This is a new game that I'll be making with Unregistered Game Maker 6.1. So far, I'm making it alone. This game was inspired by Blackbeltdude and co's 22XX Grand Tournament game. I'm a slightly seasoned maker of games.

I've made two style screens. The poll question is asking which one you want to see in the game.

No demo yet, but one may come soon.

Okay...

There will be plenty of voices for the characters (You can send me some if you want) and some cool combos and sweet levels. Hopefully there'll be lotsa charries. This is a fighting game (Tekken style). There will be Tournament Mode, Free for All, Partner Mode, Co-op (maybe), Survival Mode, Setting Customization, and much more. Can't think of much else at the moment...

STyle 2 is pretty cool, but it would be much easier to do style 1 sprites.

for the 1st style don't forget to make the stage bigger because it is pretty small ;]

Well, style 1 would be best since you'll be able to get your cameos that way. Style 2 is more origonal, in that there's more customization, but less people will make a full sheet. Plus, the bases won't vary enough.

So far, I don't like the life bars in your game, since they clash with the sprites. You should use sprite based life bars, for sprite based games. :P (Even 3-D games use them now and then.) Or, just avoid simple gradiants like those.

The backgrounds could be better too, like, more details. Just go to www.bghq.com and grab some. Splice and dice.

I'll join if I can fully animate Dudeman in time....I could help with boss characters (if you'll have them.) and such...also i'm starting to be able to make backrounds mostly just c+p them...but it's still a backround....

I could submit a character. The idea for him bounced around my head. He's like a pantheon, only he assimilated other parts and has different attacks. or I could make a gun-type character.

Guys, a quality Game maker game takes time. XD; Look at Megaman ZT, how many months did I go without posting a new game, and look how long it took the newer improved version to come out.
I personally trust the first version to be awesome and decent, considering the amount of energy Razor seems to have.

Not a problem man. :) considering the code you showed me, and just... I dunno, the exciteness you've had for helping out ZT... it gives a good vibe. You remind me of when I first started on this incarnation of ZT. ^_-

When I said "this game could have gone so far"
I thought that this project was abandonned which disappointed me 'cause if he worked on it about 3 to 5 months, it would have been really advanced already.
