By normal logic, since he/she is reading a STC page, he/she could be British. But since everything in the room are from all parts of the world, he/she can be anywhere. I'm guessing French though.

0_o that is alot of time n dedication to collection all the sonic stuff, im quite impressed! i remember having bother thos official sonic yearbooks and that pinball tower thingy! dont know where they are now, think me mother might've binned them *sniff* i bet you dont see a collection like that for mario now do ya? :p

I bet there is a collection out there like that for Mario, though. If anything there is probablya lot more stuff made of Mario, seeing as his been around longer and has had more games, etc.
