Agreed, just try and make straiter lines when you draw swords. That is my only complaint (Cuz swords kick ass and I will destroy you if you defile one!)

I'm not sure what to comment on for the first couple pictures, but the Chronos name for your character is very misleading. XD

Maybe it's me, but when I hear Chronos I think of an adult, but your picture's of a younger male, like he's in his twenties at max; a nice twist I suppose. I do like the hair design you've given him by the way. ;p

My idea with Chronos was that he is based off the primordial of time, aka Father time, and is supposed to be an old man. I didn't want that for a character so I decided since he is just a smart mutant that can control time, he would know a cool name for himself that would also mean something. Also it wouldn't make since for him rebelling against the government as an old man.

Well, the idea is good for a human / reploid character, but I'd say the anatomy is off (right now, the arms are the same length as the legs, knees don't bend inwards, etc.), the lines themselves are pretty sloppy - it could use some more definitive shapes (if she has a visible bust, you may want to bring out the top of the chest more, and add a round shape, so that the clothing falls into place, rather than fly straight - right now, it's like a triangular piece of wood is jammed between her chest and jacket.) and to redo the hair.
As it is right now, It is rather spiky and flat; try to round it or bring it out towards the viewer more, via definitive shapes or various types of shading (I suggest cross-hatching). The shading on the skirt can use some work, as it's supposed to contour to the body, if the wind is keeping the scarf aloft.

I would suggest a much more basic pose, simply standing normally would provide an excellent testing ground for concept art and drawing. Just look at some art made by professionals in the 'beta' stages; they have mostly only standing poses from the back and front.

However, you have promise, I can tell you that. The character is reminiscent of a female Phantom, crossed with a Guardian. >>;
Still, I hope to see this improved upon. ;3

I tired to listen to your advice as much as possible with this next one, but, as they say, old habits die hard. I hope that I listened to your advice enough though, Hiro. This guy is Agamemnon, after one of the Generals in the Trojan war. He is also a general, as his nickname suggests.

The lines seem a bit umm... bumpy, and the lack of many shades makes the whole image seem one-dimentional. Aside from that, a perspective other than seeing the image straight-on would serve to make it seem more dynamic and interesting. Still though, it's not half bad when compared to the rest of your work.

I could critic alot about this piece, but I'm not able to throw personal preferences out the window too easily when it comes to drawn work.
in other words, I'm not sure how much of it is me just not liking the style, and which is stuff I can actually help on.
Since you seem to be desparate for comments...
I will say that I find the horn hard to tell that it is actually a horn, and not some strange double eyebrow and once I figured out that was a horn... The angle it juts out irks me. Also either the arms are too short or... more likely the torso is too long.

Other than what Zy mentioned, your drawings seem pretty good. Proportions seem off in some of your drawings. For example, the drawing you have of Smog where he's trowing a knife. His torso seems to have grown in length quite a bit compared to the other drawings you have of him. His head seems a bit smaller in that one too. So yeah, just work on your proportions, and the smoothness of your lines, and you should be good.
