“Damn it! Where the hell am I now?” A young man looked around, finding himself in a deserted wasteland, near a destroyed factory, and scattered remains of robot parts.

His hair was long, silky black. He wore rugged clothes, that held a style of old century clothing, but had a techno/futuristic look, with an open leather coat. He wore golden bracelets, and thick brown leather gloves coated with a magical energy. The coat of his had a printed image of a young dragon humanoid female around the age of her early twenties, with long flowing cyan hair with her body covered by her folded arms over her chest and legs tucked in, ribbons covering other parts of her body, and her dragon wings folded in behind her back. He had knee high boots made out of the same material as his gloves, with thick emerald, ruby, and sapphire jewel-encrusted black anklets around the ankles. He had a few locks of golden hair obscuring the view of his left crimson eye, while the other eye was a shimmering silver. Embedded on his forehead was a four pointed blue crystal, with small wings etched from diamond flowing from the sides just above his eyebrows.

The man was in his mid 30s, but his physical appearance was that of a fifteen year old.

“Well, well, well, look who we found; a helpless wandering human.” The young man turned around, and saw a ball of plasma energy hurdling towards him.

Rockman X -- Advent Fighter

~ Prologue ~

Well, before we get to where I am right now, allow me to explain who I am. My name is Sekai. Believe it or not I’m an alien. I look perfectly human, but I have pointy ears similar to Kokiri from the Legend of Zelda. Anyway, I’m from Planet Stzbli (Sta-blitz) of the Elena System, a bit into the future from another universe. How I appeared here into this timeline and right away into danger, let’s say that a wormhole effect was the result of using a Chaos-type spell which I had no choice but to use or die under a towering Godzilla wannabe bug.

I’m a warrior of light, yet I wield darkness. Sue me alright, it was not my idea, damn destiny and fate... anyway, now that you know a bit about me, let’s get back to my untimely demise.... or not.

An explosion signaled that the three thugs’ shot hit their mark. “Stupid humans. They die too easily.”

The big burly mechanical being smirked, before shutting his two friends up. His right arm which was a cannon of death reverted back to an arm with spines lining the sides with gorilla hand.

“Remember what the boss said. Look for useful weapons in that ruined factory, then retreat before the Maverick Hunters show up.”

“A little too late for that is it?” A slice of a beam saber, rendered the first reploid dead, as the two quickly jumped away to avoid the second swipe by a red armored reploid who wielded a green beam saber, and had long blond hair flowing out the back of his helmet.

“Damn! It’s Zero. Kill him!” The second henchman conjured up a battle axe, the blade similar to concentrated solid energy, and raced forward, only to get hit in the head by a charged buster shot.

“We heard what you and your now dead friend did. Attacking a human. You mavericks make me sick,” Zero spat.

“Hey boss, we should get out of here right away,” the smaller reploid said.

“Not so fast!” A voice called out, and all the reploid turned to see a human pull himself out from the sand and debris from the nearby metal pillars that collapsed on him earlier.

“What the hell! How are you alive?”

This outburst confused both X and Zero, but the two quickly ducked back behind a nearby sand dune to avoid the wave of fire that suddenly raced across the air.

“What the heck was that?” The two Hunters looked, and saw the human backing away from the two other reploids whom survived the Sacred Wave.

“Get away from him!” X yelled, firing his buster and hitting the leader in the back of the head, knocking him down. The one with the axe tried to chop down, but Sekai rolled out of the way, and Zero took out the axe reploid. The leader scrambled and was about to run, but X took care of the maverick and burned a big hole into the reploid’s chest, blowing him up.

“Hey kid, you okay?’ Zero asked, extending a hand out. Sekai got up on his own and brushed the sand off his clothes.

“Hmph... yes I’m alright. I would have taken care of them if you two didn’t get in the way.”

“Tough words for a kid like you are. But that doesn’t explain why you’re in the middle of nowhere, and where that wave of fire came from.”

Sekai turned around, only to bump into X. “You should come with us.”

“No thanks. I’m fine.”

When Zero placed a hand on Sekai’s right shoulder, the alien grabbed hold of Zero’s wrist before easily flipping him and throwing him into X, the two sent into the ground. When the two got up, Sekai was already gone.

“Damn it. I get worm holed into a different world where machines with minds of their own rule the planet. That sucks.” Sekai had long gotten away with a quick burst of speed, and trekking across the desert.

“Better find a place to stay...” Sekai looked ahead, and saw an old abandoned town. Still grasping the Chozo Staff of his, he ventured towards the town, ready to take out any hostile enemy.

Well, not a good start, but I’m thinking about making a good fanfiction from this. David has his own storyline, so I have my own. R+R.

Not bad. Could use some work (Less video game references; Zelda, Metroid) but I like it.

