I will show the work now, just wanted to get some of the preliminary things.

A little bit of background before we start.

This story takes place in the lad of Goldensun: Weyard. I chose that because I was playing GS at the time and thougfht the world could suit other purposes. In the origional story (Which I no longer posess) The characters above had a hand in lighting the final lighthouse becon (The mars one). Before all that, they were just normal teens, but through a few rigorous fightes (In my friend Russ's story "The Pyro and Cade adventures", we arrive to where we are today. (Oh, and Russ made Pyro up, so I give him credit now.) Without further explaination, here you go.

The rain poured down hard on a night filled with despair. Love, Anger, Sorrow: these things filled Eclipse’s heart and mind as she sought help for her beloved: the one called Master. “Hang on Master.” She thought to herself, “Don’t die.” In a back alley, Master lay bleeding from his chest, holding on to his life for as long as he could. “How did he get past me? I should have sensed him.”

A few moments earlier…

Eclipse and Master had just gotten back from a movie and were on their way home; they took a shortcut through some alleys because they were running late. Some thugs appeared from around a corner. “Eclipse, get behind me.” Master requested. “Ok.” Eclipse replied. She hid herself behind Master’s broad shoulders. “Hand over any valuables you got.” The thug demanded drawing a knife. “And you think I’m going to do that when all you have is a butter knife?” Master mocked. “I’ll show you a butter knife!” the Thug shouted. He lunged for Master with the knife drawn. Master dodged easily, being an adept and having heightened reflexes. The thug stumbled and tried to regain his balance. Master karate-chopped the thug in the back of the neck, knocking him out. “Punk, you’re no threat to anyone.” Master scoffed. He walked back over to Eclipse. “You ok?” He asked. “Yeah.” Eclipse replied, “That was a little scary.” Master chuckled. “Yeah, but nothing I can’t take care of.” Master turned around and there was another thug with a knife coming toward him. He had only enough time to reduce a deathblow to a graze, but it still bled vigorously. Master knocked this thug out as well, but the damage had been done, Master fell to the ground, bleeding vigorously from his chest. “Eclipse…go…go find…help…” Master asked weakly. Eclipse grasped his hand. “Ok, don’t die on me.” Eclipse said as she turned and ran to look for help, “If you do, I’ll never forgive myself.” A few minutes later, it began to rain, and Master still lay on the cold ground. “I hope she hurries, I can’t hold out much longer.” Master said as he flinched with pain. Suddenly, a ball of bright light descended from the sky. “What in all hell?” Master said astonished. The ball exploded into a brilliant light, and an angelic figure stood before him. “Zero? What in the hell are you doing here?” Master asked. “You still have much to do Master, you will not die this night.” The figure said. “What the…so…sleepy…” Master yawned. Within moments, he was asleep. Eclipse returned with help only to find that Master was gone.

The next morning…

Zero was running late for school…again. “Damnit! I can save the world over and over again, but I can never make it to school on time!” He shouted running down the street to his school. His jacket was unbuttoned and he carried a Pop-Tart in his mouth. “Sunuva bitch!” He shouted as he ran toward the school entrance. His sister was by the entrance. “Late again?” Princess remarked. “Shut up!” He said dashing through the doors. He was just in time to catch the end of first period, which he didn’t mind much: it was boring anyway. Zero liked his second period better; most of the party was in the class with him. “Man, you really need to get here on time for once.” Pyro remarked. “Oh shut up.” Zero replied, “I’m just glad I don’t have any classes with my sister, annoying pest.” Cade chuckled. Zero looked across the room looking for Master, but did not see him. “Master must be late too.” Pyro said. Zero spotted Eclipse sitting alone in the corner. Normally, her and Master sat there and flirted until the teacher got in; and even if he was just ill, she wouldn’t be sagging her head. He noticed the look on Eclipse’s face: it was one of despair and sadness. He walked over to her. Pyro and Cade looked on from their seats. “Eclipse?” Zero said worried, “Eclipse, what’s wrong?” Eclipse looked up at him with tears in her eyes. “It’s Master, I don’t know if he’s ok or not.” She replied. She sunk her head back into her arms. “Ok? I’m not following. Did something happen?” Zero said puzzled, “If you don’t want to talk about it, I won’t push it.” Eclipse looked up as Zero, then back down again. “Well…last night, we went out on a date: first time since our little adventure.” She explained, “We were ambushed by some thugs on our way home, and Master…he…” Eclipse started to cry. “It’s ok, you don’t have to go any farther than that.” Zero said comfortingly. Just then, Master walked in. “Eclipse. I don’t know exactly what happened, but you could ask Master.” He said. Eclipse got up with a start. She saw Master, then ran over and held on for dear life. “Did I miss something?” Master asked. “I was so worried.” Eclipse cried. Everyone else in the class was staring at them. “And just what the hell are you looking at!?” Pyro shouted. Immediately, all the spectators went back to their idle conversations. “I can’t believe the audacity of some people.” Zero said rolling his eyes. “Ok Eclipse, you can stop.” Master said to Eclipse. She held him even tighter. “Can’t breathe.” He muttered. Eclipse released her grip and turned around blushing. All their classmates stared some more. “Is there a problem!?” Cade shouted at them. They went back to their conversations again. “So Master, what exactly happened?” Pyro asked. “Yeah! Eclipse must have some reason to be so upset.” Cade added. “So, what’s the story?” Zero asked curious. He leaned up against the wall behind Master and crossed his arms; he lowered his head, as was his custom. “Well…” Master began. He told them about he and Eclipse’s trip home; the thugs; their ordeal; and that his life had been saved.

“Wow!” Zero said looking up, “That’s quite an ordeal.” Eclipse sunk her head. “Hearing it all again makes me uneasy.” She said shaking. “Well, at least I’m still here.” Master replied. Eclipse felt better. Zero was still leaning against the wall with his head lowered and his arms crossed. “So, that just leaves one unanswered question.” He said morbidly. “Yeah. Why are you still here?” Cade added. “If you were on the brink of death, what saved you?” Pyro responded. Pyro and Cade loomed over him. “Whoa! Guys! Come on!” Master pleaded, “I’m not on trial here.” Eclipses pulled Pyro and Cade back by their shirt collars. “Well…” Master said, “I think Zero could answer that question.” Zero raised his head suddenly in shock. “What do you mean?” He said not showing his shock. “Well, a being with your armor healed me and sent me home.” Master replied. Zero got wide eyed. “What!” He shouted amazed, “That’s impossible! My armor cannot be duplicated!” Everyone in the classroom turned their attention to Zero. “You know you all have a staring problem!” Zero shouted. Everyone turned away quickly, not wanting to make Zero angry. “It’s true.” Master said. “But, I don’t see…wait…” Zero paused, “White armor…” Zero sank deep into the recesses of his mind and searched for an answer. He found it, but he didn’t like it too much. He stood their wide eyed and white as a ghost. “Zero?” Cade asked concerned. “Prophecy…” Zero muttered. “Dude?” Pyro asked; he was also concerned. Cade nudged him a little bit. There was no reaction. Pyro poked him in the shoulder and he fell over; he had passed out. Just then, the teacher walked in. He saw Zero passed out on the floor. “What on earth is going on here!?” The teacher shouted. “Forget about it, we need to get him out of here now!” Eclipse shouted.

“Zero…Zero…” A voice whispered. Zero was floating on thin air in a darkened void; he was still unconscious. The voice continued. “Zero. Get up Zero…” It said. Zero slowly began to awaken from the deep slumber. “That voice…the voice…of an angel.” He muttered. “You know how to make someone feel special Zero.” The voice said. “Jen…Jenna…?” Zero muttered woozily. The figure that the voice belonged to walked over to Zero, then loomed over him with a smile. “So…it is you.” Zero said. “Yes and no.” Jenna said. “What? I’m semi-confused now.” Zero said rubbing his head, as it hurt for some reason. “It’s only a dream.” Jenna said, “A message to warn you of coming danger.” Zero sat up. “It may be a dream, but since you’re here, I don’t want to wake up.” Jenna blushed. “Unfortunately, that cannot happen.” She said. “Why not? Is something wrong?” Zero asked puzzled. “Yes. I’ve come to warn you.” Jenna replied. “Warn me about what?” Zero asked even more puzzled. Jenna closed her eyes. “Weyard is in trouble.” She stated bluntly, “It’s on the verge of collapsing from imbalance.” Zero closed his eyes as well. “I see…” Zero began, “Then you purpose is not merely to just make me feel better.” Jenna shook her head. “Too bad.” Zero responded, “Anything could happen in you dreams.” He smiled. Jenna blushed slightly. Zero could faintly hear the voices of his friends shouting “Get up!” and “Keep poking him!” Jenna opened her eyes. “Well, it seems your friends want you back now.” She said. “Too bad, I wanted a picnic.” Zero said with a smile. Jenna smiled as well. “I’ll see you soon, when it’s real and not just a dream.” She said. She walked up and placed an item in Zero’s hand, the retreated. “Good-bye…Jenna.” Zero said sadly. “Soon.” Jenna replied with a smile. A blinding light encompassed the darkness. It was so bright, Zero had to shield his eyes. When he regained consciousness, he found that he was surrounded by his friends. “Did anyone get the number of that bus?” Zero asked somewhat groggy. Everyone laughed. “So Zero, lesson learned?” Master asked. “Huh?” Zero said with a confused look. “No one is invincible.” Master replied. Zero chuckled a little. “I guess your right.” He said. He looked over at Pyro who had a curious grin on his face. “You poked me with the stick again didn’t you?” Zero said cross. “Nope! I know something you don’t know.” Pyro replied childishly. Zero closed his eyes and thought for a second; he realized what Pyro was talking about. “Asshole.” Zero said to his friend. “Well, Jenna must have been in that dream of yours then.” Pyro responded laughingly. “Yeah, you were blushing the whole time you were out.” Eclipse said. “Yeah, and saying her name too.” Master added. “And not to mention that you had a…” Cade started. “Whoa!” Pyro shouted, “I don’t think we need to go there, he gets it.” Just then, Nick, Remco, John, Piers, and Caveman entered the room. “We got here as soon as we heard.” Nick announced. “Yeah, sorry it took so long.” Caveman added. “We had to split from our classes pretty quick.” John said. “Split…” Zero said with a sense of wonder. He had a feeling of deja vu at hearing this. “You guy’s brought my stuff with me didn’t you?” Zero asked. “Yeah.” Master responded. “Good. Hand me my notebook.” Zero demanded. Remco handed him a laptop and Zero opened it. He began searching through his files looking for something. “What are you looking for?” Remco asked. Piers loomed over his shoulder. “I found a stone tablet on one of my little ‘explorations’ a little while ago.” Zero responded. “Ok…and?” Eclipse said nagging. “Well, it was written in ancient.” Zero said, “It took me a while but I deciphered it.” Cade loomed over his other shoulder. “And you didn’t tell us about this because…?” He said. “Well, I was going to surprise you.” Zero responded. “Why do you think I was late for school?” Everyone looked around at each other. “Because I was up all night trying to decipher it.” Zero explained. “Oh!” Everyone else replied. “Whatever.” Zero said with a rolling his eyes. There was a ping on his notebook. “Found it!” Zero shouted abruptly. “What did you find exactly?” Remco asked. Zero pulled up a file; it was a picture of a stone slab with strange figures on it. “I don’t understand that!” Caveman shouted. “I understand some of it, but not enough to explain it Caveman.” Piers said. Zero pulled up another file; this one was all text. “Well Caveman, here is the translation.” Zero replied smiling, “I made this really nifty program that will read it to us.” Piers threw his hands up in the air.” “Your just lazy!” He shouted. “Maybe.” Zero said menacingly.

The prophecy was as follows.

