Great news methinks. But i fear it won't be long before someone takes his place. :E

The only thing to worry about when something like this happens is the extremists calling him a martyr now. Other than that good ridance.

Stop looking on the bad side.

Sure, he will get a replacement, sure his "jihad" will make him a martyr despite the fact that for all of his suicide bombing encouraging, he'd never do it himself, sure it wont end the violence.

But look on the good side.

He's dead.

And a hell of a lot of deaths have been avenged.

Yeah i'm sure all the leaders saying "go and be a suicide bomber so that you may be rewarded in heaven." have probably pissed themselves laughing somewhere along the line. (not that was a statement on religion, i'm just saying)

Reading up on him, it's a good thing that he's been 'eliminated'. But it isn't going to end the violence in Iraq. Oh no.

It'd be nice if they perhaps decided to look for bin Laden now? Oh wait, he's probably within the White House.

USA! USA! USA!

ahem..... sorry about that :g-drop: ...... that's just kinda reaction we usually have to these types of things over in the States.

Still good news though, but its still too bad that the current Administration has made far more enemies than friends since 2003 even in a sans-Zarqawi world.

Well, if he's dead, this war's one step closer to being over. Didn't last ten years like they had predicted... but I still say it was too damn long.

Really they did? well which sane person with a mind reads the sun? XD although I'm sure their just as excited as the rest of the country because England stand a pretty good chance of winning the world cup, although we're more then likely to face Argentina in the quarter-finals and Brazil in the semi-finals, how lucky for England! (and to all you none football watchers, that last part was sarcasim)

Errr back to the point, and the world breathed a hugh sigh of relief, but only a matter of time before his replaced by something just as worse, oh well we can be happy knowing he won't be causing loss of life ever again.

Do you remember how the capture of Hussein and the death of his two sons was really gonna expediate the whole war? Well, it didn't... The only way we will leave is not by killing Osama, but by taking all the oil we can... And maybe pwning Osama too, but that's just a bonus.

We're American, it's natural instinct.

GG Hendrix

As long as the Powers that be can use "WE GOTTA GO KILL OSAMA!" as a cover for their oil wars, they wont be killing Osama in a hurry.

Didn't they just forget all about Osama and just went after Hussien instead?

Unfortunately, oil is a higher priority for The Powers That Be.
So off to Iraq we went.

BlueSonnet

I'm gonna say "why don't switch from oil to something lik electricity\other fuel" assuming someone's going to give me lengthy explaination about why they can't do that, some of which will probably be obvious.

There are indeed other resources out there, like Hydrogen, but we all know the dangers of hydrogen. People can't contain it, only certain Aristocrats around the U.S. and some other countries have hydrogen-powered cars, but refilling the hydrogen is by appointment-only. A person has to go to their house and fill 'er up that has a license to do so. It's still economically better to have hydrogen, but it's not a urgent need. The oil companies are controlling this entire war and hullabaloo because they don't care about our wallets, only theirs.

Heavy Water, H3O, is another possibility, but it's hard to do at the moment, too. And converting hydrogen to helium wouldn't work either, it'd be sorta difficult for a car to be going around doing what the sun does everyday and still work without a solar flame spewing out the back of the car...

So we're cashed at the moment, the oil companies are gonna rape us for all we are worth and hopefully some genius will find another way to make a universally-accepted fuel that can work in everything.

What the **ck is, again WHAT THE ***K IS WRONG WITH "BUSH"????

He tried to go for a "crusade" to "avenge" the people of U.S.A. but, noooo, he goes after Hussein, and take all the oil of Iraq.

What about the freedom of Iraqians?? I mean, now they gonna try to go "conquer" Iran too. U.S.A. has, who knows how many nuclear bombs, and when another country tries to build a nuclear factory or something like that, noooooooo Bush goes to a crusade with his exhausted and tired soldiers onward to Iran.

Bush doesn't care about his country.

Remember the hurricane Catrina(or what was it called :S) Bush ordered everyone in a stadium.
Then people got raped and starved for hunger and disease's, and where is this "oh great BUSH"??
And this singer Kanye West (I think) said it straight and loud "Bush Is A RACIST, And does not care about America !!!!".

So on the topic, yes it is good that this person died, ofcourse it has it bad sides too, but in the whole, won't this "oh great BUSH" come and save the world again?