~ Chapter 1 ~

A/N: What? If you were confused, I just made a one-point reference, that’s all... elf human alien. Just because I made a point that just ‘cuz his ears are similar to a Kokiri doesn’t mean HE IS ONE. Now let’s get this story going...

Well, not a good way to start a new adventure in a strange world away from my home universe. I’ve made it into town safely, and it’s been abandoned as I thought. I was able to find a working computer, but only just, as soon as I read the date on it, the hard drives overheated.

Wars between reploids, and most of the human race now in space in moon colonies after the completion of the Jacob Project and Orbital Elevator. My profile’s been known for a few months, and I’ve learned much about the history of this race of reploids. But from what I was soon about to learn, would surely challenge my strengths and abilities... and what shall happen when hostile alien life forms come into contact with reploids?

Sekai sighed, taking a long drink from his iced water bottle, before putting it back into his sub-space pocket.

“Finally...”

Sekai walked out into a clearing, after traveling through a dense forest. The Earth’s been scarred by the countless wars between Hunters and Mavericks, but there’s a few areas of Earth where nature has been growing in an attempt to bring back beauty and grace.

Of course, flowers here and there bloomed once and awhile when Sekai waves some green magical power from his hands, giving nature a little energy boost. He is one whom cares for planet’s nature and its natural beauty.

Then, he jumped high to avoid a laser shot. He quickly turned around and with the Chozo Staff now in his hand, froze the attacker with an Ice Javelin.

The frozen attack was one of many... Sekai’s natural enemy had followed after him. A race of bug-like aliens, similar to Space Pirates, but more deadly than the Space Pirate clan, for one, their heads were bulbous in appearance, with multiple bug-looking eyes, and spine studded lobster claws, and humanoid torso and legs, plated with variant armor types, and armed with various beam weapons. They parted, and a familiar leader revealed himself.

“Well fuck...”

Across the Earth, was Maverick Hunter HQ, where X, Zero, and Axl have raced towards the War Room. The base on high alert, with the three Navigators typing away, and Signas was shouting orders.

“Commander, what’s the problem?”

“Is it another Maverick attack?”

Signas looked towards the three and shook his head. “Not an attack that we are used too.”

Zero raised an eyebrow. “And what exactly are you talking about?”

“Commander Signas, we isolated an image of where the disturbance is from.” The hunters turned towards the picture now displayed on the main screens.

“Hey, it’s that kid from a few months ago,” X called out.

Axl blinked. “That’s the kid you said escaped from you and Zero months back?”

“Axl that kid flipped me into X as if I weighed less than a paper.”

“Alia, could you get an audio feed?”

“I’m trying to... oh crap. There’s a jamming signal that just went up!” And all the screens on the fixed location went blank, replaced with static.

“Damn.... you never give me a break, do you Vesqula?”

“Nice to meet you too, Prince,” the dark Pirate spoke in a dark sadistic tone.

His black cloak flowed behind his massive figure two heads taller than Sekai. His armor was black and red, the main chest plate forming something similar to a skull like face with a red crystal encrusted within the forehead. His arm pads looked like black dragon skulls with horns with crimson glowing eyes. His midsections were a lighter black with red streaks going through them before ending in a black joint ringed by red spikes similar to vampire fangs. His lower arms were the same with three red marks coming out of the joint. His red wrists had three black long razors that were pushed back and his hand was black with curved knuckles with three red gems in them before ending in wicked looking red talons. The other forearm was similar to a lobster claw, but the human arm within was smaller, and only three fingered claws. His torso was red with four black hooks coming out with his muscles clearly exposed. His belt was black with dark skulls. His upper legs were the same as the upper arms, only with an extra stripe running up. His knees were protected by black dragon-like skulls with glowing red eyes. His upper legs were black with a red triangle before ending in his black boots, which were red at the top with black hooks and red markings which ended in purple clawed feet with red spiked shin rings and red claws. His cloak was clasped with a skull and it appeared he had six bony spikes coming from his shoulders that formed like skinless wings. His face was similar between a human, and a werewolf. The eyes of his were silted like a snake, glowed a poisonous green aura, and embedded into his forehead was an upside down pentagon star with a red gem implanted. His head but the face was messy black fur, with silver long hair flowing from the back.

“We’ve been looking for you for a few months, and we’ve finally tracked you down.” When he thrusted a fist forward, Sekai caught it with a block before spinning and slamming the back of his heel against the side of his neck, “Kill him!” The dark Pirate known as Vesqula jumped away, as fifteen of his henchmen leapt forward. Sekai, who was well aware of the situation spun high into the air, avoiding the blasts of energy that raced at him.

The teenager summoned his wooden staff and a blast of energy washed over, pushing the enemy back.

