Kingdom hearts held my attention for a good 90 or so hours, and i just finished Front Mission Gun Hazard, a japanese game that i downloaded with an english patch. it was fun, and other random super nintendo games.

er....okay... perhaps posting the introduction thread would be better than randomly posting somewhere you know, so that everyone knows you're new and stuff.
Back to the topic, I completed Fable last night (4 games complete in a damn week, all too bloody easy if you as me) so now im playing Streets of Rage 2, Guilty Gear X2 Reload and thats pretty much it.
I've been playing City of Heroes for a while. It's replaced WoW for my main MMO until WoW's next patch.

I've read that Dreamfall isn't as good as the first one. On the other hand I read that Syberia was a great game and I'm not too interested in it after about 4 hours of playing it.

Today I got Astrex & Obilix and am on the 3rd place. It's a fun game and worth buying even though the PS2 version was released like 2001 or 2002.
On consoles, I'm currently finishing up Kingdom Hearts II (TAKE THAT, SEPHIROTH! MWAHAHAHAHAA *shot*), and I'm playing through the Mega Man Game Boy series again; I just finished MMIII. On computer, I'm playing Maple Story.

I'm still playing Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the X-Box 360, only this time I actually own the game. I bought that collector's edition for an extra $10, mainly because i'm a coin collecter and I wanted that imperial septim duplicate. Merf.

It's a fine quality of a game when its so bloody hard that you MUST continue and complete it.
Indeed. I remember playing the PC version of Lost Vikings before 3D consoles were even made (I think). Then I also remember playing the SNES version. Couldn't get past the desert world. :/
As for Tomb Raider Legend, it's true! Game Informer gave it an 8.5/10. I doubt it would have much replay value and I really would've liked a multiplayer mode, but it's still a great, solid game.

You would be utterly shocked at how good the Riddick game is.
A liscensed game containing grit, foul language, dirt, darkness, depravity, and huge guns that is actually original AND fun.
Also- ANYTHING with Ron Perlman in it wins by default. Including Blade 2.

It plays a lot more like Wipeout, actually. Also, the graphics are superb and the characters are almost spot on. It's a bit easy, but it's better than most mascot racers out there.

There's an easier way to unlock him (which you may or may not know ;) ). Just start a VS match with all human players and let the game sit unpaused for a few hours. Then exit the match and Mewtwo should appear.

Me and my buddy just finished getting everything for Super Smash Melee. You need 20 hours of vs. battle time for Mewtwo, and you can check how much time you have somewhere in the archives.
I just found Yoshi's Island for Advance and am currently beating the hell out of Kamek's minions...or, I would be if I could find my SP.

Anyway, I'm currently trying to unlock Mewtwo and, when I get bored, (happens alot) I play Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Halo and Morrowind. When I fall on the floor and can't move because of the radiation from the TV, I pull out my GBA and play MMBN4 and MMZ4.
I'm currently playing DBZ: Budokai 3 on my PS2... and MMBN 1 on my GBA. Meh, I need new games...

I had to try it out for the hidden Sega related goodies, the fact it looked more promising than other recent Sonic games ('cept Rush, though I dont own a DS), and the fact that the United Artists half of Sonic Team (REZ, Space Channel 5, Project Rub) developed it. I'd ather play this than Shadow any day, even though this isn't particulay great either.

And- Yeah. Get a DS Lite and Sonic Rush. God/Allah/Buddah/Satan/Ginnungagap/Blashyrkh/Whatever God May Or May Not Exist/Your mum, will smite you if you dont!
And my advice for Babylon Garden- You will need beer. And any Johnny Cash album. If these dont make you feel good, while being pasted to shit, it might also be required for a friend to be on standby for a good thumping.
Speaking of handhelds, I just bought Samurai Shodown 2 for my wonderful Neo geo Pocket Colour, which I still belive is the most enjoayble handheld I have ever owned (and I own a GBA).

Mine's been in the drawer for aeons, I'll have to play it again.
I now own 5 games for it (just gotta wait for this one to arrive in the post). SNK Vs Capcom is the best handheld fighter ever, Sonic Pocket Adventure walks all over the Sonic Advance series for the simple fact that is it basicilly a handheld Sonic 2 with Sonic 3 music, and Metal Slug is amazingly like the arcade one considering how much it has been shrunken down. It didn't have many games released for it, but boy was there some good ones in there =D

Not if you set it to damage ratio 2.0 and handicap the opponent. Then it takes about 5 hours.
However, that bored me, so now I'm just playing several 5 minute matches.

the hours of vs battle time is shared between how many human players there are in a game so for one player its the full 20 hours but for two its only ten that are needed. So if you have four very mad super smash bro's mates, play a five hour match and you can try to get mewtwo.

