At some point in the near future I want to start a comic called "Finite Space" which will parody all of my favorite Sci-Fi shows and movies. So when I create a sprite I'll pop it on here for you guys to tear apart. Also if anyone would be interested in helping me with this PM me.

Simple example of the base for the crew of the ship in "Finite Space". Obviously there is a heavy Star Trek theme to them which makes it hard to have an extravagent edit (they have gray pants and colored shirts and that's about it). I've kinda settled on Mega Man classic sprites due to the simplicity of the editing process and my love for 8-Bit.
A melding of many different science fiction worlds... It seems like a daunting task, but I believe you'll do a splendid job if you stick to it. :)
Definitely looking forward to your future 8-bit collection. ;) Borg sprites would pwn majorly.
I actually had a race planned to be like Borg, sides' aliens are more fun because I can put more detail in them. (On an unrelated note, who wants to see some "Dune" Fremen and Storm Troopers fighting? XD)
(Well, Star Wars took place long long ago, in a galaxy far far away... But then again, there's nothing a quick little temporal anomaly couldn't fix. xD)

A rather simple borg type fellow. Anyway I could use some spriters to help me with this...
I'm a spriter, what do you need help with? I'm a fairly good 8-Bit spriter.
Basically I just need some to help me edit MM sprites into various aliens and the like.

Awesome!I love the goggles on the one, could you do some more. I need to populate a whole ship, not to mention the main characters XD.

How many more do you need? And what gender? I need info before I make anymore.
Male for now, I'm working on a female base still. Just do as many as you want to, you don't have to do more if you don't want.
I can manage making 3 more today and 2 more tommorrow, is that a good amount?

The ship looks really decent. ^^ I wish I could design ships that big.

Hmm... Well, you could try making the saucer on the top larger and move it "forward" a little more.
I could try that but for now my main concern is getting it shaded so as to faster start this comic.
Back, so how did I do on the 3 extra peoeple? I know I rushed on the last guy, I'm redoing him know.
They're fine, I'm working on some more bg's now.
