Meh, I should have said that yea. Oh, well. Anyway, she does have her shield, kinda. You see the yellow arm thingy on the right arm(it's more visible on the right sprite) Well, when she holds that arm up the shield appears from it to block attacks and then dissapears when she no longer needs it.

sword: slashes upward creating a big wave
buster charged shot turns in to a big laser
Buster upward: shoots 4 snake like energy balls that attack enemy and drain energy to user

There's a huge difference between "It looks good," and "it's absolutely perfect, there's nothing wrong with it, it's either scratched or extremely heavily edited, and it could, without question, be used in an actual game." This (http://www.sprites-inc.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=29) is 9/10 to 10/10 work, I'd say.

I'm certainly not saying that Dynamo looks bad, but is he absolutely, awesomely amazing and perfectly flawless?

I can easily recognize the base, and it is extremely hard to see the 'leg area'. Or whatever is there... Try to make it resemble the needle virus less, and make its "legs" more visible.

Chances are, this is a misunderstanding between somebody with an LCD screen and somebody without one. Unfortunately, it's hard to make something that looks good on both, unless you have two monitors hooked up.

The shading is perfectly fine, but it looks a little compact, and uniform. I'd say 4-5/10, but on the scale I mentioned at the top of this page.

Well, for one. I got the colors for SC's Fireman 32bit sprite and Fireman's colors aren't supposed to be very light. But I'll lighten it up some. As for the boobs, she's wearing armor, do you thing that boobs would be that round and pronounced wearing sheets of metal over them? I don't think so.

RATE NEPTUNE!

I added new attacks!
He summons waves that head stright forward at about the speed of a mettaur attack.
He also summon fish which forward and down or up, depending on where the character is. Sorta like the ratton chip from BN3.
He also has a trident stab, which extends three panels forward, and a triple stab attack. I'm still working on it, but an electric eel will come up from beneath the panels and fly forward. If it hits, you get paralyzed and he uses the triple stab attack.

EDIT: Made a mistake on the fish's fin... gotta fix that...
