Hello there, thanks for stopping by, and just wondering, what kind of music does everyone like here? I am a rock and roll kind of guy, and my favourite bands have got to be Red Hot Chili Peppers, and MCR. What about everyone else?

I have a very odd range of tastes. I go from soft rock like RadioHead to heavy metal like Rammstein. I also listen to symphonic metal like Nightwish and super fast awesome metal like Dragon Force. But there's still the space in my heart reserved only for jazz, like the Rippingtons.

i like all kinds of music, but i usually dont listen to much besides rock. modest mouse, queens of the stone age, nine inch nails, the blood brothers, she wants revenge, people in planes, the hives, the vines, alkaline trio, afi occasionally, franz ferdinand, nirvana, royksopp, slipknot has its moments, and hella more, but these are just the bands i've been listening to lately. oh and rap is music, it has a beat and there are musical notes being played so therefor it is music. also, not all rap is about bitches and hos, and drugs and stuff like that. there are good rap songs, you just need to look for them. for example, to save rap, listen to the song sing for the moment by eminem. and well said gg. what i usually dont listen to, is opera, i never listen to opera, and i hardley ever listen to music without lyrics. i dont own country but i'll listen to it, same with rap, but pretty much just rock. and i mean the whole genre of rock, including metal, alternative, punk, all of it. and then there's industrial, and different techno and stuff like that i can listen to.

The majority of the genre is a hotbed of antisocialism, misanthropy, nihilism, sexism, xenophobia, anti-everything mentality, hatred, and war.

Death metal- All the negative aspects you can think of.
Black metal- Satanism/nihilism/misanthopry
Goregrind- Sadism
Doom metal- Misery, hatred, nihilism
Power metal- War
Thrash- See death metal.

Criticism based on lyrical content is a bit invalid at this point!

Weird al yankovic is a freaking genius! Same with Tenacious D. It's kind of weird how i like comedy bands over most normal ones really. I probably mentioned this before, but what do people think about My Chemical Romance? And i kind of lied a little. There is one rap i have liked before: Chamillionnaire, Riding Dirty. Don't ask me why, but it just appeals to me. And i have a friend who thinks hes a gangster, and he worships rap. Enjoy the best lines of one of his favourite rappers, DMX:

Some of the bands I listne to are: Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails, Jimmy Eat World, Three Days Grace, Vast, Dir En Grey, and MCR, There re more but Im just lazy enough to not think of them.
