Hi guys, I finally did it!! I've finally managed to release a EXE demo game that I'm proud of! But enough gloating...
Here's the release:

Oh yeah, one other thing. The VS Mode will actually be seperate from the story game, but I will have a Password Setup added. In the story game - as you progress in the storyline, defeat a certain boss, or complete a certain job - you will receive a password needed to unlock a Navi in the VS Mode game. Most of the Navis in VS Mode will be allies from the story, or Navis playable from EXE 3 onward.

Oh, Rags... What element is Massimo.EXE, and what kinds of attacks does he have? Tuna, same question about Edge.EXE. I would be willing to use both of them IF they can fit into the story.

Oh, Rags... What element is Massimo.EXE, and what kinds of attacks does he have? Tuna, same question about Edge.EXE. I would be willing to use both of them IF they can fit into the story.
Sword/Fire, he is good (although he looks evil) and is a pyro. That pretty much gives you an idea of his attacks, slashing and burning things.
I just finished the sprite so here ya go http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n118/GordontheBold/Edge.png! Oh and about the glitches, Roll can't hit Guts with charged shots, Proto can't hit Roll with normal slashes and sometimes if you charge up with Proto and hit attack right after you use it he goes onto the enemies side and stays.

Rags: I'm a little undecided about Marino.EXE, and I will most likely use Levi.EXE and my next game. Also, for Massimo.EXE, if his buster make the enemy flinch then I will use it; otherwise, I want the player Navis to use non-buster attacks. But the attacks you have listed for him are all very good and workable.
Tuna: I'm fixing the mistakes as I speak, although the one you mentioned about ProtoMan's charge attack causing him to stay on the enemy side will be a bit tougher.
How would you feel about Edge being a bad guy?

BTW- There's a glitch when roll warps in front of Gutsman(when he's in the right most row) and tries to hit with roll whip, it says there's an error with it.
It seems that the enemy navi's attack alot more often then in the games
Okay, everyone, I've fixed the error spots where you all mentioned. As for the Navis attacking more often, as AoR mentioned... it'll keep you on your toes.

It's annoying cause it's so hard to charge the buster and not get hit. PWNing Rock with Blues is too easy though
I guess I was trying to make a lot like the official game. Well, I'll work on that.
Also, I am accepting suggestions for MegaMan AND ProtoMan's Crosses (yes, ProtoMan will gain the Cross System in this game). The elements that will be used are as followed: Heat, Aqua, Elec, Wood, Sword, Breaking, Cursor, Wind, Healing, and Object (from EXE 4 and 5).
MegaMan's Crosses depend on his allies, and ProtoMan's Crosses depend on his enemies. Also, Mega and Proto will be able to enter X Mode and Zero Mode (respectively), and can additionally enter CrossMetal (X/Zero Mode combined with NaviCross; similiar to CrossBeast).
Here is how it stands so far:

Oh, and I have a somewhat complete grenademan in-battle sheet.
First KR, it's his BN7 game. And second, I think he's still working on it but at a MUCH slower pace. Anyway, this game has potential. Can't wait to see the final project.
AoR: So what your saying is, Axle the Red and Storm Owl are Mavericks turned good, Woodman is a Maverick victim, and Storm Eagle is hunting after Axle and Owl?
Reaper: Actually, I've seen some of your works (including GrenadeMan.EXE). I'd be more that willing to add you to the team.

Also, the game runs really slow on my computer... not sure why. I think it's the music... maybe the music's filetype... not sure...
Also(again), try using BN music in the game.. it'll fit better.(I like the BN5DS W-slot BN4 music myself... very fitting for the VS mode.)
I just remembered. If I'm not mistaken I have already contributed to this game didn't I? You know with the Protoman Zero mode sheet?

Well, when I looked at the VS Mode's Navi select screen, I noticed that I only have room for 4 more Navis (excluding BurnerMan). Massimo will be one of them added - so that will only leave room for 3 more. So if you want an ally Navi in VS Mode, you'll have to act quickly.
Otherwise, I might just replace some of the Navis in my current roster.
I'd like to submit Greyman for one of those extra slots, then.

Wait a minute guys.
There are certain requirements for your fanmade Navi to be added into the game period.
1. If the Navi is an ally, he/she has to be of an element other then Neutral.
2. The Navi must have 4-5 attacks - one for his/her normal attack, one for the charge attack, one for his/her special chip (if ally), and one for low HP. The fifth attack can be optional.
Greyman is an object type.
Normal Attack: Greycannon Wasp: Rapidfire buster attack. 1 damage per hit, but with vulcan style rapidfire. Left hand
Greycannon Breaker: Single shot buster attack. Guard piercing and object destroying. 20 damade. he doesn't use it too often
Chip Attack: Greypulse- (I have two ideas for this one)1: Copies an enemies attack to be used once as a chip
2: If it hits an enemy, they're paralyzed and take 50 damage.
If used against megaman, the copy that used it turns into megaman temporarily and uses buster shots equal to Megaman's.
Charge Shot: Greycannon Wasp
Desperation attack: Cube fortress: A line of three cubes appear with a countdown over their heads. if they're not destroyed or greyman isn't deleted by the time the timer runs out, they slide forward quickly causing 100 damage.
Also, when you're fighting him, he has two data clones that can use any of his attacks.
Are any Elec spots open? If so, i'll finally have incentive to start PlasmaMan.
KR: After some tweaking, and using the second suggestion for GreyPulse, GreyMan will be an excellent ally Navi.
PlasmaMan: the Elec slot is still open. If you can give me a sample of your Navi, I'll add him to the game and VS Mode roster.

