*7) Portraits (Facesets)
=8) Important Officers and Rulers (Like Sun Jian, Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Lu Bu, Sun Shang Xiang...)

*10) Weapon List (Nevermind, I have this one...)

The legends:
"+" means that it must be ripped from Dynasty Warriors Advance.
"*" means that it can be only edited from any other game's sprites or custom made.
"=" means that it can be ripped from DWA, edited or custom made. But it must be in DWA style.

I would rip the sprites, but I can't rip stuff because I can't assemble the sprites! T^T

Akuma is from Street Fighter i don't really care which version of him is ripped.
The only Hiei I know that has Dragon of the Darkness flame is from Yu Yu Hakusho Dark Turnament game on the Ps2 but this one may be a modle I am not sure.

There IS a program called Bannedstory that can let you make ANY character you want, even cash item sprites. And, it can let you run throuh attacks and everything.

It takes a bit too learn how it works, but once you do its neat ^^.

I can't remember the site so just google bannedstory.

The legends:
"+" means that it must be ripped from Dynasty Warriors Advance.
"*" means that it can be only edited from any other game's sprites or custom made.
"=" means that it can be ripped from DWA, edited or custom made. But it must be in DWA style.

I would rip the sprites, but I can't rip stuff because I can't assemble the sprites! T^T

Actually, 3D Models can be ripped. Not every pose, but enough to smoothly animate. This guy at Pixeltendo ripped Mario from SSBM via his digital camera (By plugging the yellow and white cords from the Gamecube into the camera, then taking pictures of the poses. Uploading it to Paint, and getting rid of the background), for referance when working on the SSB Project.

Anyway, I need some sprites of Cell from "Dragonball Z: Legacy of Goku II" Preferably his Perfect Form, but I suppose his first form would be helpful as well.

If I could access Spriters resource from school, I'd send you a link. You go to the resource and look in the Square Enix section, then the Final Fantasy section. In there you'll find FFTA, and it should have her white haired sprites.

Actually, the first mission has her with red hair. She dyes it before the Ivilice incident, has red naturally during Ivilice, then the white hair sprites are at the during the 'game win' sequence after Ivilice torns back to normal.

As far as I know, the ending sequence is the only scene/time one will see her with white hair.