“In the final battle with the Great Evil Dragon, the Chosen Hero’s Spirit was broken into two parts, light, and darkness. The light side knowing that the hero would soon discover this, stayed as a spirit. The dark side however fearing being sealed up again adapted to a human form, and started to wreak havoc on the other world. After many hardships and mistrials, the dark spirit was subdued and became part of the hero once again. With the hero’s spirit whole, there was much celebration, but looming in the shadows was another Great Evil. He stole the hero’s love away from him and used his dark powers to have the hero slay the one he loves. Saddened and enraged by this, the hero unleashed the God’s Fire upon the foe. Having drained most of the Evil One’s strength and most of his own, he used what power he had left to revive his Fallen Love, but only in exchange for his own life. With more tears the rest departed from their friend to a town where a Massacre had taken place. What they found shocked them to the core, for the Hero was the one who had slain the innocent. The Evil one was still alive and controlling him. Only through the power of love was he set free from the evil one’s spell.”

“Wow…!” Caveman shouted, “Many words.” Zero chuckled a bit. “During our last conflict; journey; whatever you want to call it, I found the stone tablet in the ruins of Veranus’ castle.” He explained. “What does it all mean?” John asked. “I’m not sure.” Zero said morbidly, “But I do know one thing.” Everyone loomed close to Zero. “That son-of-a-bitch took me a month to decipher!” He shouted smiling. Everyone fell over in astonishment. Pyro and Master hit Zero on the head…hard. “What the hell was that for!” Zero shouted holding his head, “You don’t just hit an injured guy!” Pyro’s hand was twitching. “First off; you’re not injured anymore. If your acting like a smart ass, your perfectly fine.” Pyro said. Master’s hand was twitching as well. “And secondly…your head is really hard.” Master said. “Ow!” Pyro and Master shouted. “That might not have been the best idea you’ve ever had.” Zero said mockingly. Pyro and Master raised their hands up in the air. “Lest we repeat past mistakes.” Zero said. Pyro and Master lowered their hands. “Why can’t it ever be a normal day?” Piers sighed. “No day is normal when you’re an adept.” Cade said. “Since when did you get all mystic high guy?” Pyro asked. “Enough!” Nick shouted, “There’s a bigger issue here.” Remco looked at Zero. “Yeah! Jenna wouldn’t appear after you passed out just to give you some nice thoughts.” He said. “Too bad.” Zero said smiling.

“So, what did she say?” Master asked finally. “Well…” Zero began, “That prophecy has something to do with it.” Pyro scratched his head in confusion. “Like what something?” He asked. “You idiot.” Nick said under his breath. “Well, apparently, Weyard is on the brink of destruction…again.” Zero explained, “And we have to fix it.” Eclipse rolled her eyes. “Figures, we get our lives back on track and now this happens.” She said. “I’ve already dispatched Lucase and his party to investigate.” Zero said. “What do you mean ‘dispatched’?” Nick asked. “Well, they were in the area, so I told them to go.” Zero said, “It was better than what they were currently doing.” Pyro looked puzzled. “So, what were they doing beforehand?” Piers asked. “Not important.” Zero replied. “Oh, I get it.” Remco said, “It figures, all those guys do is slack off.” Zero got up of the bead and grabbed his pack. “Shall we get going?” Zero said. “Uh…dude.” Pyro said pointing to the clock. “Zero looked toward the clock. It was 12:30 p.m. He gave a deep sigh. “It figures.” He said “Well…I’ll see you guys at the end of the day.” He slung his pack over his shoulder and walked out. “Doesn’t anything bother this guy?” Piers asked. “He doesn’t show it, but he’s a tortured soul.” Eclipse responded, “If I had his kind of childhood, I’d hide it to.” Zero popped back into the doorway. “Aren’t you guys late as it is?” He said with a smirk. Everyone instinctively picked up their packs and ran to their classes. Zero chuckled as he walked down the empty halls. He had been clutching something in his other hand but had just now realized it: it was a small, black box. Zero stopped and opened it to check on it and closed it quickly, blushing slightly, and then continued walking.

And now I must continue writing! (But I have a few more posts lined up before a waiting period)

Well..I just thought I'd clarify. I mean why would I call you....*cough*...in any case, here is the next part.

At last, the final bell of the day rang. The gang met at Pyro’s house, mainly because he had a huge yard with grass and sunshine. Zero and Master lay soaking up the sun. “Well, who else thought the lectures were pointless today.” Everyone had a response to that. “Me!” They shouted. “I was too busy sleeping.” Caveman said. “I second that.” Piers added. “Well?” Eclipse said looking over at Zero and Master, “Where they boring?” Both Zero and Master raised their hands high in the air, and then put them back underneath their heads. “I swear! All you two ever do is lay around.” Cade sighed. “It’s better than what you do.” Master replied without moving. “Yeah! We don’t look in caves for marshmallows and cheese.” Zero said with a smirk. “Uh, is it just me, or should we be heading out?” John. Zero got up quickly. “Well, I’m ready.” He said. “You just want to go and see Jenna.” Nick said. Zero blushed slightly. “Yeah…well…what about Mai! Answer me that!” He snapped back. Nick’s face radiated a red color and he got quiet real quickly. “Let’s head to the portal.” Remco said, “You guys can discuss cheese and love interest later.” Master nodded and got up. Everyone else was in agreement. “To the portal it is then.” Master said brushing himself off. “Heat Flash!” Pyro shouted. This was his teleportation spell. In an instant, the party was transported to the portal.

This portal was the only way to get to Weyard form Earth, so it had to be hidden in a secret location. Thankfully, Master hid it instead of Cade. There was snow all around then the party materialized at the portal. “I didn’t think anyone would find it up here.” Master said with a smirk. “Well, I still think we should have hid it in Caveman’s room.” Cade scoffed. “Well, we wouldn’t be able to find it either.” Nick said. Caveman frowned. “Don’t be too upset, save your anger for the fighting.” Piers said. “Let’s go.” Master demanded. “Right! Happiness and fun for everyone!” Eclipse shouted. Zero leaned close to Master. “Is she for real?” Zero asked puzzled. “She’s in her own little world. Let’s just let her be.” Zero stood up right. “Ok then…shall we?” He asked. Everyone nodded in agreement. One by one they stepped through the portal. After a few moments, they arrived on Weyard. “Is everyone accounted for?” Pyro asked. “Yeah, we’re all here.” Cade responded. “Hey, where did Piers go?” Eclipse asked. Cade looked around. “I think he lost his lunch.” He said pointing. Piers threw up. “Everyone is here, except for my lunch.” Piers said woozily. “Sorry dude!” Zero said, “I forgot about your travel sickness.” Pyro helped Piers to his feet. “I’ll remember to bring the airsick bag next time.” Zero said. “There will be no next time for you. I’ll make sure of it.” A voice interrupted. “Who said that?” Eclipse said. Everyone was looking around to try and find the owner. “Show yourself!” Master shouted. “Come out instead of hiding in the shadows!” Zero added demandingly. “Are you sure you want to see?” The voice said. A figure walked out from the trees. Zero’s jaw dropped. “No…” He stammered, “You can’t…you…just can’t…” Zero’s face was completely pale. The figure standing before Zero…was Zero.

“How can this be!?” Piers shouted puzzled. “Wait a second, it’s probably just a morph, or clone, or something.” Eclipse interjected. “That thing…is no clone!” Pyro shouted. “He’s right!” Master added, “Clones and morphs don’t have that kind of power level.” Cade nodded in agreement and gulped. “What’s the matter? Scared?” The Zero joked. “Why you…!” Nick shouted restraining himself. “Come on…attack” Zero DS mocked. Nick readied a defensive stance. “Just as I thought, just another worm.” Zero DS mocked yet again. “Your no match for all of us!” Cade shouted. “It doesn’t matter how many of you roaches there are, I’ll crush you all.” Zero DS mocked again, “Here I come.” Zero looked over at Pyro with a fearful look. “Get us out of here now!” He shouted. “Right!” Pyro responded, “Heat Flash!” This was Pyro’s only teleportation spell, so he teleported everyone away to a different location. Zero DS ordered his arms and stood there. “Fools, I’ll kill them all eventually.” He chuckled.

The party materialized elsewhere. They didn’t really have time to plot a course, or determine a destination; they just wanted to get the hell out of there. There was snow falling all over the ground. “Uhhhh…Pyro?” Zero said. “What is it Zero?” Pyro replied. “Either somebody dropped a lot of laundry detergent, or it’s snowing.” Zero replied. “So?” Pyro responded uninterested. “It doesn’t snow in Vale!!” Zero shouted. Pyro fell over. “Why in the hell did you warp us to Prox!?” Cade demanded. “Jeezis! Give me a break, I wanted to get out of there just as bad as you did.” Pyro responded. “Well come on man!” Cade shouted, “I’d expect a little finesse from you at least!” Pyro glared at Cade. “Well excuse me!” He shouted defensively. “Oh would you two shut up!” Zero interjected. “No! You shut up!” Pyro commanded. “Ok, now you’re just being ridiculous!” Cade exclaimed. “And unreasonable!” Zero added. “Shut up! Shut Up! SHUT UP!” Pyro shouted at the top of his voice. They all began exchanging shouts back at each other. “Wow! It’s so pretty!” Eclipse said amazed. “Yeah, it’s a pretty romantic setting, don’t you think?” Master asked looking at Eclipse. “Yeah!” Eclipse said smiling. “And your right, it is beautiful.” Master added. “Yeah! Isn’t it though?” Eclipse responded. “Yeah, but this snow has nothing on your beauty.” Master said valiantly. “Oooh, you’re embarrassing me.” Eclipse blushed. Caveman rather liked the snow. In fact, he was doing the monkey. “Yay! Snow!” He shouted while dancing. That was so random that everyone, including Zero, Pyro, and Cade that were arguing, stopped to look over at him. “Is he for real?” Cade wondered. Zero leaned over to Eclipse. Master did the same. “Hey Eclipse, are you sure he’s your brother?” Zero asked. “Yeah, he seems a little…off.” Master added. Eclipse’s hand twitched. She went and smacked both Master and Zero across the face. “How dare you talk about my family like that!” She said huffing. “Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.” Master and Zero said. “That hurt almost as bad as your hit on my head.” Zero said to Master. Eclipse walked over to Master and began hitting him with a paper fan. “And I expected better from you!” She shouted. “Ok! I get it! Now put the fan away!” Master demanded. Cade and Pyro were rolling on the ground laughing. Piers couldn’t help but to chuckle a little bit too. “Kind of a ‘RAOFLMAO’ moment, right?” He said to Pyro and Cade. Pyro and Cade were laughing so hard they started to cry a little. “Oh my god!” Pyro shouted laughing. “My sides are gunna bust!” Cade shouted. Zero couldn’t help but chuckle a little bit too. Pyro and Cade got up and wiped the tears from their eyes. “Oh…my god…now that…was funny.” Pyro said shot of breath. He and Cade looked over at Eclipse, who still had the fan in her hand. They both completely lost it again. Zero took this opportunity to get some payback. He picked up a stick and began poking Pyro with it. “Stop it…stop it!” Pyro said between laughing. “Hey Pyro, we’re kinda in a hurry here.” Zero said, “So, when your done laughing, could you…oh…I don’t know…um…oh yeah…GET US THE HELL OUT OF HERE!” Pyro stopped laughing immediately. “Ok! Fine.” Pyro said still chuckling. He wiped the tears from his eyes once again. “Remco, you and Caveman go and find Lucase and the others.” Zero commanded. “Where would they be?” Caveman asked. “They should be somewhere on Angara, start there.” Zero replied. “Right!” Remco replied, “Tectonic Flash!” This was another teleportation spell, and Remco used it to teleported himself and Caveman. “Now! Pyro, let’s go!” Zero shouted. “Heat flash!” Pyro shouted. Within seconds, the party was teleported to Vale.

Paper fans always add humor. Remember that.

