Wow..... that has to be the world's most general list ever. Plus, prophet's are pansies and being able to play as a mindless flood doesn't sound very fun (though it'd fit the personalities over on Xbox Live *rimshot*). Also, there was a hidden scarab gun in the last game.

In all honesty, these are what I'd want:

- Good campaign maps, not that repeat the same area for 156 times so you can redo the whole thing all over again crap,
- Better gameplay with more of an emphasis of nonlinearity (as in being able to reach the main objectives by breaking through walls or finding multiple hidden passages),
- Cyberhacking missions where you play as Cortana and can jump from one Forerunner battlebot to another,
- and an actual ending the puts the series to rest for good (like killing off both Master Chief and the Arbiter).

.... oh, and of course the Chief would have to be unmasked.

Wait, wait, wait... Where the fuck is the scarab gun?

Things I want
- More lines from Master Chief. The Chief would be awesome if he spoke more. If any of you have heard any of the ads Steve Downes has done, you will agree, this man has a kickass voice.
In fact, I'm unable to play Halo 2 on the bits where you have a goregous view off in the distance, and him going "Imagine going to a land unlike any other, for low, low prices."
Talking during gameplay as well. Not delivering frigging one liners every twenty seconds like
*Shoots a Brute in the mouth* "THAT oughta shut you up!"
Because that would suck from the Chief.
(The only one liners in a shooting game I like are in Judge Dredd VS Judge Death. "YOU FOUGHT THE LAW. AND THE LAW WON!")

I'd also like for the game to be long and challenging enough for me to NOT beat it in the frigging weekend I get it.