“Flame Spiral!” Sekai thrusted his fist forward, releasing a whirlwind of flames (similar to Storm Tornado). Vesqula generated a barrier of energy, as most of his henchmen didn’t stand much of a chance, getting burned to cinders. The attack began a fire, but Sekai, master of the elements, generated a rainstorm to quickly save nature from getting burned down.

“Damn bastards, must take a threat on myself. C’mere you bastard!” The dark Pirate charged forward, grasping a rock looking hilt with a purple energy blade, and Sekai blocked the sword strike with a blade of magic flames, which he summoned from his hands.

“There, I’ve managed to break through the jam, and we have images now,” Alia announced, as the screens were filled with battle.

“Am I seeing things or is that kid using magic?” asked Axl, when the teen on the screen released a spiral of flames forth upon remaining monsters, killing them.

“It doesn’t exist Axl. C’mon, we’ll warp over there to aid help.”

“You three must be careful, because our scanners are detecting a huge amount of energy coming from the cloaked being,” Layer reported, “and that he isn’t a reploid, but an organic being.”

“Wait, are you sure on that Layer?” asked Signas.

“Yes sir, so were those other enemy signatures before that kid killed them. From my analysis the one with the cloak could very well be stronger than a fragment of Supra Force Metal.”

“That’s insane! There is virtually nothing in the world more powerful than even a fragment of Supra Force Metal!” Zero cried out.

"Well my scans do not lie Zero," Layer told the blond reploid before the trio Hunters vanished in beams of light.

The endless slashes, blocks, and parries here and there, raced across the field, as each battler tried to take out the other but with little to no success. Of course, Sekai was forced near a cliff with a fifty foot drop.

“Nice try kid, but now you’ll die!” He swung, releasing a blade of energy which slammed Sekai of the rocky cliff, just as X, Zero, and Axl warped in.

“Hahahahahahaha, little punk bastard got what he deserved.”

“Hey you! What did you just do to that kid?”

Vesqula turned around and sneered. “Oh, nothing but sent him to his death.”

“Think again Colonel!” Vesqula turned around, only to get smashed in the face by a fist made out of stone, as Sekai floated into the air, pixels of light formed as wings from his back; his Wings of Starlight.

“Damn, I forgot you could fly.”

Sekai grinned. “Losing your memory, bug?”

“Fuck you!” He fired a black energy beam from his lobster clawed gauntlet, but Sekai twisted swiftly to evade the shot and slammed his boot into Vesqula’s face, before doing a swift kick, petals of flowers cutting him, and spilling blood.

The three Maverick Hunters didn’t know whenever to help or not, because from Layer’s analysis the cloaked freak wasn’t a reploid. However, Sekai had no definite problem with killing Vesqula.

“Thank you!” Sekai flew past Zero, stealing his Z-Saber and igniting the blade. Zero cursed at Sekai, but the teen flew back towards Vesqula, and sliced sideways with the weapon, cutting off his skeletal wings.

“Damn you, Prince! I’ll come back for you boy, mark my words...” Vesqula jumped high, caught by a beam of black light before he shot off like a lightning bolt into space. Sekai floated to the ground, as his energy wings burst into millions of light particles shimmering like glitter. When Zero got close, he had to stop moving because Sekai skillfully spun around, placing Zero’s saber dangerously close to his neck.

“You machines... you working for him?”

“No, we’re Maverick Hunters. My name is X. Now please disarm yourself,” X ordered. Sekai narrowed his eyes.

“Disarm yourself first. I’ve fought against the Colonel and his army for such a long time, I’ve learned to never trust a stranger first-time around, in your case and the blond chick, second time we met.”

“Hey, I’m not a chick got it?” Zero spat angrily. Sekai only shoved him back and threw his weapon, which the scarlet swordsman caught easily.

“Whatever...” Sekai flourished the scarred grounds with green energy, allowing nature to regrow back into place.

“How can you do any of that?” Axl asked, amazed at the various flowers and plants blooming gracefully. Zero raised an eyebrow, his arms crossed over his chest, and X was stunned by the blooming nature caused by Sekai.

“Psi magic, kid.”

And so, another adventure starts for me... yet again. Why must trouble always follow me?

Sekai for protection, was locked up in a human prison, and was forced to remain there until the Human Services Rescue arrives from the moon to come pick him up. He didn’t have much of a choice but to go back.

Of course, that was not about to happen, as the Maverick Hunters will learn.

“Colonel, it would appear those three machines that showed up have captured the Prince.”

“Hmm, why would they do that for?”

“It is unknown, but with our technology, we were able to see that they mistaken him for this planet’s pathetic human race and he is being held in a facility to be transported to those colonies on the moon.”

“Hmph, when they transport him, we’ll blow that ship up, destroy whomever tries to stop us, and then find a way to return back home. Now, tell our scientists to work double-time.”

“Yes, sir.”

Vesqula stared out of his red tinted windows of his quarters, viewing the planet and its moon, sneering darkly.