“Uhhh….wow!” Cade said in awe. Zero floated off the ground a little bit. “Like it?” He said smiling. “When the hell did that get there?” Pyro asked. “Well…let’s just say I found a use for some of that rubble that used to be Veranus’s castle.” Zero replied. “Yeah, I understand that, but who built it?” Piers asked. “I left the plans with Kraden. He got everyone together, and they built it.” Zero replied. “But…what for?” Eclipse wondered. “Simple! It’s our home away from home.” Zero said with a smile. “That thing…is ours?” Pyro asked astonished. “Yep!” Zero replied. “Does it have a pool?” Master asked. “Yep!” Zero replied. “Does it have a fridge stocked with turkey?” Pyro asked. “Yep!” Zero replied. “Does it have a tanning area?” Eclipse asked. “Yep!” Zero replied. “Do you like giving one word answers?” Piers asked. “Yep!” Zero replied, “Wait…I mean…Piers!” Cade raised his hand up in the air. “You hear that?” He said. Everyone quieted down to listen. They could hear something in the distance, “Cake! Shoe! Cake! Shoe! Cake! Shoe!” and so it went. “Oh god” Zero sighed. “Don’t tell me.” Pyro said holding his head. “Tweedle-dee and tweedle-dumb” Cade said. “Cake!” Ivan shouted. “Shoe!” Garet shouted back. “Oh hell.” Master said annoyed, “I thought we went over this.” Garet and Ivan continued to throw this back and forth. “Would you two be quiet.” A very familiar voice said. “Ah!” Zero said blushing. He had hearts in his eyes. “Oh my Angel! My goddess with flowing red hair! How sweet your voice sounds. I have missed it so.” Zero said. “Oh brother.” Cade said annoyed. “He’s even worse that the cake-shoe boys.” Pyro said. “Get down here you idiot.” Master said pulling on Zero’s leg. “Every freakin’ time.” Cade said annoyed. Of course, the voice belonged to Jenna, and Zero was madly in love with her. Jenna looked over at the party. “Oh, it’s you guys…and…huh?” She said confused, “Master, why are you grabbing Zero’s leg?” Master looked at his hand. “Someone has to keep lover boy down to earth.” He replied. “You can let go now you idiot.” Zero said. Master obeyed. Zero flew over to Jenna. “Zero…” Jenna said. Zero grabbed her hand. “I’ve missed you.” Zero said. “Oh Zero…I’ve missed you too.” Jenna replied. Tears of joy began to flow from her eyes. “And it never gets old.” Pyro said throwing his arms up in the air. “Damnit Zero, you lucky bastard.” Cade said. Eclipse looked back over at Zero and Jenna; they were hugging. “Um…I hate to break up the love fest, but didn’t we come here for something important?” Piers said. Zero and Jenna let go of each other. “That’s right!” Zero exclaimed, “Jenna, what do you know about why we’re here.” Jenna looked back at Zero puzzled. “Wait…what?” She said. “Oh boy…” Nick sighed. “Then I guess we have some explaining to do.” Zero said. He began to explain everything to Jenna. “Ok! I understand.” Jenna exclaimed. “Awesome.” Zero said, “Now what I want to know is who contacted me.” Pyro looked over at Zero. “I’d like to know too, so I can give them a medal. They gave me so many things to rank on you for.” Pyro said jokingly. Zero looked over at Pyro with an evil look. Pyro took a step back. “Actually, I was the one who contacted you.” A voice said. Everyone turned and looked. “Wise One!” Piers shouted. “Yes.” The Wise One replied. “So, you contacted me, but for what exactly?” Zero asked. “Simple, look in the direction o the Gundowan Passage.” The Wise One commanded. Everyone looked over to the west. There were dark red clouds all about it. “What the…!” Pyro exclaimed. Zero pulled out a telescope. He looked through it. “That’s…that’s not possible.” Zero said. “What isn’t?” Cade asked. “Take a look.” Zero said handing Cade the telescope. Cade’s jaw dropped. “No freakin’ way!” Cade exclaimed, “A volcano!?” Piers shot up with a start. “A what!?!?” He exclaimed. “A volcano. An honest to goodness freakin’ volcano!” Cade shouted back.

Yes, Gundowan was spewing lava everywhere. “What in the world has the power to do this?” Piers asked. “I could if I used 98% of my Psynergy.” Pyro said, “But I didn’t do it.” Zero looked over at the Wise One. “Does this have something to do with…me?” He asked. “Yes.” The Wise One sad, “I’m sure you’ve noticed something strange.” Zero thought for a minute. “The white armored Zero!” He shouted, “And the dark one we saw earlier.” Eclipse thought about it too. “Don’t you see?” She said. “See what?” Master replied. “It all has to do with the prophecy!” Eclipse shouted. “She’s right!” Cade said. “Ah yes…the prophecy.” The Wise One said. “Yes, this whole thing has to do with me.” Zero said, “The question is…why?” Everyone was thinking hard on this one. “It is because you are the Chosen Hero.” The Wise One replied. “Chosen Hero?” Zero wondered. “Yes, the one chosen by the Golden Sun to protect this world.” The Wise One said. “Chosen by…the Golden Sun? Is such a thing possible?” Pyro asked. “That might explain that aura you have!” Jenna exclaimed. “Aura?” Zero wondered. “Yes! When you first arrived here, you had this golden aura about you.” Jenna said. She blushed a little. “It was…very warm and inviting.” She added. Zero blushed slightly. “So, what do we have to do in order to fix this mess?” Cade asked. “Yeah, there has to be something!” Eclipse added. “The question is…’what?’” Master said. “You must realign your spirit.” A voice said. The party readied their battle stances. “Who said that!?” Piers demanded. “Easy now. Steady your weapons.” The voice said. “Show yourself then!” Nick demanded. A being in white armor appeared in a flash of light. “You!” Zero exclaimed. “Yes! I am your light spirit.” The spirit said. “So…spirit…what happened? Why were you severed from our friend here?” Nick asked. “You read the prophecy, did you not?” The Spirit said. “Um…yeah, we did.” Piers replied. “Then you do not need to ask.” The spirit replied. “But what I don’t understand is…how?” Zero said. “I’ll explain.” The spirit said, “In your battle with Veranus, you put an incredible strain on your spirit. When you unleashed the last blow, it severed your spirit from your body.” Zero looked at the spirit puzzled. “But then…wouldn’t I be dead?” He asked. “No, I mean your adept spirit.” The Spirit replied. Zero looked at the Spirit even more confused. “Uh…in other words, you have no power.” The Spirit said. “Oh!” everyone exclaimed. “I don’t get it.” Garet said. “Oh brother.” Ivan sighed. “Well, now I shall merge back with you, but the dark spirit may not be as inviting.” The spirit said. “No joke.” Zero said. He closed his eyes. The spirit dashed for Zero and disappeared in a brilliant light. “I feel it, some of my power has returned.

True enough, Zero was no longer a pathetic weakling. “I have a question.” Sheba said, “What do you need with a dark spirit anyway?” Zero put down the crate he was carrying. “Order cannot exist without chaos.” He replied, “So therefore, e have to find my…hmmm...I guess you could call it a Darksoul.” Sheba looked at Zero confused. Zero picked the crate back up and put it down in the ships hold. “Ok Felix, what is there left to do?” Isaac said. “Well, we have to finish stocking supplies, replenish the crystal so we can fly…” He said. “Anything else?” Zero asked. “Well, there is the matter of planning the wedding.” Felix joked. “Wedding!?!?!?!?” Zero and Jenna exclaimed. They both looked at each other, blushing severally. “I’m just kidding!” Felix said laughing, “No need to get all worked up.” Zero and Jenna were still blushing; their faces were almost as red as Zero’s armor. On the other end of the deck, Nick and Mai were catching up with each other. “Wow! You lead such an interesting life.” Mai said. “Well, when you hand around with Zero, thins are bound to get interesting.” Nick responded. He looked over at Zero and Jenna, who were still blushing. Nick started laughing. “See, that’s what I’m talking about.” He laughed. Mai chuckled a little bit too, and then she blushed a little bit. “Do you think…that…well…we would ever be like them?” She asked. Nick blushed a little bit. “Well…I suppose…uh…definitely.” Nick said. He quick snuck in and kissed Mai on the cheek. Mai blushed even more. “See, I’m here for you.” Nick said. Mai hugged him. “Ok, food is all packed!” Isaac shouted. “Should we set up the training room?” Pyro asked. “Yeah! Garet, give us a hand.” Zero said. Garet followed Zero and Pyro below deck. “I’ll go help them.” Picard said. “Ok, I’ll get Cade to help us yet.” Felix said, “And get Nick over here!” Picard went and got Nick. After a few hours, all the preparations were finished. “All done!” Piers shouted. “Awesome!” Ivan shouted. “Set a course! We’re going back the Darkside of Weyard!” Isaac shouted. “Aye aye captain!” Picard replied. Sheba smiled. “Just like a real pirate.” She said. “Let’s go below deck and get some training done.” Pyro suggested. Cade, Garet, Ivan, Master, and Nick followed him below deck. “Come on Mai let’s go get a tan.” Eclipse said. Mai and Sheba followed her. Isaac, Felix, and Picard were making sure that the ship was staying on course. “I’m going to take a nap.” Jenna said sleepily. “Ok, just dream about me.” Zero said with a smile. Jenna blushed a little bit, but smiled back. She retired to the cabin. “Well, no reason to just stand around here.” Zero said. He set up a lawn chair and took a nap in the sun.

Oh, and yes, I do belive that a story must have some humor in it. It makes the story more interesting. But in my case, it just makes me giggle.

Ok, next part is kinda short, but what comes next will be very different.

About two hours later, Zero had pulled out his MP3 player. “I’m gunna go below deck and train a little.” Piers said. “Knock yourself out buddy.” Zero said not looking up. He pulled out a manga and began reading it. “At least I brought some reading material for the long trip.” He said. Fifteen minute later, Felix came down from the captain’s area and looked around. “Damn! Fifteen minutes ago, everyone was out here, where’d they all go?” He asked. “Well, Eclipse, Mai, and Sheba were tanning, but now their enjoying the view of the ocean.” Zero explained. “What about everyone else?” Felix asked. “Jenna is taking a nap in the cabin, and everyone else is screwing around below deck.” Zero replied. The whole time he explained this, he never looked up from his book. “Must be a good book for you not to look up at me.” Felix said. “It has its moments.” Zero responded. “But how did you know where everyone was?” Picard asked. “I have a sense about these things.” Zero responded. “I have a sense about things too, I sense your getting something from being around my sister so much.” Felix joked. “I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that.” Zero said, “Anyway! How long do you think we have yet?” Picard looked over at Felix. “Nice one dude!” He said. “You hear something?” Zero asked. “Hear what?” Felix replied. “Oh hell!” Zero shouted. He quickly grabbed the chair he was sitting in and jumped to the side. Just as he landed, a pillar of fire came shooting up from the deck. “Woah!” Felix and Picard exclaimed. Of course, it was Garet. “Oops!” He said. “You idiot.” Pyro groaned. “Self control is a virtue.” Master said. “And just what is that supposed to mean!?” Garet demanded. “You have no self control you idiot!” Cade exclaimed. Zero loomed over the hole. “You almost singed me!” He shouted, “You need to cool off!” He dumped a bucket of freezing cold water on Garet. “Cripes this water’s cold!” He shouted, “Freezing cold!” Everyone started laughing at Garet’s misfortune. “Uh…looks like I have repair work to do.” Zero said unenthusiastically. He grabbed a hammer and some planks and got to work.