Currently playing the near-unknown game called Atomic Runner on the Megadrive (Genesis).
Bizzarely its an port of an arcade game of Chelnov, and the port, unlike most Megadrive Arcade ports - has quite, quite, quite improved graphics compared to the luckluster graphics of the arcade version. Weird.
Altough the Megadrive port's graphics aren't fantastic in themselves, (perticualrly on emulator), but on the actual TV they look pretty nifty and have a great Eastern/African art style mix to the enemies and backgrounds. The arcade version is just generic. Despite the massive change in graphical style, the levels themselves are identical in design. Weird how they pulled it off.

The game has its heart in the right place, and it is fun, and has a soundtrack I really dig, but its pretty hard to control. Takes a while to get used to not being able to walk left. (Believe it or not, no, you cannot go left.), and the one-hit your dead policy can be frustrating, perticuarly when you're surrounded by enemies. It gets pretty hectic.
Final oddity - I own the American cart, yet it works on the European system. Weird.
Well thats that for the mini review. I should start a site with these. XD
I'm going to someday remake this game, fixing the errors the creators made (such as not being able to walk left for starters) and making feel like he's an atomic runner, something to rival sonic in speed.

Thief: Deadly Shadows = 'I once saw a man who didn't have any skin' Thiefy goodness with ace graphics and lovely challenging levels.
Hitman: Blood Money = Hard as shit, fun as hell, and extremely violent. And for once, the only game in the series where it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to do every level with all guns blazing. (something you could manage with difficulty on the 3rd, and barely manage on the second and first)
MSR (god the music in this game is dreadful.)

Just completed Hitman: Blood Money
I'm still at a loss to determine whether or not it's the best of the series.
AI- Good
Graphics- Love
Violence- GREAT
Levels- BLOODY FUCKING DIFFICULT AND FUN
Hard as shit last level- Dunno...I didn't do it properly...I went on a gun rampage... "Y'ALL PRESIDENTIAL HEADS ARE MINE, HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!" I screamed. It's in the White House. You have to kill the corrupt vice president.
The final, FINAL level took me 13 tries though.
I dunno, I shouldn't complain about the last levels not being hard enough
Hitman 1 last level- HARD
Hitman 2 last level- HARD
Hitman 3 last level- If you do it properly, easy as hell. If you dont act within ten seconds of the level starting- YOU'RE DEAD.
Hitman 4 last level- Easy
Hitman 4 PROPER last level- OOORRGGHAGRHR HARD.
The plot was ok, but it hid itself RIGHT AT THE END OF THE GAME quite well.
I also dont like you having to kill the innocent reporter at the end of the game, who, in truth be told, yeah, he knows FAR too much. But I liked him :p
I'm going to declare it the best of the series, but only for
- Hiding bodies in skips
- Your guns look ace when you have them customized
- It is impossible not to feel "PROPER FUCKING WELL HARD!" after shooting a pedophile (yeah, there's a level where you kill 2 kiddie fiddlers) point blank in the face with a customized shotgun with a silencer, scope, laser sight, extra stock, and loads of other crap on it to make it look hard.

I am currently playing Sonic Riders. This game is harder than hell, I completed over a third of the missions and both Hero and Babylon stories, but it's one of those games that if you don't start correctly or time a jump right, you pause and restart compulsively. The game puts callous' on your thumbs like you wouldn't beleive too... (If Quickman wants them for his Venus Flytrap he can have them, ROFLcopter!).
If anyways has played the game you'll know how difficult it can be.

Anyways, I've gotten back to playing UT2004, except I found a mutator that adds weapons that functions more realistically (i.e.: Pump-action shotguns replace Flak Cannons).

I'm currently playing Quake 3 arena and Unreal tournament one for old times sake. Freakin sweet.
Been trying to play botmatch with counterstrike but with won servers down the drain it won't load methinks. So i'll give won2 a go.

There's a certain art to doing that game without firing a single bullet.
Still trying to work out a way to do the last level without shooting the albino guy. Although truth be told, first time I did that level, I was too tired to suss out how to do it properly, so I brought a load of guns and rampaged. So by the time I had to fight the albino, I had to pistol whip him and push him to death because I had no ammo. When he finally passed out, I nicked his gun and shot him.
Fave level- Either "Curtains Down" (Yay, you get to kill pedophiles!) "The Murder Of Crows" or "Requiem" despite it being harder than the nipples of a blind lesbian fishmonger. (So at least a fifth as hard as a bullet hell game)
I am downloading the free demo for Blood Money later tonight, looks good.
I am currently playing the New Super Mario Bros. game for the DS. It's actually pretty good, music is good too. Koji Kondo did the music from world
1-1 at the Play! Music Symphony concert I went to. The game is deadly just like the first one too, and much more extensive. You guys should give it a try.

Just got Metroid: Zero Mission, PoP: Sands of Time, X5, Starfox 64 (Thank god! I was so pissed when I lost my old copy), and the Sonic Mega Collection. I haven't played Sonic since I had a gamegear, so it'll be fun. It's gonna be a long, fun night.

