Looks like you've got a lot of maps there. What's the storyline for this? Or the main character?

You know, if it's not too late, it might not be a bad idea to make it a non-megaman related game. It seems origional enough, and it seems like you really know what you're doing... you could make a good game with an origional plotline.

I've been wondering... Is making a game with RPG2003 illegal, or anything? I mean it's not very clearly stated.

Yes it is if you downloaded it for free. But then again I doubt there is anything they can do about it as long as you don't profit from it.

I have a few things to say.

1) The maps look good. You have ladders, statues, rasied ground, people.

2) If you don't have a story, you should get one.

And this third thing Is a question.

3) I have RPG maker 2K3, and I've been trying to figure this out. How did you get those green boxes with people inside?

Well, you go to the events tab, and assign an event there. All the green box does is tell you what the visual of the event is.