About an hour later, the huge hole in the deck was fixed. “Anyone want some lemonade?” Eclipse said, “It’s fresh squeezed!” Zero wiped his brow. “I’ll take some. I could use.” He said. Eclipse handed him a glass. Zero chugged it down quickly. “Delicious!” He exclaimed. Eclipse smiled. Jenna had just woken up and walked out on the deck. “What’s up?” She said groggily. Hey sleepy head.” Zero smiled, “Sleep good?” Jenna nodded. “So, what was up with all that screaming an hour ago?” She asked. “Garet blew a hole in the deck.” Zero replied. “What?” Jenna said. “Yeah. Almost singed me. Oh well.” Zero said. Just then, Nick came up from below deck. “Did you fix it yet Zero?” He asked. “Do you see a gaping whole in the deck?” Zero replied. “No.” Nick responded. “Then it’s fixed!” Zero exclaimed. Pyro had come up from below as well; he was drinking a glass of lemonade. “Lemonade after training is definitely a good thing.” Pyro exclaimed. Zero nodded in agreement. “I’ll have to thank Eclipse later on.” He said. “Me too.” Pyro said. “Hey guys! You gotta see this!” Piers exclaimed from the bow of the ship. Everyone ran up. “What is it?” Cade asked. “You see that?” Piers asked. “Dude, that storm system is huge!” Pyro shouted. “Yeah, no kidding.” Master added. “Well, it looks like it’s moving to the north, shouldn’t give us much trouble.” Zero said. “I guess your right, might give us some rough seas, but nothing to worry about.” Eclipse said. But Zero and Eclipse were wrong, the storm suddenly picked up. “What the heck is going on!?” Jenna shouted over then wind. “I don’t think this is a natural storm!” Piers exclaimed. “I agree!” Pyro responded. Suddenly, a figure descended from the dark clouds. “Hey, isn’t that…?” Nick began. “Yes, it is! It’s your Darksoul!” Pyro shouted. “Ready to die fools?” Zero DS said. “We’ll see who the fool is!” Zero snapped back. “Very well, bring it, if you have the guts!” Zero DS mocked. “Fine! Have it your way!” Zero said he dashed up high into the air and met Zero DS for a close confrontation. The two started fighting rapidly.

Zero DS uses Dark Final. Zero takes 10000 damage.
Zero initiates Zero Final. Zero DS takes 200000 damage.

“Your not keeping me outa this Zero!” Master exclaimed.

Master casts Holy on Zero DS. Zero DS takes 1000000 damage.
Zero DS is felled.

“It’s time for you to come back!” Zero exclaimed. “I don’t think so!” Zero DS replied. “And why is that!?” Zero asked. Zero DS pointed down. Zero looked down and crashed into a tree.

Zero falls into a tree and takes 500 damage.

“Damnit!” Zero shouted, “Who put this freakin’ tree here!” Pyro chuckled a little bit. “He…landed in a tree?” He said. “That was smooth.” Piers said. “Real intelligent.” Cade added. “Come on, we have to help him!” Jenna exclaimed. “Right!” Everyone replied. They docked the boat and got out. At the same time, Lucase and the others showed up. “Too bad we’re late to the party!” Overlord shouted. “Yeah, be we’re here to kick ass now!” John added. “Nice to see you guys, but this is my fight!” Zero said. “What? There’s no fun in that!” Lucase said. “Still, stay back!” Zero shouted. “So…we can’t help you?” Sabian asked. “NO!!!!” Zero and Zero DS responded. “I’ll show you what real power is!” Zero DS shouted. “Real power is not hidden in darkness!” Zero responded valiantly. “Oh really, then where is it?” Zero DS asked. “It’s out in the open.” Zero responded. He flew back a few feet. “It’s out in the open basking in light!” He shouted. Zero DS was shocked. “Initiate: Zero Phoenix!” Zero shouted. Zero’s aura converged around him, and then fire toward Zero DS.

Zero initiates Zero Phoenix. Zero DS takes 100000000 damage.
Zero DS is felled.
Zero DS explodes.

“No…I can’t…I can’t lose!” Zero DS shouted in disbelief. He exploded into a brilliant purple light. “Woah! Pretty light show!” Everyone said. “So, your physical body is gone? You’re nothing but a spirit now.” Zero said. “Guess so.” Zero DS replied, “You’ve bested me, I have no choice now.” Zero closed his eyes. Zero DS dashed at Zero, and merged with him. “Everyone looked up at Zero. “Well?” Pyro exclaimed. “Zero?” Jenna wondered. Zero raised his fist triumphantly into the air! “My spirit is whole again!” He shouted victoriously, as if he wanted the world to know. “Finally.” Master said, “He’s back to his old self.” Zero powered himself up, and transformed into a Super adept, and then a Super Adept times ten. “And to think, I almost forgot this feeling.” He said to himself. He powered down and rejoined his friends on the ground. Just then, the Wise One appeared. “You have done it! The world is right again.” He said. “All right, go me.” Zero said. “Yes, now enjoy yourselves, you have earned it.” The Wise One said. With that, he disappeared. “Now what?” Pyro asked. “Well, we have the rest of our time here to ourselves.” Sabian said. “Cool! Let’s go play some volleyball!” Felix shouted. He went to take a step and his stomach growled. “Uh…” Felix muttered embarrassed. “How about this, I make us all something to eat.” Zero suggested. Everyone’s stomach growled. “I’ll take that as a yes.” Zero smiled, “Let’s go back to the ship and I’ll get things started.” Everyone agreed.

One delicious supper later, everyone was sitting around the table drinking soda and telling stories. “…and so I said that’s not a piece of meat, that’s a grenade! And then it blew up and meat went everywhere.” Lucase said. Everyone laughed. “Ok, I’ve got one!” Zero said, “If you see a bumper sticker that says you support a president, what does it really mean?” Everyone thought about it. “It means I can’t get this freakin’ thing off my car!” Zero exclaimed. Everyone began to laugh again. “Ok, how bout this, this girl joins the army, and she usually forgets things. The commanding officer asks what she’s been told so far.” Remco said, “She replies ‘that’s the base, and you’re the leader, and I shouldn’t kill you…ever.’” Everyone started laughing again. “Oh, my sides hurt.” Cade said rolling on the floor. “Ok, ok, shut up. How about this.” Pyro said, “There’s this guy who had an alien baby, and his neighbors were trying to figure out what to do with it.” Everyone paid attention. “Well, one guy says ‘Teach him how to play baseball. Another guy says ‘It’s an lien baby!’ So the same guy says ‘Teach him how top play tee ball!’” Everyone started laughing. “Wait, it gets better!” Pyro said, “The one guy repeats himself ‘It’s an alien baby! Alien was the key word in that sentence.’ So the guy who has the baby asks what he should do. Then, all of the sudden, the one guy says ‘It’s emotional conversations like this that make me miss my mom.’” Everyone started rolling on the floor again. “Here we go!” Overlord said, “A sergeant dies, and leaves his second in command in charge of things. The second in command likes to force things, and so he picks up the shotgun. One of the guys says ‘Hey, I don’t think that sarge would like you touching his shotgun.’ So the second in command points it at him. The guy goes ‘and I don’t think he would like you threatening me with it. Oh…wait, he might like that part.’” Everyone started laughing out loud again. “Oh man…no more jokes…please…I’m gunna wet myself…” Nick said short of breath. “Yeah…I may throw up all of Zero’s delicious food.” Lucase said. “Yeah, his food is definitely better than yours Pyro.” Master said. “Oh yeah, I remember that. I have no idea what you were attempting to cook either.” Zero said. He got up and left the room. “Hey! I told you not to eat it! It looked like moss! But you said ‘I’m sure it’s not that bad.’” Pyro replied defensively. “Yeah, Picard was the only one not sick…right?” Felix asked. “He and Piers.” Isaac added. “Yeah, I guess that’s because we’re Lumerians.” Piers said. “That’s right! And Lumerians have stronger immune systems that us.” Sheba said. “Not only that, you guys put so much hot sauce on it, it probably destroyed all the harmful bacteria.” Garet said, “Although I still wish I had hot sauce right now.” Eclipse laughed. “And you know you’d turn into a flamethrower if you put as much hot sauce on your food as gel in your hair in the morning.” She said. Everyone started laughing, even Garet. “I have to agree with you on that.” Garet said. “Zero wasn’t sick off it either.” Mai said. “Yeah, why is that?” John asked. “Maybe it has something to do with that armor of his.” Caveman said. “Or because his body temperature is higher than normal.” Jenna said. “Is that why he’s so warm?” Cade said sarcastically. Jenna pulled out a paper fan and began to hit Cade over the head with it. “Ow! Hey, cut that out!” Cade shouted. Everyone started laughing. “Didn’t this happen earlier?” Remco asked. “Yeah, to me.” Master said, “And I’ll tell you, it wasn’t a love-tap.” Everyone started laughing again. A faint music was playing over the laughter. “Do you hear that?” Nick asked. Jenna stopped hitting Cade. “I hear something, it’s kind of soft though.” Pyro answered. “It sounds kind of sad too.” Eclipse said. Caveman had the ability to feel sound waves. “It’s saying…’Who Are You.’” He said. “What?” Sheba said. “A sadden symphony for one’s self perhaps.” Felix said. “That would be my guess.” Picard said. “Hey, where did Zero go again?” Jenna asked. “You don’t think…?” Piers began. Everyone quickly got up and ran out to the deck. Zero was standing on the front of the ship playing a violin. “I thought so.” Piers said, “The Man Without A Destiny” That was the song Zero was playing. Zero finished playing and turned around. “I didn’t realize I had so many fans.” He said jokingly. “But…why the sullen music?” Caveman asked. “I don’t know. It’s like every time I pick up a musical instrument, all it expresses is deep sorrow.” Zero responded. “What do you mean?” Mai asked. “I am playing from the heart, but this is what comes out.” Zero responded, “Final Farwell, Requiem For A Dream, The Hero Without A Destiny.” Garet stared at Zero. “Those are all songs of sadness.” He said. He could tell this just by hearing the titles. “Yes, and also…” Zero began, “These are the tunes that embody my life’s story.” Everyone gasped. “You see…I’ve been having these weird thoughts lately: thinking about things I should’ve come to terms with by now.” Jenna began to cry a little. “Things like what?” Eclipse asked. “Things like…who and what I really am…” Zero said.

