How many days does a topic have to not have been posted in to be considered dead?

I was wondering too. I just use common sense really.

Normally I'd say a topic is dead once it's on the 2nd page, but because new topics are rarely made around here, I'd say after a month too.

I'd call a topic dead when it's been a couple months. :P

I think it's ok when people revive a topic if your post is helpful or relevent to what ever it was that was disscussed. But use some common sence. Things that are relevent only for a given period of time don't need to be commented on. (If you commented on a thread that talked about the Revolution being called the Wii, I'd have to hurt you.)

Also, topics that show case someone's sprites could be revived as long as the post has good C+C or something. Like, even 3 months or more might be fine, IF the aurthor of that thread is still active around the forum.
