I think we need one. I'm tired of people asking how to sprite and annoying shit like that. I'll do it if the Mod's/Admin's don't mind and nobody else wants to do it.

You should do it. It is a good idea I think we need one.

@ACE- Oh, didn't know that. It's good to know though, hopefully the newbie's will ready it when you guys post it

@Tucker- Betcha some newbie's will still ask that

You should have it so when they sign up its like one of those terms and conditions that you have to agree to to sign up.

Some(possibly most) people don't read it

Makes sense, though I'm sure as hell not going to do it.

I really think, right when Newbies sign up they should be directed to the Rules page. That way if they said they didn't know, you know they didn't wanna read the rules.

Heh.. I say screw them. I don't really care.

I'll play captain obvious and say no matter how clear and easy to read we'll make it, we'll still get chimps making poor attempts at speaking english and behaving accordingly. So get used to it. That's (net)life for you.

Ace is free to add on to the rules and give guidelines and tips but so far you can't say we haven't tried underlining the basics to make life simplier for regular and newcomer alike.

Sure, why not?

If so, let's put it at the very top, and label it in BIG BOLD LETTERS "NEED HELP? ASK YOUR QUESTION ABOUT THE FORUM HERE!" so there's no chance that they'll miss it...

Or it could come in a PM.