From this, a story emerged. Zero was James again, and He, Pyro, Cade, and Master walked through the Misty Forests. They were younger, they were happier, and most of all, they loved what they did. “Come on guys, it isn’t too much farther!” James shouted to the others. “That’s what you said an hour ago.” Master sighed. “Yeah, can’t we take a break?” Cade said falling to the ground. “Oh come on! I’m serious!” James said. “That’s what you said the last three times.” Pyro huffed. “Oh, you guys are kill joys.” James responded. “Yeah, but we don’t have as much energy as you do.” Master said. “Oh don’t give me that! We saved a world! Don’t tell me you haven’t the energy to take a little hike through the woods.” James shouted. “Yeah, well 6 hours lost in the woods, after waking up at four in the morning would tire anyone out.” Cade said. “I agree, and I need a turkey sandwich.” Pyro added. “You and your turkey!” Master shouted. “Hey! I like turkey too!” James added. “Yeah, but you two always fight over it, and we never get any!” Cade shouted. “Yeah, but Pyro usually winds up eating it all!” James responded defensively. “Yeah Pyro!” Master shouted. “Hey! I’m not on trail here!” Pyro snapped back. James turned around. “There it is!” He shouted. “There what is?” Cade asked. “The place I wanted you guys to see!” James answered. “This had better be worth the hike.” Cade threatened. “Oh trust me, it is.” James responded. He led them all to a cave, but inside the cave was the surprise. “Wow!” Everyone said in amazement. The cave was filled with so many colored crystals, that it would take months to count how many colors there were. “This is amazing!” Pyro exclaimed. “So, worth the hike?” James said jokingly. The others turned back and nodded. “I can’t believe such a place exists.” Cade said. “Yeah! There must be a crystal for every color here.” Master added. “Just about.” James said smiling. “This is so amazing.” Cade said. “And the best part is down farther. Come on! I’ll show you.” James said. “If you say so.” Pyro said. “I don’t see what could be cooler than this.” Master said. “Not much could even be as cool as all this.” Cade added. Well, what was farther down the cave was definitely cooler. “Oh My God!” Pyro, Master, and Cade screamed at the same time. There was a beautiful crystal formation that had reds, yellows, and oranges all mixed into one. It looked a lot like a crystal fire, and was all around the room. “This is definitely cooler than the first room!” Cade shouted. “This is like…the coolest thing ever!” Master added. “It looks like a crystal blaze.” Pyro said. “I told you it looked cool.” James said. He put his hand on the structure. “And it even feels warm.” He said. Everyone placed their hands upon it. “He’s right.” Cade gasped. “I feel it too.” Master added. “Yeah, it’s not an intense heat, but like a warming heat. Kind of like giving you girlfriend a hug.” James said. “Hey, does anyone else but me feel something else?” Pyro asked. “Yeah, there has always been a strange energy vibration coming though here. I have no idea what’s causing it either.” James answered. Pyro examined the ground. “I can feel it here too.” He said. “Really?” Cade asked. James got down and placed his hand on the warm earth. “He’s right! It’s here too.” He exclaimed. “Hey Cade, see if you can clear away this spot here.” Pyro said. “Ok then. Scoop!” Cade shouted. He removed a large patch of the earth away. “Do you see that?” Master gasped. “Yeah, more of that crystal formation.” Pyro responded. “Yeah, but it…has handles on it.” James added. “It might be a secret passageway.” Cade said, “Just like in the mystery movies.” James tugged on the one handle. “It won’t budge.” He said straining, “Give me a hand here.” Everyone grabbed onto the handle and pulled with all their might. The door came open and revealed a long staircase. “Do you see what I see?” James said. “Yeah, and I’m completely dumbfounded.” Master responded. Pyro poked James with a stick. “What the hell was that for!?” James shouted. “Just making sure we weren’t dreaming.” Pyro said innocently. “Let’s go see what’s down here.” Cade suggested. “That sounds like a good idea.” Master responded. They began to descend the staircase. As they descended the crystal staircase, they noticed that the steps changed color as they went deeper. Finally, they came to a large round room. The same crystal formation encompassed the room. “Amazing!” They all exclaimed. “I can’t believe a place like this really exists.” Master said. “Yeah! This is so amazing.” Cade added. “Hey, look there!” James shouted. He pointed to an alter at the far edge of the room. “What is it?” Pyro asked. “I don’t know, but that’s where that weird energy is radiating from.” Master responded. “Wait a second, do you see…a set of armor?” Cade asked. “Yes! Yes I do!” James responded. He approached the alter. “There’s an inscription here written in ancient.” He said. “Really? What does it say?” Pyro said looming. “Yeah, you seem to be the only one who really knows how to read ancient.” Master said. “It says…Child of Fire, place your hands upon the alter and claim you destiny for yourself.” James translated. “Child of fire?” Cade wondered. “Claim your destiny…hmmm…” Master wondered also. They stood there pondering for a few moment. “That must be me!” Pyro exclaimed. “What makes you say that?” James asked. “Well…’Child of Fire’ Sounds a lot like me. I am the Inferno after all.” Pyro explained. “That makes sense to me.” Cade said. “Yeah. Hey dude, go for it.” Master pushed. “Why the hell not.” Pyro said shrugging. He placed both his hands on the alter. “Nothing’s happening.” Pyro sighed, “How anti-dramatic.” But something dramatic did happen. The earth began to rumble. “Is that an earthquake?” Cade shouted. “A small one, it shouldn’t be any threat to us.” Master responded. But indeed it was, as the quake began to gain strength. “Oh crap!” James shouted. “Time for us to go!” Pyro shouted. “I agree!” Cade responded. “Quickly! Up the staircase!” Master commanded. Pyro, Cade, and Master ran out of the room. James ran for the door, but did not make it; falling debris had blocked his only exit. “Oh crap!” He shouted. “Now what do I do?” He looked around the room, trying to find another way out; there were none. “Damnit!” He shouted. He looked over at the alter again. A thought entered his mind. As the ceiling above him began to collapse, he only had one word to say. “Mother…” Zero muttered. A brilliant red light filled the room.

Meanwhile, Pyro, Cade, and Master had all made it out of the stair tunnel. “Let’s get the hell outa here!” Pyro shouted. “Yeah! And we better hurry, otherwise all four of us will be sealed in here!” Master added. “All four of us?” Cade said turning around. James was not behind them. “Wait! Where the hell is James!?” He exclaimed. “What!? He was right behind us a few seconds ago!” Master shouted. “He must still be back in the staircase!” Pyro shouted. “We have to go back for him!” Master shouted. Larger chunks of the ceiling were beginning to fall. “There isn’t any time! And the staircase is blocked!” Cade shouted. “We have to get outa here now!” Pyro shouted. “But James…!” Master demanded. “There isn’t any time! We have to go or be buried alive!” Pyro commanded. “Damnit!” Master said running for the exit. They all made it outside. Master turned around. “James!!!!!!!!!!” He shouted at the top of his voice. His cry was buried over the sound of falling rocks, and the cave was sealed shut. “No…” Cade said in disbelief. “He can’t be…he can’t be gone…” Pyro said sullenly. Master fell to his knees. “No…Damnit!” He exclaimed. Cade dropped to his knees as well. Master began pummeling the ground, cursing their misfortune. “There has to be a way back in!” Pyro shouted. He ran over to the pile of rubble blocking the door and began hammering at it. “Damnit! Damnit! Damnit!” He shouted as he struck the debris. “Cade! Can’t you do something about this!?” Pyro demanded. “No…I can’t…I don’t have enough power.” Cade responded. Pyro eventually broke off his attack and rejoined Master and Cade on the ground. “Why did it have to be him…?” Cade whispered sullenly. “He had the most to live for.” Master said. Everyone hung their heads. Suddenly, the earth began to rumble again. “What now!?” Cade exclaimed. The rumbling was originating from the cave. “Great, another one!” Pyro shouted angrily. The debris blocking the cave entrance began to loosen. “Maybe if it loosens enough, we can go in and get him.” Master said hopefully. They all rose to their feet. The debris began to loosen more and more. “Wait, something’s happening!” Cade shouted. All the debris surrounding the entrance exploded and flew everywhere. Pyro, Cade, and Master defended. “What the hell was that?” Cade asked lowering his guard. A being with a golden red aura emerged from the mouth of the cave. “What the hell!? Is that…James!?” Master exclaimed. The being drew closer. “Now come on, you can’t get rid of me that easily.” The figure said. “James!” Everyone shouted relieved. “Close.” He said, “My name is Zero James Magnion.”

“I remember that, you gave us all quite a scare.” Pyro said. “Yeah, but you did get that armor out of the whole thing.” Master added. “Yeah…but what good has it done me? I have more power, so what. It’s worthless if I can’t protect anybody.” Zero said. He began to remember back to the time Jenna was kidnapped by Nosferatu. “But you did save me!” Jenna interjected. “Still, I couldn’t prevent it in the first place.” Zero responded. “What’s with the gloom and doom all of the sudden?” Piers asked. “I don’t know. A while ago, I was joking a laughing with the rest of you, and now, it’s like…I just don’t know anymore.” Zero responded. He positioned himself to play and began playing Final Farewell. “What’s wrong with him?” Eclipse asked. “Why are you so sad?” Jenna asked, “And what can I do to ease that pain?” She began to cry. Everyone decided to turn in for the night, but Zero kept on playing. He played until the sullen tune lulled them all to sleep. You could hear his tears in the music. When everyone was asleep, Zero put his instrument away and retired as well. About three in the morning, a door opened and someone walked out onto the deck. “Why am I so sad now? I just don’t understand.” Zero said. Another door opened. “Zero…what’s wrong with you?” Jenna wondered. She closed the door and went back to her bed. She waited for Zero to come back in, but he never did, he spent the whole night hanging out over the side of the ship playing an ocarina. The waves rocked the boat gently.

The next morning, the gang awoke to the sound of seagulls and a wondrous view of the mountains. “When did we get here?” Picard asked. “Zero never came back to bed last night, maybe he piloted us here.” Jenna responded. “You and Zero slept in the same bed!?” everyone exclaimed shocked. “No, no, nothing like that.” Jenna said blushing, “We just slept in the same room, Eclipse slept in there too, and Piers.” Everyone sighed a sigh of relief. “Speaking of Zero, where is he?” Felix asked. Isaac came out of the mess hall holding a sandwich. “I have no idea where he went, but he made breakfast.” He said. “Do they have turkey sandwiches?” Pyro said drooling. “Yeah!” Isaac said downing the bacon and egg sandwich. Everyone quickly ran into the mess hall to get something to eat. While they were eating, they could see and hear Zero training about fifty yards from the ship. “Doesn’t he ever rest?” Sheba asked. “Yeah, but very rarely.” Ivan replied. Garet sat in the corner and ate a piece of cake. “You got cake, but I want a shoe!” Ivan shouted. “Cake!” Garet shouted back. This flurry of words continued back and forth long after everyone finished eating. Pyro looked out a nearby window in the cabin. He saw Zero randomly slashing a training dummy. “Figures, guy can’t just do nothing, has to do something.” He muttered. Cade walked out to join him. “Well, hard at work see.” He said. Zero smiled and held up a sign. It said, “Speed increased by one. Attack increased by two. Your reading skill increased by one.” Zero put the sign away. “Very funny smart ass.” Cade remarked. “Humor is the spice of life.” Zero responded. He went back to hitting the dummy. Cade pulled out his blade. Zero stopped. “I see.” He smirked. He walked back to where Cade was and readied his battle stance. “Sword Sphere!” They both shouted. An uncountable amount of sword pierced the dummy, and the six colossal swords destroyed it. “Sword Sphere: 127 blades!” Zero and Cade shouted. What was left of the test dummy fell to the ground. “Nice to see you’re not out of practice as well.” Zero said. “Never.” Cade said sheathing his sword. “There were 127 blades!?” Eclipse shouted. “I couldn’t keep track of all of em’.” Nick added. “Yeah, that was pretty cool though.” Piers said. Pyro looked over at Zero. “How come we don’t have a combo attack?” He asked. “We do have one: you poke me with a stick and I yell at you.” Zero replied. Everyone laughed. “I have a question for you guys Lucase.” Master asked. “What is it?” Lucase replied. “Where did you guys find John, we weren’t able to get hold of him.” Master asked. “Oh, that!” Lucase chuckled, “We found him in a place called Cheesetown.” Pyro looked over at them stunned. “Nooooo! My Cheeeese!” He shouted. “Yeah! It was good.” John said jokingly. “All of my cheese!?” Pyro asked petrified. “Not all of it.” Overlord replied. “The cheese lives!” Pyro shouted ecstatically. “Shut up!” Everyone shouted at Pyro. “Sorry, I miss my cheese.” Pyro said meekly. “Dude, you’re a basket case.” Zero said. “So, what do we do now?” Felix asked, “We’ve never really had any time off before.” Everyone looked at one another. “How about…we play Volleyball!?” John exclaimed. “That actually sounds like a good idea.” John replied. “But I’d rather play hockey.” Nick whined. “And where would we play hockey!? There is no rink!” Picard replied. “Well technically, we could use our ice powers and craft one.” Mai stated. Eclipse quickly put her hand over Mai’s mouth. “So, volleyball it is!” Garet shouted. “You go ahead, I feel like swimming.” Sheba said. “I’m with her.” Jenna followed. Them, along with Zero, John, Remco, and Caveman went swimming. “Ok, now let’s play!” Felix shouted. With that, the game was underway.

ok, next part is long and full of battling. The end to it is a bit of a shocker as well.