Mmm, I don't like my chars being evil. How about his operator was evil and he was made to be evil (hence the appearance) but developed a conscience and turned on his operator. He is now a good guy who wanders the net by himself.

Okay, Edge.exe can be an ally, but I think the way this will work is that Edge will help the Hunters at certain parts in the story, and will give you his Navi Chips. He will be playable in VS Mode, but he will not be in the main team.
Razor: Now, I do have a slight problem. I have 6.1 unregistered, and I don't have the means to register it right now. But what kind of coding kind you do?

A suggestion for the open Electric one could be Spark Mandrill or Volt Catfish.
Just a suggestion. I can't help spriting wise, but I can provide tips and such for programming. (I don't wanna do actully programming as I'm already working on 3 different games at the moment, so yea.)
Note to R-Megaman: I finally managed to get one of the sprites for Burnerman's sword motion to look right... which means that the rest shouldn't be too far behind. I have no idea how I'm gonna do throwing...

Well, since you were the first one to ask for their Navi to be in the game, and the first to submit a design, it's only fair that Edge does be in the game. So yes, Edge can be in the game.
Since Edge supposedly doesn't have an operator, I hope you don't mind if he's not part of the main team; instead he will show up every now and then to help the team in various areas, and you get Navi Chips from him.

Well. I've seen a Dynamoman somewhere, but personnally I'd love to have a Clownman in there somewhere. Hell, I'd like to see Clown become a Harlequinn instead. They are so much cooler.

I'm sure Enker would be acceptable. A navi based on a character in the MM universe would probably be alright. A navi based on a characater you made up wouldn't.

That's a good point, Reaper. We can have Link Navi missions that will have you put up against a completely different enemy Navi.

Seeing as there are 10 RM Navis on that list, I feel the best route to take on this is that we use five (or more) of them in this game and use the other five (or more) in my next game.

After some thought, I began to wonder "How will burnerman throw something without hands?" and it hit me, he'll shoot'em into the air. And that's what I'll do.

It sounds like something you'd use for a Sega fighting game. I'm not quite sure whether that is essential for a BN game. If this was solely a fighting, then it would be a good idea.

We've only got link navis so far... but not regular bosses. The stardoids would make for an interesting storyline.

I think the way we can approach the Link Navi missions is that, instead of having MegaMan fight against the Link Navi (like in BN6), Mega AND the Link Navi will tag team against an enemy Navi.
This will mean ten more Navis are added.

Good question. I suppose the is best I can explain it:
For as much as I know about them, Chaud and ProtoMan are the sort who strategized before going into battle, and as someone once said: "The best way to defeat the enemy is to know the enemy."
The Link Navi mission areas would be altered by the Maverick Navis to suit them for any particular reason. So, while Mega would get Crosses because Lan operates and understands the Link Navi, Proto will get Crosses becuase Chaud navigates through and understands the Mavericks' enviroments.

The game will alternate at certain points when either Lan or Chaud will operate the three Navis.
I thought you'd get to choose who you play as in the game, Lan or Chaud.

At some points in the game, the alternate team will appear to help the playing team along - Lan and MegaMan wlll help Chaud and ProtoMan, and vice versa.
It'd be better than wasting memory making two version.

Well, most of those could be edited from Lan. And since Chaud doesn't wear skates, the running could be edited from Megaman.

CrossMetal is the name given to when MegaMan or ProtoMan has activated both Cross Link and the X/Zero Mode.

Ummmmmm,I can't tell ALL the bases.but alotta that is C+P....Bsides the fact of lack of shadeing in some places.
I can see Flashman's arms, Elecman's legs, the top of Elecman's Lightning Spires for the shoulders. As for the head, chest, and orange things. I have no idea.

Juandy: I am interested in what you have for the storyline; although one or two pages back, we had to come to a concensus about the fact that the game will have to be seperate storylines in order to make more sense. In other words, the player will have the option of playing as either Team MegaMan or Team ProtoMan.
PM the story that you currently have to me, and then take it to Rags and AoR to see if anything needs to be added or changed. This has to be a team effort for the three of you.
AoR: The story demo is somewhat at a standstill. I need to find programmers willing to help with the Battle Chip System, as well as RPG essentials.
