:

Its actually quite easy. Just copy most of the tops of the buildingsand edit them and make different hights, then take the windows and make them different laengths or take the top and just change the color and little details. Making a city actually sounds quite fun~
thats not the big problem... i cant keep using the same sprites and to make it even harder, it has to animated so that it seems the city is alive... cars and people and such...
and even worse my pc died...

 People! Its hard! Maybe the cars too, why you dont use MMBN 1 cars and MMBN 1,2,3,4,5,6 people?
because my other pixelart isnt that good and my teacher will notice
he's a game freak
Maybe I can give you pixelated cars, When you want the pixelart done? (sorry bad english)
soon(but take your time, ur things come first)
just 1 thing it has to fit the current style
thanks for helping me out
The pixel people its hard. Maybe somone know how make those.
Idea! Why you dont say to your (crazy) teacher:
An incredible awesome super xperienced guy in sprites help me.:p
Oh, Thats a joke :D
Or you say: I get them from a pixelart page.
because i will fail if i do :P

A. How much time do you have to do this in?
B. Must you do a city specifically?
C. This is HOMEWORK. You should be doing this yourself, not asking others to do it for you. If you let people do the work for you, you won't learn anything from it.
i make stuff myself as well, so i learn as well, i got 2 weeks
the reason i asked this is allready in one of the other posts in this thread, my pc died so it is very hard to get it done in time on my own and yes it has to be a city

If you dont want help is your problem, He can make a base (Streets and avenues) and later And later and user can help him, that user its a me! Zero Beat! (Sorry bad joke taked from mario)

That's plenty of time to get something like this done.
If you really want to make the most of your time, stop watching TV, stop playing games, and lock yourself up with the computer. If other people use the computer, tell them to back off so you can finish the assignment. You should be spending every waking moment you have working on this city if you don't think you can finish it.
And you're not even detailing the tiles. You're making isometric squares, and filling them in basically. It's tedious and boring, not hard.
If anyone actually bothers to help you, I had better give them full credit for what they did. Otherwise, you're just stealing working, and taking credit for what you didn't do.

Exactly my point.
I can say the same BBD, its hard and tedious, I already make a city and taked me about 3 or 4 hours.
Zero-Beat, if you can do it in 3-4 hours, then 2 weeks should be no problem at all.
Also, you are saying you can't do it because your computer broke. Then how are you posting on this forum? And if you use another computer for that, why can't you use THAT computer for the assignment?
[edit]Since when am I a princess?
@ blackbeltdude, its still the base lines
@ boilman, its not my computer its a public one on wich i cant install anything

MS Paint is usually on computers, since it's an accessory that comes with it. You might want to let your teacher know you might need more time if your computer is broken.
Having people make the base for you is the same as using Capcom's sprites for the base. You're still cheating. You're only cheating yourself if you ask other people to do your "photoshop class" homework. YOU are suppose to learn it, not them.
I'm pretty tempted to just lock this thread, seeing as you're asking for people to make the pixels yourself. And even then, that's actually a sprite request, so, I think I will lock this thread. You can try to argue your case via PM if you want, but I don't think you'll be able to say anything that'll make me think cheating for your grade is alright.