A few games of ball later; Felix’s team one the most times by the way; they sat down for a quick lunch. Zero and Remco were still playing water polo and did not notice everyone else leave. By the time they finished their game, Eclipse, Isaac, and Jenna had gone for a walk while everyone else was still eating. “Who gets to do dishes?” Cade asked. “Thanks for volunteering.” Caveman responded. “Yeah, thanks for volunteering.” Zero replied to Caveman. “Caveman no like do dishes.” Caveman frowned. “Oh well, get to it!” Pyro shouted. Suddenly, Isaac and Eclipse burst into the room. “Are you here to help him with the dishes?” Overlord joked. “We don’t have time for dishes!” Isaac exclaimed. Everyone looked at him confused. They observed that Jenna was not with them. “Hey, where’s Jenna?” Picard asked. “Is she coming?” Ivan added. “That’s what we need to tell you about!” Eclipse shouted, “She’s gone! We have no idea where she is!” Everyone stood up quickly. “Are you serious!” Picard shouted. “Where is she!?” Remco exclaimed. Zero went pale. “We don’t know.” Isaac replied, “We were walking and Jenna got lost, then we heard her scream…” That was all that Zero needed to hear. “We have to find her!” He exclaimed. “Right!” Everyone agreed.

The party had been searching for two hours. At this time, it was about two in the afternoon. “Uh…where is she?” Zero said looking through some bushes. “I don’t know, but she has to be around here somewhere.” Pyro responded. “Who are you looking for?” A voice said. “Well, were looking for…” Sabian began, “Wait! Who’s there!?” Everyone scanned for where the voice was coming from. “Don’t waste your energy, I’m right here.” The voice said. The figure it belonged to was perched on top of a nearby ledge. “Just who are you!?” Overlord demanded. “Yeah! And what do you want!?” Sabian added. The figure chuckled. “My name is Gigelf.” He said, “And what I want is for you all to die!” Everyone drew their weapons.

Master unleashes Omnislash! Gigelf takes 10 damage.

“We…couldn’t do anything to him.” Pyro gasped. “No way!” Picard exclaimed. “There has to be a way!” Cade shouted. “Nothing you can do will ever defeat me.” Gigelf boasted. “We’ll see about that!” Nick exclaimed. “You can’t expect us to give up that easily!” Eclipse added. Gigelf chuckled. “I’m wasting my time.” He said. He raised his hand in the air. “Come forth and incinerate these fools!” He shouted. In the skies above, enormous wings turned up giant gusts. The roar of the creature could be heard for miles. “That is a very big lizard!” Lucase gasped. “No foolin’.” Overlord stated. The dragon landed in front of the party; it roared loudly. “What do we do now!?” Isaac asked. “We fight!” Sabian replied drawing his blade. “This one is ours!” Remco shouted.

Remco casts Earth Barrier! Fire and Wind Resist increased.
Piers casts Lumerian Fire! Dragon takes 500 damage.
John attacks! Critical hit!! Dragon takes 900 damage.
Lucase Casts Demolish! Dragon is unaffected.

Overlord’s Death Star lets out a howl! Charged Explosion! Dragon takes 1000 damage.
Sabian unleashes Omega Slash! Dragon takes 1000 damage.
Isaac’s Gaia Blade lets out a howl! Titan Blade! Dragon takes 300 damage.
Garet’s Fire Brand lets out a howl! Purgatory! Dragon is strong against Fire. Dragon takes 100 damage.
Ivan’s Tisiphone Edge let’s out a howl! Vengeance! Dragon takes 500 damage.
Mai’s Nebula Wand let’s out a howl! Reverse Star! Dragon takes 100 damage. Mai Heals 89 PP.

Overlord stabbed his sword into the ground to use as a support. “Damn, this thing is too strong.” He grunted. Mai and Lucase were knocked unconscious and everyone else was lying on the ground panting. “We have to…do something…quickly…” Remco said gasping. “Yea, but what?” Garet responded. Isaac lost consciousness. “This…looks like…the end.” Sabian gasped. The dragon roared and breathed fire into the air. It then redirected its flaming maw at the fallen party. It let loose a wave of searing flames. Everyone braced for impact. Nothing happened. “What?” Ivan said confused. Here, Zero had come and blocked all of the fire. “Not today beast!” He shouted. He drew his might Z-Saber and dashed. The dragon roared. Zero landed several feet from the dragon. The dragon roared in pain and then fell to the ground. “Hmmm…the fool.” Gigelf chuckled. Zero looked over at Gigelf. “You dragon is history! Your Next!” He shouted valiantly. “Before you do, did you ever think of how a dragon could get to be that size?” Gigelf asked. Zero scratched his head. “Uh…steroids?” He replied. “No you fool! Magic.” Gigelf responded, “Now I leave you with what’s left. Enjoy your sorrow.” With that, he disappeared into nothingness. The dragon began to emit a strange aura. “What? It’s healing itself!” Pyro shouted readying his blade. “No, it’s…transforming…?” Felix said in amazement. “What did he mean by sorrow?” Sabian wondered. “Wait a second! That’s…!” The slain dragon began to take on a very familiar shape. “Look! It’s…!” John exclaimed. The aura dissipated. Jenna was left standing before them.

“Oh no…” Zero muttered. “Ze…Zero…” Jenna said weakly. “No…Jenna…I didn’t…I would never…” Zero scrambled. His voice was choky. “Zero…I...I was…happy…with you…” Jenna said weakly. Her life force was fading fast. “No…you can’t die…you just cant!” Zero shouted sorrowfully. “Zero…I love you…and I…I always will…” Jenna said weakly. She began to fall backwards. “Nooooo! Jennaaaaa!” Zero shouted. He ran over to her as fast as he could. He caught her before she hit the ground. He held the body of his love close as tears filled his eyes. Jenna smiled up at him. Then, with tear-filled eyes, she left this world. “No…Jenna! Come on…wake up! I can’t lose you! I just can’t!” Zero cried. There was no response. “Jenna…no…please…open your eyes!” Zero cried again. There was still no response. “No…Jenna…” Zero said crying. The rest of the party hung their heads and some of them wept as well. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Zero shouted at the top of his voice, “JENNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!” He began crying uncontrollably; his tears running off his face onto the face of the one he loved. “Yes…please continue. Your sorrow is so pleasing to see.” Gigelf said. Zero set the body of his fallen love gently on the ground. “You…” He said wiping the tears from his eyes. “Yes, the on that took the very person you care for. That was I.” Gigelf said. Zero’s aura appeared and began to flare; It was a brilliant gold color. “You did this…” Zero said. Gigelf could feel Zero’s power rising. “What? Where is that coming from?” Gigelf gasped. Zero slowly rose to his feet. “You heartless…” Zero began, “sunuva…” Gigelf was in shock. “Where is he getting all this power?” He asked himself. “YOU SUNUVA BITCH!” Zero shouted at the top of his voice. In an instant, Zero flew over to where Gigelf was and hammered him in the face. Gigelf smacked into the ground. “Holy crap!” Everyone else shouted in awe. Zero walked towards Gigelf. His aura glowed ominously; his eyes were burning with passionate rage. Gigelf got up and retreated back a few feet. Zero’s aura flared even higher. Then, something happened: His armor changed from red to gold, and his hair went from blonde to fiery red. “Do you have any idea what you’ve done!?” Zero shouted enraged. Gigelf retreated back further. “You’ve taken away the only person in this world who truly cared about me!” Zero shouted, “Your going to pay for it. Hear me!? YOU’RE GOING TO PAY!!!!!!” The party looked on speechless. “Where did you get all this power from?” Gigelf asked. His question did not demand an answer in Zero’s eyes. “Initiate: Zero…!” Zero began. Gigelf raised a dark barrier around himself for protection. “RISING ZERO PHOENIX!” Zero shouted. His aura flared to unimaginable proportions. He dashed for Gigelf. “Noooooooo!” Gigelf screamed.

Preemptive strike!
Gigelf appeared.
Zero initiates the Rising Zero Phoenix! Gigelf takes 1000000000000 damage.
Gigelf’s barrier shatters. Gigelf if felled.

“No…this power…where did it come from!?” Gigelf screamed. His entire being was engulfed in flames. Zero floated in the air several yards from Gigelf. “My vengeance is complete.” Zero muttered. Gigelf’s body disintegrated into nothingness. Everyone else was in shock. “He…destroyed him…in a single blow.” Sheba said stuttering. “And we didn’t even make a scratch on him. Unreal.” Cade added. “Wh…where did he get so much power from?” Pyro wondered shocked. “Just because he has power doesn’t mean it will do us any good.” Eclipse said sullenly. Felix was kneeling over Jenna’s body. “Yeah…it won’t bring my sister back.” He said morbidly. He placed his head near Jenna’s. “I’m so sorry.” Felix said. There was a faint air coming from Jenna. Felix jumped back quickly. “Felix?” What’s up?” Picard asked. Felix checked for a pulse. There was a pulse, and Jenna was breathing. “What the…but how…?” Felix asked puzzled. “What’s wrong Felix?” Mai asked. “It’s…she’s alive…” Felix said flabbergasted. “What!?!?!?!?!” Everyone exclaimed. Zero just smiled. Jenna opened her eyes. “Fe…Felix…?” She said weakly. “Don’t speak, you’ve been through a lot.” Felix replied. Jenna sat up. “It’s ok, I have enough strength left.” She said. “But…how did she…wasn’t she…” Garet said. He was tripping over his words. “Yeah, how was she revived?” Ivan exclaimed. “Wait, did Zero have something to do with this?” Lucase asked. Everyone looked over at Zero. Zero’s armor and his hair were back to the way they were before. “Looks like he’s back to normal.” Sabian said. “Wait, something isn’t right.” Pyro interjected. Zero was holding his chest and panting very heavily. “He must have used up a lot of psynergy doing that.” Eclipse stated. “No…something is definitely wrong. I haven’t seen him this out of it since…” Jenna began, “Wait…!” Jenna knew exactly what was going on. “It’s the power…of the…Rising…Zero Phoenix…” Zero said short of breath. He descended to the ground. “I have…the ability…to revive people.” He said. “So that’s how she came back!” Isaac exclaimed. “Yes…but…there is…a price…” Zero said. His breaths were starting to get shallow. “It comes a the cost…of…my own life…” He said. Everyone gasped. “Wait, then that means…!” Pyro shouted. “Yes, I’m sorry…I won’t be around…much longer.” Zero responded. With that, he collapsed on the ground. “Zero!!!!” Everyone exclaimed. Jenna ran over to him; she kneeled next to him crying. Zero placed his hand on Jenna’s cheek. “Jenna…” He said gasping. “Wha…what is it Zero…” Jenna replied saddened. “I…I…I love you too…” Zero said. He closed his eyes and his hand fell to the ground…lifeless. “Zero…no…” Jenna began, “Zero…please get up…Zero…get up! Zero!” There was no response. Tears continued to pour out of Jenna’s eyes; they landed on Zero’s lifeless body. Jenna folder her arms around her head on Zero’s body; she began to weep uncontrollably. Everyone else looked on wondering what they could do, but they all came up with the same answer…nothing. Felix was the first to approach Jenna. “Jenna…I’m sorry.” He said. Jenna looked up at Felix with a sort of blank stare on her face, and then she looked back down. “Zero…” She muttered. Eclipse approached. “If it’s any consolation at all…we could…give him a proper burial.” She said. Jenna did not respond. And thus, they went through with the burial. Several hours of emotional pain later, the party departed for the nearest town. “They may have forsaken you, but I have other plans…” Gigelf said looming over Zero’s grave. He chuckled evilly.

Actually, this part...when I wrote it, I did so with tears in my eyes.

Yeah, a good characteristic of a writer is that you not only write with emotion, but you can feel the emotions in the story. Ok, next part coming up.

