This is the super anime thread for everything Anime. What are your favs? Which have you been watching? Ones you wish would die. Ect.....
I love Anime personally. I have always gone to Suncoast and just bought a DvD here and a Movie there. I have just seen all of the Chobits series and It is amazing. I dont really suggest it to you younger kids becuase it does dable in Porn and Sex jokes.

The worst series that I have ever seen is probally BeyBlade. Jesus christ wtf? Tops that fight eachother. I honsetly dont get it. Someone explain this to me before I go off and rip my eyes out.

Anime is essentally animation from Japan, so in therory this whole section of the forum is for anime/animation/cartoons/whatever. Oh well, I'll let this slide ;p

Anything by Kat' Otomo (AKIRA BITCHES)

Stuff i love:
Martial art Animes involving "Punching and nunchakas"
Cyberpunk
Demon slaying fun.

The above preferably wrapped up with a decent plot, animation and whatnot, unlike street fighter alpha.

Stuff i like\don't mind:
the odd (romantic) comedy from Dirty pair flash and Project A-ko to the first 12 episodes of Tenchi (and the graphic novels by Hitoshi Okuda but that's another topic). But that's not saying much folks.
Studio Ghibli: yes i have a soft side too.
Katsuhiro Otomo: because the first line of defence for any anime fanboy is Akira.
DBZ: it's alright here and there but they blatantly drag the poor franchise on for too many episodes to say nothing of what other people might say about it. I'll only stick up for this title for so far.
Patlabor and stuff by the Shirow bloke.

Stuff i avoid like Rabies:
Pokemon recolours: Digimon, Beyblade, Yugioh, Mudvayne.
Most mecha flicks.
Teen Titans
Anything that usually involves having a pussy as the main character (Evangelion)
Cowboy Bebop and Azumanga (actually i'm sure these are decent, but the amount of requests i get for giving these a fair review is suffocating me at the moment).
Most of the stuff that everyone else watches or some franchise whose fanart overshadows my stuff\underrated stuff.

Staff I like:
Gunslinger animes is a big thing for me, probeley why I like Trigun and GunGrave so much. Though I dislike Hellsing for some reason......
Feel good animes.
Anything thats futuristic but not post apocaliptic/cyber punk (I like my blue skies/green fields in animes you know!)
Great detail in character design with huge amounts of details on eveything else.

Staff I hate:
Animes where the main hero is a angst crybaby and causes the end of the world.
Open ending style animes, where it points towards a negative ending/hero's resolve did not to anything good.
Teen Titans.
Mostly the big and popular anime shows like Naruto I dislike alot.
Animes where the battles are more like frog battles and every moves are to fast for the human eye ie. Final Fantasy: Advent Children and Dragonball Z.