That "Bomber Barbara" Boss (no idea of its actual name, so im using the music track's name) is bloody owning me. This game certainly has some of the best bosses and music in any Sonic game. Ever. (As well as being the first Sonic game to be truely "fast").

I just beat Metroid: Zero Mission. I must say, I'm impressed that after you...
...you blow up the Mother Brain and escape from Zebes, you lose your power suit and have to rely on skill to navigate through a large level with powerful enemies virtually unarmed and get the full power suit. I certainly wasn't expecting that. The second battle with Ridley was a bit of a bitch, though.
I think I'm gonna play through on hard mode after work.
Capcom Vs SNK 2 (Arrived in the post today. Woo)
Shadow the Hedgehog (renting it fot the weekend. It's better than Sonic Heroes at least, because you can actually get through levels without dying due to glitches. This game is using a modified Sonic Adventure 2 engine for sure. The characters that follow you about are annoying.)

Gaga- As long as you dont start yelling "NEXT TIME GADGET!" whenever Black Doom speaks, you should be ok.
Shadow is better than heroes because it'suses more or less the same engine of SA2, with a few bells and whistles on, whereas Heroes used a completely new engine that is rushed and few og bugs, and too complex.

Heroes takes FAR too long to get used to.
Hence why most of the battles with other teams were only won through a combination of luck, extra lives, and swearing.
As for Shadow- With the exception of the plot (ARGHAGRHEHGHAHR!) I love it.
Oh, and I would like to state how I am unique amongst Sonic fans by saying how dull I think Crush 40 are :D

Metal Gear Solid 3 is damn harder than its predecessors, hell i can do MGS2's story on very hard, but i have serious trouble with MGS3 in places. Also many licensed games suck in the first play.
On another note I am now playing through Urban Chaos: Riot Response on the TERROR difficulty level. I'm also playing Mechwarrior 2 Lone Wolf for my Xbox.

Unfortunately no - Frozen Throne is worth getting though, if only for the vastly improved features in the Map Editing Department (hench why everyone who makes maps uses it)

Sonic Rush: Challenging boss fights, but ****ing awesome.
MMPU: I don't wanna get beaten by Gaga, but I'm having fun with it. Play controll is better than I expected.
New Super Mario Bros: I haven't opened it yet. I'll edit this when I do.
Edit: At first, it's a bit akward compared to the old Marios, but you quickly get used to it and it becomes super-mega-kickass-tastical.
Also, I can, using an emulator, play NES and SNES games I have on my PSP.

Counterstrike: It's an alright multiplayer. That's it.
Devil May Cry: So much harder than I remember. It's a "challenging" hard, though, not a "did the ****ing designers intentionally do this to piss me off" hard.
Maverick Hunter X: Megaman X is possibly my favourite videogame. Ever. That said, you could expect me to be a harsh critic for Maverick Hunter X.
It's fantasic.
Game controll was a bit lacking, but not by much. The switching around of the capsules from the SNES game to the remake were annoying, but certainly not a bad thing. My only problem would be that I hate using the buttons on the PSP. If Maverick Hunter X were for the DS, I'd be oh so much happier. However, I'm pretty freaking happy already. The Day of Sigma video was great to watch, and playing as Vile is a great challenge, even in normal mode. Speaking of modes, I'm quite glad that there was a hard mode for X. In normal mode, the difficulty just about matches it's SNES counterpart. I can beat the origional in a little under 2 hours without losing a single life (I've played the game to freaking death). Hard mode must have taken me at least 5 consecutive hours to beat without a guide, and I lost several lives.
Now I'm just ranting though, and I'll probably get a snide comment from an old Cosmic Gaga MBT goer. My point is that it's great for me.

There's this game I used to play alot years ago. It's called "Legend of Legia" (for Playstation 1). Unfortunately, my disk now freezes at every battle. Today I got bored and decided "To hell with it, I own the game, I'm getting the ISO." So I did. I have now decided that you cannot proclaim yourself gamer if you have never played this game, unless you simply dislike RPGs. It is that good a game. I seriously recommend that you find this game as soon as possible and play it.
It was okay. I didn't like how the battles took forever though. Especially the blasted final boss.

I'm sure you can guess right now that the Shinobi series of games has taken over my life for the weekend, even as I type this I'm facing Ageha on the PS2 version of Shinobi, with Joe Musashi no less.
You even have the Saturn one? Nice one. The arcade original and Revenge are me faves.

A RPG I made called Outside the Borders, I like this game because I went against my nature and made it based on greek mythology instead of japanese of chinese. There is however Ryu (Japanese Dragons) in it.
Puyo Puyo 4 - Righ up to the last level now, which is impossibly un-evenly matched. Hitting a 500K blob buried under blocks that take ages to get to automaticlly renders the match over for me, if the CPU gets it. If I get one, however, the CPU has THREE sheids to hold off the onslaught of clear blobs the 500K one sends until she hit both of the 500ks. GAH.
(That didn't make a lot of sense now did it?)