The party had been traveling through the mountains in an attempt to find shelter for the night. Possibly a town if they were lucky. Isaac walked over to Felix. “Hey Felix.” Isaac said, “I’m worried about Jenna.” Felix looked back at Jenna. Eclipse and Sheba were trying to comfort her. “She’s had that spaced look on her face ever since we left.” Isaac continued. “I know, but there isn’t really anything we can do for her.” Felix replied. “Losing a loved one is never easy.” Master said. “Yeah, and the fact that Zero died in Jenna’s arms, that’s a kind of trauma that will take a long time to get over.” Cade added. “I know that if Master lost Eclipse, or Nick lost Mai, or visa-versa, they would have some deep emotional problem as well.” Pyro said. John came running back to Pyro. “Hey, I’ve spotted a town not too far from here. It looks like we have a place to stay after all.” He said. This brought little comfort to the party though. “Well, at least we have some place to stay.” Lucase said. “Yeah, a rest is what we need right about now.” Overlord added. However, it did not look like they would be getting much rest at this particular town, for when they arrived… “Ahhh!” Ivan gasped. They arrived in the town only to find its inhabitants slain. A bloody massacre had ensued, and not long ago by the look of it. “They…all of them…” Piers shouted. “What creature had the power to do this?” Sabian asked. “I don’t know, but I don’t want to meet it.” Caveman replied. Cade went over an examined one of the bodies, or what was left of it. “Looks like claws, or fangs, or…a saber…?” He said. Pyro quickly ran over to him. “Yes, that was defiantly made by a blade of some sort.” He said. Sabian came over as well. “Not just any blade Pyro, a specific type of saber.” He said. “You don’t think…?” Isaac said looking at Picard. “These were definitely made by the Z-saber.” Master deduced. “But then...could Zero be alive?” Sheba wondered. “And if he is, why would he do such a thing?” Lucase added. “Uh…guys…!” Garet shouted. “What is it?” Mai asked. “You might want to look over there!” Garet said pointing. Everyone looked towards the town square. “But that’s…!” Piers gasped. True enough…it was. “Zero!” Everyone but Jenna exclaimed. “Zero…?” Jenna said softly. She still had that blank look on her face. “How is that possible!?” Sheba shouted. “I’m starting to get the feeling the laws of nature don’t apply to Zero.” Pyro responded. “Cha! No foolin’!” Garet exclaimed. “But…something isn’t right.” Isaac said. “Yeah, he looks almost…evil.” Ivan added. Indeed, Zero had a cold, blank stare on his face. His eyes were shadowed and he moved as though he were lifeless. “Yes, and that is because he has been revived with dark power!” Gigelf shouted victoriously. “Gigelf!” Pyro shouted. “So glad you remember me.” Gigelf replied smiling, “I would love to stay and destroy you myself, but I think I’ll let my new servant do it for me. Ta Ta!” And with that he teleported away, leaving Zero to do his dirty work. Zero began to slowly walk towards the party. “Oh crap!” Remco shouted, “Listen Zero, we don’t want to hurt you.” Pyro drew his blade. “Yeah, were your friends.” Pyro added. “I don’t think he’s buying it.” Remco said. “Considering he’s still walking towards us, I’d have to agree.” Sabian said. “But how do we stop him?” Garet asked. “Should we even try?” Picard said. Master drew his weapon. “We don’t have much of a choice!” He shouted. Everyone else readied for combat.

“Oh man…what are we gunna do?” Master said panting. “Yeah, how are we gunna stop the guy who usually saves our butts?” Lucase added. Zero continued to come closed. “Man, what do we do?” Remco said. “This looks like the end.” Eclipse said. Jenna got up and put herself between Zero and everyone else. She spread her arms as though to make a barrier. “Zero! If you can hear me, stop this!” She cried out. Zero stopped walking. “Wha…tha…oice…” Zero muttered. He dropped his Z-Saber on the ground and held his head. “Wha…is…oing…on…” He muttered again. “Zero! We’re your friends! Stop this!” Jenna cried out again. She could see his aura flashing back and forth from gold to black. “I…can’t…fight…it…!” Zero said. “Then I’ll help you fight!” Jenna said. She ran towards Zero. “No Jenna! You’ll be killed!” Felix cried. “Can’t…stop…” Zero continued. He was trying to fight the darkness. “I’ll pull you back into the light!” Jenna said. She ran right up to Zero and kissed him (Smack on the lips too.). “What in the rural hell!?!?!?!?!?!?” Everyone else exclaimed. Zero arms fell to his sides. All at once, Zero’s eyes returned to the way they had always been: the soft, kindly, and serene look they always had. Zero’s aura stabilized and he was himself again. He awoke as though he had been sleeping. “Wh…where am I…?” He thought to himself. He could feel something pressed against his lips. He looked down. “What the…what is Jenna doing!?” He thought to himself. Everyone was looking at Zero and Jenna shocked. Suddenly, without any warning what so ever, Jenna pushed Zero on the ground and started frenching him. “I love you!” Jenna said muffled. “Jenna…less tongue.” Zero said, also muffled. “O……K…” Isaac said kind of weirded out. Master pulled out a video camera. “Ooooh, can you say blackmail!?” He said. “I’m kinda getting the feeling there gunna suck each other’s faces off.” Cade said. “Me too…” Pyro said. Jenna broke off her attack. She was blushing. “I…I…what came over me?” She said. “I have absolutely no idea.” Zero said blushing. Then Jenna started frenching him again. “I’m happy for them, but at the same time…I…I’m…” Felix began. “Really irked?” Isaac suggested. “Yeah…that.” Felix replied. “I think Isaac is just jealous.” Garet joked. Isaac looked over at him evilly. Garet cringed. “Well, let’s let them be.” Eclipse said. “I’m still gunna record this.” Master said. “Whatever.” Piers said. “Jenna…I need air.” Zero said muffled. “Then breathe through you nose, it’s not rocket science.” Jenna replied muffled. “Let’s get outa here.” Cade said shrugging his shoulders. “Yeah, and leave the lovebirds alone.” Pyro said. Zero and Jenna didn’t seem to care about what Pyro said.

Ew? Under 16? Everyone is either 17 or 18, but I digress. And you would be surprised how many people gave me the *Glares evilly at ZJM* thing, especiall EA (aka Nick). anyway, next part. It's fairly short.

About half an hour later, everyone was at the inn. “Anyone want a recap?” Master said flaunting around his camera. “Like we could ever forget that.” Isaac replied, still somewhat irked by the whole thing. “Yeah, that particular scene will be imbedded in my head for quite a while.” Overlord added. “If only it could’ve happened to me.” Remco sighed. “Or me.” Nick sighed as well. “Mai looked over at Nick. “Um…uh…with you…of course!” He said embarrassed. Mai smiled. “What I want to know is how Zero got back to his old self.” John said. “Oh! That’s easy! He just…um…uh…um…a little help here!” Pyro said without a clue. “Gladly Pyro.” Zero said, “My guess is that when Jenna kissed me, it reawakened my memories, and changed the darkness that revived me back to light. And that’s how I got revived.” John looked at him funny. “Seriously?” He asked. “Well, it’s all just theory, but yes, seriously.” Zero replied. “I’m just glad your back.” Jenna said blushing. “Well, that was one way to bring me around.” Zero said smiling. Jenna blushed even more. “But what about the townspeople? We can’t just leave them there.” Lucase said. Zero stood up. “That burden falls on my shoulders.” He said. “Why?” Caveman asked. “Because it was my fault that they’re dead.” Zero replied. “No it’s not!” John interjected, “You weren’t yourself.” Zero pulled out his sword and stuck it through the table. “This blade was the implement of so much destruction! Don’t tell me it’s not my fault!” he shouted. He pulled it out of the table and sheathed it. “I’ll take care of this.” He said. And with that, he walked out the door. “It’s going to rain soon.” Picard said. “Yeah, I can feel it in the air as well.” Mai said. Well, Zero could smell it coming as well, so he put a hurry on his task. About half an hour later, the sun set and the rain started. As it began to rain, Zero finished burying the last body. Jenna was looking out a window at him the whole time. “He’s very strong willed isn’t he?” Felix asked. “Yeah, but that’s just one of his defining qualities.” Jenna replied. “I wouldn’t think he’s be able to live with himself after something like this.” Isaac said. “He’s lived through worse.” Jenna said shivering. “Are you cold?” Felix asked concerned. “No, just remembering some of the things Zero told me about his past.” Jenna replied. “What is so bad about his past?” Isaac asked. “Well…his mother was killed right in front of him.” Felix and Isaac gasped. “There are other things, but I’m not at liberty to discuss them with you.” Jenna said. She looked back out the window. “Is he still out there?” Pyro asked. “Yeah, he’s just standing out there getting wet.” Piers replied. “But…why?” John asked. “Don’t you hear it?” Remco asked. “Hear what?” Piers and John wondered. “He’s chanting.” Remco replied. “Chanting?” John said confused. Sure enough, Zero was. He was chanting in ancient, so no one could understand exactly what he was saying. “You’re praying? What a waste of energy.” Gigelf said. Zero quickly got up and grabbed his Z-Saber. As soon as Zero’s energy swelled, everyone inside the inn felt it. They quickly readied their weapons and joined Zero on the field of battle. “We got your back dude.” Piers said. Zero knodded in agreement. “So, we meet again. You’ve escaped death once, but you will not a second time!” Gigelf shouted. “I’m not going to lose to you again!” Jenna shouted. “None of us will!” Felix added. “We shall see.” Gigelf replied.

Unless…” Master said. “The Virus!” Zero, Pyro and Master exclaimed. “That’s correct fools!” Gigelf shouted evilly. “Oh how you will pay!” John shouted. “Ok, forget about healing! Just attack!” Cade commanded.

Piers casts Wave Vortex! Gigelf takes 100000 damage.
Remco summons Ragnarok Dragon! Ragnarok Dragon attacks with Devastating Fire! Gigelf takes 1000000 damage.

“How are you little punks doing so much damage!?” Gigelf demanded. “You’ve expended to much energy using that DK Force!” Sabian replied. “Yeah! You have very little power left for defense!” Caveman added. “Not to mention we lowered you defense.” John said. “Your helpless against out might.” Overlord said. “I’ll show you how helpless I am!” Gigelf snapped back.

Lucase attacks! Gigelf takes 10000 damage.
Nick attacks! Gigelf takes 11000 damage.
Cade invokes the Saturn Dragon! Nothing happens.

“What!?” Cade exclaimed. “Where is the dragon?” Zero asked. “I don’t know! It’s like I can’t summon it anymore!” Cade responded. “You fools are completely clueless.” Gigelf said.

Zero invokes the Dragon of Hope! Dragon Of Hope attacks with Atomic Arrow Storm! Gigelf takes 100000000000 damage.

“What the hell is going on!?” Zero shouted. “Oh, you mean the Virus?” Gigelf responded. “What did you do!?” Zero demanded clenching his fists. “Oh, just infected them with an extremely potent Virus from the realm of darkness.” Gigelf replied, “Though I’m confused as to how it doesn’t work on you.” Zero smiled. “My armor…” He said, “…does more than make me look good.” Gigelf readied a spell seal. “It matters not. If you can’t get rid of me in 5 minutes, the virus will cause irreversible damage to your friends.” He said. “Oh how you will pay!” Zero shouted.

Zero initiates Zero Final! Gigelf takes 10000000 damage.
Gigelf casts Dark Magister! Zero takes 1000000 damage.
Zero initiates Zero Omega! Gigelf takes 1000000 damage.
Gigelf invokes the darkness dragon! Darkness Dragon attacks with Black Hole! Zero takes 9999999999 damage.

“Damn, only one hit point left!” Zero gasped. “Well fool, what say you now!?” Gigelf shouted boastfully. “I have a pretty good chance.” Zero responded. He transformed into the Super ZX form. “I have to fell you in one hit…shouldn’t be a problem.” He said. “I’m screwed aren’t I?” Gigelf asked. Zero nodded.

Zero’s Z-Saber lvl ZX lets out a howl! Hero’s Light! Gigelf takes 100000000000000 damage. Gigelf is felled.

