Recomendation with mugshot ripping, use Freeze Frame through out the entire message. Sometimes frames are missed in animtaion. For example, when he talks, he opens his mouth slightly at the middle of the sentence. These are just pointers to help you out.

For 5, some people are missing. Both games could use a decent map update. Check SI for anything you feel is missing.