“This…this isn’t possible!” Gigelf shouted in immense pain, “Mark my words, this is not the last you’ll see of me!” With that, he exploded. As he left, the virus status was lifted from everyone. “In the meantime, I wish you unpleasant nightmares!” Gigelf shouted. His laughter faded into the night.

You know, that laugh is getting really annoying.

Ok, this will be my last entry befor I leave for a while (See leaving topic) Anyway, I'll make it count.

“He’s not dead yet, is he?” Master asked. “’Fraid not.” Zero replied, “He’s harder than hell to get rid of.” Pyro walked over to Master and Zero. “Yeah, persistent little bastard, isn’t he?” He said. “He’s harder to get rid of than a pimple.” Eclipse added. “So, what now?” Sabian asked. “Well, how about we get some sleep, not like we can do much else.” Nick replied. “Best idea I’ve heard all night.” Jenna said. “We can discuss what we’ll do in the morning.” Isaac said. “Yeah! Always remember: a tired warrior is soon a dead one.” Overlord said. “Another wise saying from Overlord.” Lucase said sarcastically. Mai yawned. “Can we go to bed now?” She asked. “Yeah, we deserve it after all we’ve been through.” Remco said. “Very well.” Cade said, “Pick a room and sleep in it would be the best course of action.” Everyone agreed and left to find a room. They were all exhausted, and fell asleep quickly. But, that night…

Pyro uses Pulled Force! Power is transferred to Pyro’s blade.
Pyro fires the Force Ball! Zero takes 100000000000000 damage. Zero is felled.

“What the hell is going on here?” Zero said. He was very weak now, but who wouldn’t be after being hit with a Force Ball. He coughed up a little blood. “You see how easily your so called friends can turn against you?” A voice said. “I knew we were strong together, but all that force.” Zero said. Pyro readied for another Pulled Force.

Pyro uses Pulled Force! All power transferred to Pyro’s blade.
Pyro fires a Force Ball!

“No! I won’t let them!” A voice said.

Jenna deflects the force ball.

“Je…Jenna…?” Zero said shocked, “When did you get the ability to do that?” Jena looked back at him and smiled. “Well it doesn’t matter.” Zero said. Jenna’s image began to dissipate in the form of golden sparkles. “Wait! No!” Zero shouted. It was too late, the last sparkle drifted off into the darkness. The rest of the party followed in the same pattern, drifting away in sparkles of color representing their psynergy alignment. Zero slammed his fist into the ground. “Damnit!” He shouted. He shouted it over and over again as he continued to pound the ground. “In the end…” He shouted. He raised his fist high above his head. “I couldn’t protect anyone!” He shouted. Zero drove his fist into the ground and cracked it for several yards. Darkness began to pour from the fissures. What the…!” Zero shouted. The darkness materialized into a being. “No…” Zero gasped, “No it can’t...it can’t be…” Truly he was at a loss for words; Veranus had returned. “How does it feel to have everything precious to you taken away?” Veranus said mightily. Zero said nothing. “No answer huh? Then die.” Veranus said. Zero got up quickly and drew his Z-Saber.

Veranus appeared.
Zero initiates Zero Omega.

“Go back to hell where you belong you bastard!!!!” Zero shouted. “Fool.” Veranus chuckled.

Veranus takes 10,000 damage.

“No! That was…all I could muster…” Zero said quivering. “My turn.” Veranus smiled evilly.

Veranus casts Saturn Odyssey! Zero takes 1000000000 damage. Zero is felled.

“It…can’t…it can’t…end like this…” Zero said gasping. He coughed up some blood. “You’re a waste of my time.” Veranus said. He drew his Saturn Blade. “This is the end for you.” Veranus said. Zero was not going to go out like a helpless animal. He charged for Veranus and punched him. Veranus slid a few inches. “Persistent, aren’t we?” Veranus said. “As long as I’m still breathing…!” Zero shouted. His statement was interrupted; Veranus thrust his blade into Zero’s side. Zero gasped. “Since you’re not breathing anymore…” Veranus chuckled. Zero coughed up more blood. “Pathetic.” Veranus said. Zero fell to the ground and landed in a pool of his own blood. Veranus’s voice echoed in the darkness.

Zero awoke from his slumber. “That same dream…again.” He said. There was a knock on the door. “Come in.” Zero replied. Jenna entered the room. “Uh…I heard you screaming and thought something was happening.” Jenna said, “I was...uh…frightened…and worried.” Zero sat up. “Just a nightmare, go back to sleep.” Zero replied. Jenna bid Zero goodnight and left the room.

The next morning…

“Everyone ready?” Remco asked. “As we’ll ever be…I guess.” John replied. “Hey man, cheer up!” Overlord said. “Yeah, we get to kick Gigelf’s ass!” Sabian shouted. “And quick!” Caveman added. Zero had just come out of the inn and stretched. Jenna walked over to him. “Felling better this morning?” She asked. “Huh?” Zero said confused. “Hey Isaac, check it.” Picard said. Isaac looked over. “You mean you don’t remember?” Jenna said. “Last night…? Oh!” Zero said. Isaac walked over to Zero. “What did you two do last night? Make out again!?” Isaac said angrily. Zero scoffed. “No we did not!” He shouted, “And even if we did, we wouldn’t tell you!” Isaac took a step back. “Zero smiled. “Besides…if we did, you would’ve heard us.” He said. Jenna blushed. Isaac’s face was red too, but because he was angry. Isaac held his breath and walked away. It was apparent he was angry. “Is steam coming out of Isaac’s ears?” Ivan asked. “Looks like it.” Sheba said tying her pack together. Pyro walked over to Zero. “What the hell was that about?” He asked. “Oh, Isaac is pissed because I might have made out with Jenna last night. “What!? Did you explain to him that we woulda heard you two if you were?” Pyro said. “Yeah, but we could’ve been sneaky about it.” Zero said grinning. “Gah! More secrets!?” Pyro shouted. “Just calm down Pyro.” Jenna said. “Yeah dude, chill!” Piers said. “You do have a job to do you know.” Felix added. “Oh right! Gigelf’s little ‘invitation’.” Pyro replied. “Are you ready?” Cade asked. “Yeah, whenever.” Pyro replied. Zero looked over at everyone else. Lucase nodded. Felix nodded. Isaac nodded. Master nodded. “Ok then…let’s go.” Zero commanded, “Pyro, take everyone ahead a while, I’ll catch up.” Pyro scratched his head. “How the hell are you going to get there?” He asked. “I have my ways.” Zero replied smiling. “Ok then.” Pyro said, “Heat Flash!” Pyro teleported everyone else to the destination Gigelf specified. Zero pulled out the small box he had earlier. “I’m even more afraid of this than Veranus and Eclipse when she’s mad put together.” Zero said, “I hope I’m ready for this.” He put the box back into his pack and shouted his battle cry. He arrived with the others in an open area with withered trees all around.

Ok, better continue this befor Amo killz meh.

“Hold on! What gives!?” Nick shouted. “Yeah, shouldn’t we be uh…closer?” Eclipse asked. Zero shouted his battle cry again and dashed ahead. He crashed into something that repelled him back. “A barrier?” Overlord asked. “And a strong one at that.” Garet added. “Looks like we’re on foot from here.” Mai said. “Agreed. Let’s get going then.” Remco said. Everyone began to take off. “Great! More running.” Lucase said unenthusiastically. “Well, let’s make it interesting. A race! Loser cleans Caveman’s room!” John said. “Ok! You’re on, but just remember to wear gloves.” Lucase said. “Forget gloves, bring a HAZMAT suit.” John replied back. Everyone dashed through a thick mist min the direction of the Darksoul Sanctum. About half an hour later, they arrived at the entrance. “Finally made it!” Remco shouted. “Looks like you better go rent a HAZMAT suit.” Lucase said. “Sorry, but we never shook on it.” John said smiling. Lucase ran after John in a frenzy. “Well, at least we made it here.” Pyro said. “But what do we do now?” Cade asked. His eyes were very sharp, better than hawk’s eyes. He looked around and scanned the area. “I can see some through the fog, but not much.” He said. “What about the sanctum itself?” Eclipse asked. “It looks like it’s about 800 feet high.” Cade responded. “What about any sign of the party thrower?” Zero asked. “Can’t see him. He must be cloaking himself in the mist.” Cade replied. Pyro held up his hand.” I’ll evaporate some of the mist so we can see.” He said. Pyro redirected his aura to his hand and it emitted an intense heat. The mist began to evaporate, and the sanctum came into full view. “Wow! How high was that again?” Caveman asked. “800 feet. Why?” Cade responded. “I think he’s afraid of heights.” Master said. “No, not that. Just thinking about how many steps we have to climb.” Caveman responded. “He has a point.” Sabian said, “My feet hurt already.” Pyro put his hand down. “That takes care of the mist problem, now what?” Pyro said. “We better start climbing.” Remco said. “Right.” Isaac agreed. Remco took a step forward. A blast of energy came flying down at him; the blast exploded in front of him, sending him flying back. Garet caught him. “What the hell was that?” Piers shouted. “You talk about climbing stairs, but you will not even make it through the front gate!” Gigelf said. “So, you finally show yourself!” Zero shouted. “Cowardly worm!” Felix said. “Regardless of what you did before, the battles you fought to get here, it has all been for naught!” Gigelf boasted. “We will see!” Picard shouted back. “Who’s your daddy!?” Caveman added.

Yeah, that's just the way I write. I origionally intended it to be an actual RPG game, which is why when they "run through forests" and stuff, there isn;'t much else in there cept for random encounters. But do you like the way the fights are set up? like actuall RPG battles? (With godly amounts of damage:D )

Crow in triumph…you’ve…!” Gigelf finished. There was a huge explosion; Gigelf was no more.

You don't see it for good reason, unless Meteor or Holy would have hit some1 in FF7:D And that's the reason right there, it could end the world!!!!!

*cough* Now we are drawing into the battle to end all battles...for now.

“If he’s resurrected Veranus, then…” Mai said. “Not another word! We have to go!” Felix shouted. “Agreed. Pyro, do it!” Zero shouted. “Looks like round four is about to start. Heat Flash!” Pyro shouted. He teleported everyone to the top of the sanctum, where the battle awaited.. The opened a large door that lead to an antechamber. On the far side of the room, a figure stood on what was left of a crumbled platform. The throne by him was equally as decrepit. He had dark blonde hair and pointed ears. He wore a dark cape and equally dark purple armor. If you looked into his aura, you saw nothing but darkness. “Veranus!” Zero shouted. Veranus turned around. His eyes were a crimson color. He chuckled. “I see you made it here at last.” He said. “We destroyed you! What are you doing back!?” Zero demanded. “I also see you made it past Gigelf. Kudos, but he was a useless fool.” Veranus said. “You heartless monster!” Pyro shouted, “Using your underling as shields just so you could live for a few more moments!” Master stepped forward. “Coward!” He shouted. “You have no honor!” Overlord added. “I’m all powerful, what do I need with honor?” Veranus smirked. “I’ll kill you!” Zero shouted. He transformed into a Super Adept times 10 and charged for Veranus. “Die you bastard!” He shouted. “You dare come at me with such pathetic attacks! You fool!” Veranus shouted. Zero swung for Veranus, but missed. Veranus used the opportunity and kicked Zero clear across the room. Zero skidded on the ground a little before he collided with a wall. The impact scattered rubble everywhere. “Zero!” Jenna shouted. “He…felled in one shot…!” Pyro muttered in disbelief. “Note to self: Hit what your aiming for.” Zero muttered. He rose to his feet and brushed off his shoulder. “I’m interested in seeing what you’ve got after so long.” Veranus said. “Veranus! You…ugh…you…” Zero began. “Oh here it comes!” Cade shouted. “Maverick!” Zero finished. Veranus looked over at Zero.

Enemy Blitzkrieg.
Veranus summons enemies.
Zero initiates Zero Final! Veranus takes 1000 damage.

“We may have a problem.” Eclipse said. “Shit!” John shouted.
